I brought my car in for an oil change and got my car in and out in record time. They tried to sell me a new battery, but I just had it changed a couple months ago so I declined. The guy tried to tell me I definitely needed a new battery I told him that this one is brand new, there's no way it's going bad after barely 3 months. He quickly deflected back to my oil charge. But then I had a random sensor go off and I took it to a mechanic, he fixed it but asked when my car started leaking oil. Turns out my valve cover gasket was cracking and leaking oil. He said that I had to get it changed now before my next oil change, when I told him I just had the oil changed, he said the mechanics shouldn't have changed the oil with this leak. And it was very VERY noticeable. When I called afterwards to check if the mechanics could clarify if they saw the leak or not, the manager wouldn't even get on the phone with me when I couldn't give the name of the mechanic who worked on my car, he was EXTREMELY rude when he thought I couldn't hear them. So, I'm not coming back here because clearly there are no experts here. Just people looking to scam you for everything they can charge you. Edit: Suck my unit, you want me to email corporate for you for nothing to be done? How about YOU take care of YOUR location bc when I called after this incident to talk to YOUR manager about the leak, all I heard him say when he thought I was on hold was: Is it my fault this bastard doesn't know his own car? read more

I had a great experience and the best customer service at Jiffy lube. Sean is totally Amazing as are the other crew. Sean stayed after hours to help me out with a rat problem in my car. Cant believe someone would do that for me. I am very thankful for the great service at Jiffy lube you don't get that anymore. Kindness is why I keep coming back to Jiffy lube. I went to have coolant changed. It is nice that they remember past customers. The Crew know what they are doing. I was very thankful for the incredible kindness. I came by Saturday morning for an oil change. The place was crazy busy, and was considering driving by, but a spot opened, so I pulled up. Was greeted immediately, shown to the waiting room, and had some coffee. In a few minutes, by truck was inside the shop, and the service writer did my intake. Was given a pretty extraordinary choice of oils to use, based on what Chevy recommended (2017 Silverado), and, about the time the fellow asked me to sign his estimate, he reviewed the status of my stuff, and said they'd be done in about 5 minutes. Sean and his crew are the definition of customer service. I have an older Acura that has always been taken to Acura for all of the repairs and oil changes. Well, I stopped getting my oil changes done at Acura because their service department is not open on weekends (what the heck ‍). That is when I started coming to Jiffy Lube. Top notch customer service, in and out in a jiffy (see what I did there lol), and I know my car has been thoroughly checked over. More than an oil change! With a flat tire I asked Jiffy Lube if they might take a look as I was hoping it might just need air. They were so diligent they not only added air but also advised me that it wasn't safe for me to drive the car as there was a hole in the tire that leaked air constantly. I was so impressed as they did this just to help me-they don't sell tires! It was kindness that wasn't expected but was very much appreciated. read more
