Called this JL location twice wanting to request an estimate on engine work. Was put on hold by Roman(?) ... first time 15 minutes, second time 20 minutes. NOBODY came to the phone. I can only guess they don't need the business. Sadly, their customer service is deplorable. I called the corporate office and was greeted with an extremely rude dude. I went to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change and a starter issue. $800+ and three visits later that week, they replaced my rear brakes, shocks, air filters oil and battery. The mechanic guaranteed that my car was 100% safe to drive to my camping trip in Joshua Tree. Long story short, I broke down on the side of California I-10 and had to pay $2k for a tow back to Arizona. A new mechanic at a different shop checked my car and deduced that the AC Compressor and main engine pulley were totally shot and needed to be replaced. I am very upset that Jiffy Lube was not able to catch any of these issues before hand especially after I was at their shop three separate times that week and was guaranteed that the car was 100% safe and able to handle the drive to California. Really kind and respectful staff, just really unfortunate circumstances and a lot of money wasted. read more

Keith was the only employee there before 7:00 AM and he was working on 2 cars. The second employee was 15 minutes late or more. The second employee was down in the bay doing the oil changes. He either didn't tighten the oil filter all the way or the oil plug! Fresh oil leaked all over my garage floor and my wife had to take our vehicle back on Monday (Today!) I'm sure as HECK not paying $85.00 again for an oil change when I have to bring my vehicle back to address leaks.Only ONE Exterior window was cleaned and NO vacuum of interior floors! The people were friendly but did not have my oil in stock and wanted to charge me $79 for the oil they had in stock (instead of $49 for 5w30 conventional oil). If they didn't have the oil I requested in stock they should have given me the next oil better for no additional charge. Oil change was fine but I had a sneaking suspicion that my alternator was going bad and needed to be changed just by the sound it was making. They said they couldnt hear anything and would have to take my car apart and do all these tests on it. I ended up going to someone else and they could tell it was going bad just by the clicking sound as I suspected. As a female its sad to see this happen read more

I don't even know why I went back to this place but I needed a quick oil change on one of my cars and sure enough they did something to the oil pan plug that now I have leaking oil everywhere on my truck. Payed over $100 to get the oil change to now have to dump it out to see what they did to it. This is the second car they mess up the first one they shredded the plug and didn't tell me about it. read more

I came early Friday morning, came to a warm welcome face and service. I was offered coffee and water while I waited I was given professional and fast service oil change and they checked for leaks, topped fluids, checked my air filter, checked my battery and belts. Total time was about 40 minutes they apologized on how long my wait was and offered me a discount and informed me I could come back at anytime and have all fluids topped off for free! Definitely worth my time and money. I'll be a regular. read more

BE AWARE: this location opens at 9 on Sundays not 8 as every source of information would state. Between not opening when they say they were opening and not having the tools to complete the brake fluid exchange ready when I was there my stay was over 2 hours. However they really came through, apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a good discount. I really appreciate the customer service and would definitely come here again. So I was a longtime customer of this location for years up until 2016 when I received terrible service. I had to get a quick oil change today and didn't have time to make an appointment at the dealership so I decided to give it another try. Much to my surprise I found a cleaned up waiting room and a completely friendly service manager named Seth. The customer service was fantastic.
