This location is fine, I do like watching the cameras in the bay so I can watch the work being performed. It's just the price. I mean you get a lot of extras like the full safety check, tires aired, etc. But still, who doesn't do that these days. I personally do not appreciate having my air filter removed and shown to me, I never agreed to having my engine dismantled, but I can see how it is a viable option for most consumers who aren't mechanically inclined. Had I not had a 30% off coupon, I don't see the price of an oil change here being competitive when there are other stores doing it for nearly half the price. Shop around folks! Lastly the first thing offered was the most premium oil and no mention of anything cheaper. My first intuition was that there was nothing else. Again, most cars don't require anything special as long as you change your oil on a regular basis. The oil price did not include labor. "Jiffy Lube" is known as an oil changing place, not a mechanic shop. A note from a seasoned aircraft mechanic, you do not fly an aircraft, you drive a car. We put nitrogen into aircraft tires because of expansion at altitude, icing temperatures, and safety. There is absolutely no reason to have nitrogen put in your car tires. Do not fall for this BS! Also never allow your tires to be "performance siped", no matter what propaganda you read. This is a waste of money. This location did not offer siping, but was up-selling a poor older woman who did not know better on nitrogen and a unnecessary oil change. She was also having her oil changed every 3000 miles and in this case less, because it had been 6-months (her words). A complete waste of money and good oil. I would expect the service reps to do the admirable thing and tell her to come back at around 5000 miles if not using synthetic. read more

This is a great location. They are helpful friendly and fast. The waiting area is clean and provides coffee and Ayer and lots of things if you bring the kids. I didn't feel pressured at all when Alicia checked me out and she answered all of my questions. I used a coupon I received off of their website and walked out with a full synthetic change for 64.99. I've been here a few times. They were busy when I went in this last time but the customer service was still great. They greeted me when I got there, took my information. The wait was long, not their fault, but they were definitely trying to finish as fast as possible but at the same time, didn't make me feel rushed. They are very thorough with the inspection, I decided to stay in the car during the service, and they asked a lot of questions to give me the best service possible. Can't even give this Jiffy Lube a star but to post they get one. First $217.00 for an oil change. Ok I understand inflation but that's crazy. Then thank goodness I did not drive my car to work. They left something off or loose. All my oil drained out. I'm so glad I asked my husband to check the oil because we're going on a trip. They tried to say it was my gasket ok stuff happens but it's not my gasket my car is less then a year old and never had a gasket problem. I don't even know if they really put oil in it. Worst service ever. This also happened to a friend of mine at the same location. When my husband took it back instead of giving some type of compensation for the time wasted and doing a crappy job on top of almost blowing my car up as I drove to LA they gave him a card with 15% off next time. Andre, the manager was very kind and informative. We discussed my suburban, and was reassured she was in good hands. They offer oil changes as well as many other services. They topped off all my fluids and I had them change out my air filter and washer blades. Inside the waiting area there is complimentary coffee and hot water for tea. They were true gentlemen. Offered to get me anything, opened my door for me and again, took the time to discuss everything with me. Another terrific service they provide is if I'm within 3,000 miles of an oil change, I can take it to any Jiffylube to have the fluids topped off for free. Good to know! The name says it all, because you'll definitely be in and out on your way in a jiffy! I first contacted this Jiffy Lube to inquire about their 30k oil change and maintenance check-up. At my last oil change, my dealership had told me that the maintenance check-up there would cost upwards of $900... so I began looking around and came across Jiffy Lube. I was pleased to find that every oil change here comes with everything that would routinely be done at the 30k check-up at the dealership. For only a fraction of the cost! And they didn't even try to sell me anything that I didn't need! For example, they took out my air filter to show me that there was only some mild dust on it and that it wouldn't need to be replaced until the next oil change. My dealership had been trying to get me to replace that for the past two oil changes! And much to my dismay, I found out that I was missing a cabin air filter... so they were able to put in for me. Other than that, they did the usual inspection points and changed my oil and brake fluids out. The only thing they couldn't do was replace the transmission fluid since my transmission is sealed, so that's one thing I'll have to inquire about with the dealership. Some perks in the waiting room... ice cold water, coffee, and coloring books for kids. I particularly liked their side-by-side tvs, that allowed you to watch tv while simultaneously seeing the work being done on your car through the surveillance cameras. How convenient! read more

Had just got purchased my car and was going to change the oil on it here waited about 30 minutes for service then they wanted to see my cabin air filter to see if it needs replacing I seen them struggling to take apart the glove compartment so I told them it's ok they brought over the supervisor at the time who forced it down then replaced it then they took as long as the oil change to try to put my glove compartment back into place they couldn't get the tab in there correctly and broke my right tab so now my glove compartment on my new car falls when opening and they said they couldn't do anything not even knock off price of oil change or give the filter for free now I need to buy a compartment that's $380 for my car wouldn't recommend going here usually the wait is way longer on other days to read more

Stopped by for a routine oil change on my car. My experience with jiffy lube has been so-so in the past in terms of time spent there and with technician professionalism, but I was in a hurry to get my oil changed and didn't feel like shopping around for a new spot. I'm not sure if it's location specific, but this time the service was quick and the techs were friendly, helpful, and not trying to hassle me with upsells. The manager Marcus even came out to see how I was doing and let me know where I could find coupons for a discount next time I came in. Service was great, the gentlemen who helped me with my oil change was very informative and sweet! My only concern was while I was in the waiting area with my mask on a couple walking in without a mask joking about it, one of the other employees told them "it's okay" and they continued to sit in the waiting room without a mask. I have been here before with no issues in the past., however on my last visit, they broke a piece of my truck. I watched the technician step on the center lug cap of my rim and it break, then they proceeded to use tape to fix it in position. These rims are discontinued and a center cap is very hard to find. I had come in with a out brake light and had let them know I had to get it fixed because my son was going to be taking his drivers license test the next day . Took my Acura for the first time for an oil change. When picking up my vehicle they tell me there were a few screws missing from the bottom metal undercar shield but it was no immediate concern. Rewind: When I dropped off my vehicle the bottom of the vehicle looked normal, after I picked it up and drove it the next day, the undercar metal cover was dragging! I poke underneath to see what was going on and there were only two screws holding the damn thing up. Keep in mind there should be a total of 6 or 7 screws. Zip tied what I could to keep the pan up. If you lost the damn screws to my pan, the least you guys can do is replace it! read more

This is a late post, came to this Jiffy Lube back in October of 2018, it was convenient and I needed an oil change. Took my vehicle to a dealership in January of 2019 for a full service and was told that who ever did my last oil change had cross threaded my oil drain plug. They chased out the threads and were able to salvage half of them but said that they would not hold out in the long run and that a oil pan change was in my future ... $400.00 plus labor! read more

I had made an appointment at 1230 with the manager when i pull up only 1 car is in front of me, I got there at 1215. Was told it was going to take an hour n half. Its 2 now and my car still hasn't been pulled into the shop. I go outside to ask whats the issue, literally 6 workers walk past me standing next to my car without asking if i had any questions or concerns. I ask why hasn't my car been pulled in yet. One of them says they dont have the part yet another says the guy is on lunch or looking for the part and that its gonna be another 2-3 hours...Even though i came in 4 days prior for a check up and discussed the whole thing to the manager.. so out of the 4 days yall couldn't call me nor tell me when i pull up and check in that yall don't got my parts ready....
