I have had my oil changed here twice and had my tires rotated once. Don't need an appointment. Each time they have been very professional and have not tried to upsell other services. They can get pretty busy but work fast and seem to have a great system. I highly recommend. read more

Wow, this place is extremely quick and has a wonderful staff on hand! I did not feel pressured to have work done that I didn't want completed now. The cost was perfect. They had a coupon available on the website! The staff was extremely friendly. One lady opened all doors for me, to the car, into the store and even closed my door for me as I got in my car! Their credit card system went down and they made everyone who didn't have cash go to the ATM to get cash. In the midst of this, when they tried to get the credit card system to work for me (not the first, third or fourth time, but the second), they tried to bait-and-switch the price of a battery that I needed. $40 more! I understand office incompetence, but this was an example of absolute ineptitude by people who didn't think to have a backup system for the credit card economy. the manger refused to service my car after waiting for 45min cause my coolent was dripping and tried to force me to get it fixed with them before i get an oil change! he claimed it was their policy and i have been getting an oil change in the same car at another jiffy lube just was trying a new location. the staff was honest but the asian manager was cery rude had no customer servic! i would never hire him! read more

I brought my own synthetic oil and filter for a 2007 Volvo XC90 and they had me out the door in 25 minutes. They have a steady stream of customers but there are so many staff members working three bays that everyone is in and out. Completely reasonable prices. Free filtered water, coffee, and a well air-conditioned office. They even noticed my drain plug needed replacing as the head was rounding, which was $4 bucks well spent. The next morning I brought my daughter's 2015 Subaru Impreza in because THE DEALER had overtightened the drain plug so much that I could not get it to budge. Team Towson Jiffy Lube made sure the drain plug had the right amount of torque, checked the oil level, and filled the window washer fluid - and there was no charge for helping me out! Have always gotten great service from this place, until a couple of weeks ago, when they claimed to change the serpentine belt on my Forester. Less than a week later, the belt started squealing and I took it to my regular mechanic. The belt in my car was obviously old and cracked--Jiffy Lube never actually changed it!! Though they charged me for a new belt and the service. The clincher was when I called and very politely reported the problem to them. They said they needed for me to come over there and show them the belt to prove the problem! I hadn't even asked for money back, just thought they'd want to know about the problem. This place must have changed management. Whoever is in charge now is cheating customers and trying to get away with it. I'm disappointed and disturbed that the place could go downhill that quicly. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil and air filter change. As soon as i picked my car up from the garage every single light on my console started to turn on, including the anti lock brake system light, vehicle dynamics light, oil temp light, air bag light and hill start assistance light. On top of that my gear shift would no longer move out of the park position with out using the manual override button. When i brought it back to their shop they claimed no responsibility although my car was 100 percent fine prior to the visit. read more

They are always friendly, however, it would have been nice to get the tire rotation that I paid for, which I found was not done a few weeks later when refilling my tires when my light came back on. It's hard enough to fit the service into my schedule. The tread was obvious that the rotation was not done, since my car is newer. My tires were also OVERfilled to 40 when my max psi is 35 for my small car. It's labeled right in the door jam, but probably not checked. Do I actually get to have my tire rotation after noticing it myself after a month? Either they aren't keeping tabs for completion on the services people are asking for, or they just think we don't check to see if they are done. read more

I had a problem with my car leaking fluid, and I went to this Jiffy Lube location because it's close to where I work. Although they couldn't fix the problem, they topped off the fluid and the manager explained to me what the problem was so I could take it to a full-service station. The various options they had available for oil and air filters were explain to me clearly and with a low-pressure sales approach. They left the cap off the windshield washer reservoir tank and it was shattered when they dropped the hood. Pieces of the cap were scattered through the engine bay.. Wrote corporate headquarters and got an email that a new part would be supplied.. Picked it up at the business address and manager assured me it couldn't have happened but they wanted me to be happy.. He dug out my new cap from a pile of other ordered variety of caps for other customers. So this happens. read more

This place has become dangerous. I went for routine maintenance which I have done for several years. In the last year they have not put tire covers on securely, and in the most recent visit, they broke a tire strut (and said the nut was missing, it was not when I went in) and failed to check the brakes (I had to get the shoes replaced within the week). This franchise cannot be trusted with the safety of auto maintenance, and this is a major deterioration in the past year. read more
