I got my oil changed in September 2018 at another store and they told me I needed a ton of new things as well as telling me I needed new brakes like right now or I was driving dangerously(my brakes don't squeak and I've had no issues) I just took the oil change and left. And waited far too long to get another because of my poor experience I came to this jiffy lube because it was close to my work, and I was able to come on my hour lunch break and get in and out in 20 minutes. The employees were super kind and helpful and didn't hound me to get more or try to convince me I need new breaks (which I still don't). I'm a young woman who had my father work on my cars my whole life, he passed in 2017 and now I am forced to trust the professionals I go to with my lack of knowledge. I felt 100% confident these men had my best interest in mind and that's why I will go to them from here on out, for whatever it is oil change, filters, windshield wipers etc. if you're going to the one on broadway I'd make the .2 mile detour to go to this location. read more

I pulled up to the Jiffy Lube on Broadway near Prudence and was told they were short staffed and asked me to go to another location. It was 6:15pm so I thought I was going to be turned down when I got there but I received an excellent greeting and great service. Tasha and Anthony provided service. I requested an oil change and the high mileage was recommended and I also knew I needed transmission service. I didn't think I could get that done today but I did get it done and my brake light got replaced too. I appreciated that I was informed about my battery needing to be checked. I wasn't pressured to buy a new one. Tasha actually recommended I take the information on today's check to the place I got the battery (It is fairly new) and explain that it wasn't working properly so I could get it replaced. This was excellent service and timely. Next time I will save the time and go to this location first. read more

Stopped by store #2442 today. Cole let me know how long I might have to wait-not very long. I also had a handful of coupons and needed some things done beyond my oil change-at my own request. Additional suggestions were offered, but alas, those would have to wait. Stephen handled my business for the most part, and he was delightful to work with. I have every confidence in their work. Even vacuumed my vehicle! I used to use BrakeMasters but having been told once " we don' t have time for you today" I have been a customer of this location since. I have been coming here for years. Showed up today, brand new crew. Today, after my oil change, my battery somehow wouldn't start, it's a 6 mo old battery. He instantly recommended I buy a new battery from them. "You know it's summer and these things go bad" I called him out on it and said "but you yelled out 'good battery' when you were doing the check." To which he responded, "Sorry for the confusion, that was for something else." They also hooked up my battery to a machine and showed me some test results, "It's showing this number, it should be here" and so I said " charge it and I'll take it to AutoZone because that's where I get my batteries." Fred at Autozone ran three different tests on my battery, all tests came back good/green/pass. Unacceptable Jiffy Lube. You either need to replace your little machine or find a new crew. read more

I stopped during my lunch hour and was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Juan went over the initial inspection results with me before deciding on services. He was very polite and trustworthy. He did not try to sell me something I did not need and he answered all my questions before work began. Along with an oil change I was hoping to get my tires rotated, but because an important part of equipment had gone missing, they informed me that although they could maybe do it without, they did not want to take the chance of damaging my under carriage. I am looking forward to going back for the rotation when they get the replacement equipment. They also offer coupons online which I had in hand when I arrived and was given more when I departed. Yesterday, I was in desperate need of an oil change. I commute from Tucson to Phoenix daily for work, so my time is very limited to take care of auto issues. I had just arrived in Tucson and was running late, so I pulled into this facility at 5:55 pm. With a huge smile, Anna greeted me at my car. I apologized for getting there just before closing and without hesitation, Anna told me that it was no problem and she would have me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly & professional. Very customer friendly, they explained their services, how my car was doing, if there were any concerns and if I was doing a great job maintaining my car! I like that they take time to do extra checking ups like: brake lights, battery charging.. etc.. not all Jiffy Lube locations do these things. I like this locations!!! I appreciate all these employees! I love that I can return to top off the fluids within the 3,000 miles.. that's an extra bonus to their service! Way to go! I will return to this location! After stopping in a couple neighborhood repair shops on a Saturday morning to try to figure out why my brake lights aren't working and being told there would be a 2 hour or more wait I decided to run up to this Jiffy Lube on the corner of Tanque Verde and Kolb to my surprise he got me right now and & within a half hours on my way to Phoenix these guys were efficient polite I just can't say good things about these guys. About a month ago, my wife was out doing errands and our family mini van started to over heat. Being new to the area she did not know of any garages in the area. She saw the Jiffy Lube and pulled in. The men were excellent in their concern for her situation. The attendant communicated the problem to the Goodyear shop next door and my wife was back on the road in no time. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube specifically for the last 10 years because I thought they were cleaner and more professional than other I tried in Tucson. This time I thought they had poor personal hygiene and I did not feel as comfortable. They were yelling quite loudly for a while adjusting a truck in a bay. These guys do such a great job. I have a Corolla with just over 100k miles. Steven and his co-worker did a great job. Needed a couple extra things, but things that had neve been done before. Recommendations are always spot-on, I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Clean waiting area, super friendly, and super jiffy. I use Jiffy Lube for all my oil changes. They are fast, efficient and they let me know about other items my car will need soon. The great thing is they never try to hard sell, so I trust them. Even though I have a "maintenance for life" plan with Jim Click, I prefer to bring my car to this Jiffy Lube and pay for service as they are much more efficient.
