I would recommend going to a different shop. I brought my car in after a failed smog test and was told they would get to it the next day and they were more affordable place. Called for 2 days in a row and they still never started working on my car and kept getting the run around of what could be wrong, never called back when I asked how much it would be to replace something. After I was not comfortable with them working on my car, I went in on Monday, to get my car back at 8 when they open...to be told the front desk guy wasn't there yet and won't be there till 8:30. Walked back in at 8:30 and he still wasn't there! Thankfully I got my car back to take it to a different shop. Don't be open at a certain time if the person who does the paperwork doesn't show up until 8:30 or whenever he wants to show up. read more

The last time I went in for my check engine light, I even called ahead to confirm they could check it. When I pulled up, the light had literally just turned off, and they refused to even look at my car. No effort, no scan, nothing -- just "we can't help you." They were super rude about it too, which honestly has been a theme every time I've dealt with them. With my old car, they told me it "just needed a tune-up," so I paid over $500. The car broke down right after I picked it up. When I brought it back, they let it sit on the lot for over a week without even touching it or giving me any updates. I've felt talked down to here more than once, especially as a girl, and I'm over it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

Don't waste your time here. Nobody was wearing a mask, there's nowhere to park your car, and they can't even get their employees to show up. I called the day prior to ask about a tire alignment for the next day and they told me they don't do appointments but it shouldn't be a problem, to call back later that day to confirm. They told me make sure you bring in your car right at 8 AM so we can do it before some other project comes in. I show up before 8 AM and the greasy staff member (not wearing a mask) tells me the guy who does alignments isn't here yet and doesn't show up until 8:30 AM but could be later. So I waited until 8:30 AM, he still doesn't show up. The staff member tells me this guy has a habit of showing up late so he just doesn't know when he could come in, but I can keep waiting around. One of the staff member's buddies is also sitting in the lobby with his mask under his chin, chatting away with his friend. The lobby is pretty much as gross as you'd expect. At this point I've wasted almost an hour on this, which should have taken an hour max (or at least they could've taken my keys and sent me on my way), and the staff member is being disrespectful and rude, so I left. read more

After 2 services, I feel like it's more fair to leave a review. First oil change service to test out a new shop. The shop seems busy with many bays occupied. Price is good, same as Walmart. Drop off car, came back an hour later ( as told by owner) and no one at the shop know where the car is. Odd, I walk around to nearby streets and found my car parked along one of the street. The mechanic was sleeping in the driver seat. Not cool to see. The owner did not charge for the oil change service for the long time and incident. So 10 months later, decided to give them another chance. Well the oil changing guy didn't properly tighten the oil plug causing a slow leak. It was a worse experience the second time on "most basic" of car maintenance. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never 3 times read more

Ray was friendly, had excellent communication, and was very accommodating. He even offered to have one of his workers drive me home after I dropped off my car! The service was done was within 24 hours, and I got picture updates in the process. I compared this place to others, and his was the best deal. After having parked my 2015 VW TDI for 45 minutes, it starting making a heavy clunking sound every time I would shift and/or apply the gas. The great guys at Purrfect Auto figured out that somehow the bolt that kept my engine in place was missing. Ray squeezed me in that day! After the inspection, Paul explained the problem. Here's what makes them stand out above the others: Paul had already contacted VW to find the proper bolt and where to get it. On his way to work the next day, Paul stopped by a VW dealership and picked up the bolt. They had it ready for me before lunchtime that day with a total cost of $54.95! We had a small problem with a seal on the oil filter after getting an oil change and they immediately took care of the problem at no charge and in a timely manner. Not sure how this place gets such high reviews... we tried this auto shop since it was open on Saturdays, but the service took three days longer than they originally said and we got the car back with oily rags and washers in the cup holder which I think is unprofessional. It also takes at least 10 minutes to speak with an employee when you walk in because no one is ever there. They eventually got the job done and seemed like nice people but I would not trust them with my car again. read more

Recently moved to the area and was advised by my uncle to go to Purrfect Auto if anything acts up with my car. Sure enough, my transmission blew out and Purrfect Auto confirmed it. They fixed it up and said if anything else happens to it then to bring it in again, since they were pretty sure the transmission they put in would work, but then again anything can happen with cars. About a week later it started having the same problems and Purrfect Auto took a look at it again and said that it needed a certain part that it usually doesn't need and within a couple days it was good to go! I came by to get it and they didn't even charge me the labor cost - just the employee price for the part!
