I came in an hour before they were going to close and a woman with red hair along with 2 other men attended me. After going to this Jiffy Lube I feel like I've been cheated. All of my other experiences at other oil change shops have been nothing, compared to the service that Amanda, Eric, and Mike provided here. They don't just take your keys and tell you to come back in 25 minutes. Amanda will show you the options you have with no sales pressure. Eric will vacuum, clean your windows, and top you off. Mike will carefully work on your car and they all will make detailed notes. I didn't get a stressful call about my air filters needing to be changed and they walked me through everything with my car. Worst oil change ever. They bent my oil pan and stripped the plug. Cost $800 to fix, and they will not reimburse me. My car was at the VW dealer for regular service and they found the issue. We contacted Jiffy Lube and they said they would investigate, and would not give me a rental. I paid to get the car fixed and they said I voided the warranty because they did not look at it first. They talked to the dealer and the damaged parts were kept for them to check out. I guess I was supposed to leave my car there for however long it was going to take the adjuster to do their job. The letter they sent telling me they wouldn't reimburse me didn't even have a name or number to call. Nice accountability from their main office. They even had the nerve to say they hoped I would come back again. Telling everyone I know to never take their car to Jiffy Lube. read more

Everything was thoroughly explained to me, I was given all my options without the pressure of spending more than necessary. I heard a lady yelling at one of the guys about her interior. Saying something like I saw a guy eating pizza in her car. I saw one guy eating pizza, but not working, or near her car. I just want to brag on this particular Jiffy Lube. Amanda and her team are amazing and have always gone above and beyond to make sure my car is running well and that I get the best deal possible. I know there's been a lot of bad press about Jiffy Lube over the last year, but this one particular store makes up for all that bad press. They represent! I've had recent oil consumption issues with my Prius, and have been back-and-forth with Toyota over this, and during this time, Jiffy Lube has gone above and beyond to top off my oil whenever and as often as needed, even when it's more than they are normally allowed to do. I went in yesterday in the pouring rain and a little stressed about getting new windshield wipers and my oil changed, since I had waited a little longer than I should have. By the time I left I felt like I was on cloud 9. They treated me with respect when I called to get a quote and when I pulled my car up everyone in the shop was really inviting. They were done in less than 20 minutes and gave me detailed information about had been done and my recommendation in the future, in a way I could understand. First let me say that I'm super critical when it comes to auto service businesses as you can see with my two 1-star reviews of two auto service shops, but these guys the real deal! I drive 4000-5000 miles per month with my job so I'm in there often and they are consistently friendly, fast and efficient. The whole staff is great, but it seems most the time either Mike & Mike & Amanda are the people that help me and they're on it! Amanda will quite often remember details of my last visit which is ridiculous great memory. Huck, Amanda, Adam and Scottie were all amazing during my visit. I came in for an oil change on my 2006 Mercedes ML350, hoping they could also help me with replacing some lights... turns out, most of my lights needed changing (I knew that) but was once told (by another mechanic) that you had to remove the entire bumper and it would take half a day, in addition to costing me $100 per headlight plus labor. Well, the peeps at Jiffy Lube charged $24.99 each headlight, did not have to remove my bumper, and for the bulbs they did not have in stock, they let me walk across to the auto parts store to purchase (which cost me under $20) and still installed for me. They changed my oil, of course, all of this completed in a little over an hour. Some of the lights were difficult to get out. Our conversations were hilarious as we joked around, the entire experience was great! I didn't feel overcharged or taken advantage of. This was not my most pleasant visit to this jiffy lube service store. I went in for just an oil change and I asked the men serving my new 2017 Chevy LTZ Truck to make sure they did not leave any oil on the bottom of my truck because I have a new stamped concrete driveway at my home. They said ok and I thought all would be fine. When I got my truck home i parked it for a day. Then a day later I took it to work and as I was backing out of my driveway I saw oil on my driveway, a lot of oil. This did not sit well with me and I call them back to let them know about it, I then took it back to them to clean up the under carriage of my new truck and they tried to do that. I then took the truck home thinking all is well only to find another oil stain on my driveway this morning. This workmen ship is unacceptable and I will never recommend them to anyone or ever go to another jiffy lube again...
