Update on last review these people have been putting 0w20 with is a oil ment for hybrids and natural gas vehicles. My girlfriend s car a toyota camery was righ5 under its lube oil date and was almost 2 qts low. I believe they use this oil cause its far cheaper than a thicker oil. Or they can't read cause the oil cap says 5w20 besides that they are over charging her to put the wrong oil in the car. Stay away from this place. I got there took 40 mins for them to finish scamming person before me. Charged 180$ for a oil change and was told my batteries were bad - they wanted 150 per battery-I declined went to walmart who was selling better for 114 but they tested my batteries perfectly fine! And sent me on My way after telling me I could have paid 89$ for synthetic oil change there. Also they got oil on my headliner which is tan getting in truck. Didn't check air in tires so!!! Had to bring truck around and wait ten more minutes! Last time I brought camry in they tried to say my cabin filter needed replacing while I had just replaced myself a week before for 9$ instead of 30$ plus labor! They are scammers and I will never return!! read more

They wanted to ensure that my vehicle was serviced as well as possible and checked my tires thoroughly where they were able to find two leaks and even gave me suggestions on where to get it fixed for free or cheap. It was $32.23 for a regular oil change on my civic with $5 off coupon. It also took well over an hour. I thought I wanted my tires rotated too, but the price on that was somewhere around $25 extra so I obviously passed. With the service being neither fast nor cheap, there really is no good reason to go back. read more

Came in for an oil change on my 2014 4Runner close to 200k miles got the full synthetic high mileage oil change and they saw my engine air filter was nasty and recommended I get a new one for 30$ and they topped off my fluids. Oh my God where do I begin - such great service! I'm new to the area and was due for an oil change, after having an unforeseen availability in my day I called a few Ford service centers and was told they would be booked for at least a week. Then I went to a local place who told me I'd have to come back on a weekend and compete with 20 other people for a 7:30 a.m. slot. I go to Google and find this location for Jiffy Lube and immediately my problems are solved in a flash and with great customer service! As soon as I pull up Sean comes up to my window greeting me with smiles and making me feel so welcomed. He gives me directions nicely and clearly and within 30 seconds my car's ready to go in the carport for an oil change. Great team environment, they check my mileage and my lights while I'm in my car and then Sean welcomes me to review my options for the oil change explaining with great detail what the pros of each choice are. He leads me to the waiting room and all the attendees and service workers are just so nice and have a bunch of smiles, super welcoming environment. Especially as a female going into a usually male-dominated environment, I have never felt so comfortable in a oil change location before. They were done with my oil change literally within 10 to 15 minutes, at least that's what it felt like! 003 / 100 - 2018 YELP 100 CHALLENGE. A Jiffy Lube that is actually... Jiffy!?? Needed an oil change and decided to go to this Jiffy Lube as it was the closest. It's located in the Albertson's plaza and it IS tucked away, so please be aware of this when you're looking for it! It's towards the back corner, closer to Albertson's, and behind the Chevron gas station. It took me a little bit to find it because of this LOL! Arrived right when they opened and they had one other person they were already helping. There are A LOT of technicians that work at this location which definitely helps expedite the process! Other Jiffy Lubes I've gone to have always had only 1-2 workers, which causes issues when a whole bunch of people are trying to get their oil changed, etc. The whole process took about 20 min or less. I was heading home before I knew it! The workers I spoke with were all very cordial and polite. Didn't try to sell too hard on anything, which is a breath of fresh air. Other locations will try to force you to buy stuff, but these guys know that they won't convince you if they're pushy. I'll be honest, I'll probably take them up on their offer to change out my filters the next time I'm here. My husband went this morning and was in and out within 20 minutes again. Def lost a customer. I waited to post this because it was going to be a bit extreme. One because I really can't stand people that aren't straight up and just talk shit under their breath so I kinda had to let that just leave my peaceful mind. But anyways, I have a blown head gasket something these guys obviously know nothing about, assuming and talking shit about me putting a coolant in my oil tank really shows the experience y'all have around cars. As you might not know I was draining my oil because it was contaminated. Due to a blown head gasket. Mr. Tall long haired dude. "At least it's not me doing it" best time come up to my car and say that shit. I use to like coming to this place. And I won't anymore. Ever again at least until the whole staff is replaced. Next time inform me that there is coolant in my oil. Just don't sit there and laugh about it. And talk shit under your breath because you have no fucking backbone. read more

I get my car serviced here regularly. They are quick, change oil fast, and don't try to force other work on your car. The only thing I wouldn't recommend their windshield wipers...they don't last for very long. read more

On the way to work today I noticed my tires were low in air so really quickly I pulled into this jiffy lube and asked the gentlemen named Michael to help put air in my tires. He immediately stopped what he was doing and even though their normal air compressor was out of service he assembled another one to be able to still help me out when he could have easily said no sorry the compressor is out of service and returned back to whatever he was doing. I dropped off my car walked over to Top nail salon with a friend and got a mani/pedi and eyebrows done..... When done... went and paid my 42.00 for my oil change. They topped off my window washer fluid added steering fluid suggested some other things that I already knew I needed. They didn't pressure me to make me have them do it.
