NOT JIFFY. I sat right down, but they waited 20 minutes to check me in and start on my car when only one bay was full. I'm sure they wait to check you in so that thier corpporate office can't track how PAINFULLY SLOW they are. The employees are nice enough, but Jiffy lube MUST BE JIFFY!!!! read more

The time to completion was a bit long (45 min-1 hour) but considering there were two cars in front of me it didn't seem too bad. Jake, the guy ringing everyone up was extremely courteous to everyone. I liked that he recommended certain services but wasn't pushy. I would also recommend anyone that frequents jiffy lube to sign up for emails. They don't pepper you and I had a coupon for $20 off an oil change and 15% off other services and they let me use both without any problem. read more

I have a business account with Jiffy Lube and it is my first time going there. The waiting room was nice and the attendant who drove my car to the back was very helpful! I went there during the day, hoping to get my oil changed as quickly as I could. When I got there it was busy, which is a good thing for business! The service was good, it just took a little to long for my taste. I got in and out of there in an hour a ten minutes, when the grease monkey down the road usually gets me in and out within a half hour no matter how busy! I think they did a thorough job though and I will give them another shot since my business is paying for it! :) read more

I had had a less than positve experience with another automotive service center the morning I drove into this Jiffy Lube. The first thing the young man said to me was "Welcome to Jiffy Lube." One of the services I needed (VIN verification) was not available but he told me where to get it done and the best days to go. He offered to pour me FRESH coffee. The crew used some of the same techniques that hospitals and aviation use to assure crtical steps are accomplished. My technician went over the cap tightening with me to assure me this had been done reliably. My tech was a young woman! I iwas n and out quickly without being rushed and incredibly immpressed with the service and customer care. read more

We took our brand new truck in for its first oil change here. I noticed oil in my drive way so swing by to have them fix the issue. The first guy was nice and apologetic looked at it right away and said it was not done right and said he'd fix it right away. Then another guy ( Nate) comes in with an attitude and says the vehicle isn't in their system so.....of course I ran out to my truck and got them the receipt and now I'm sitting here and no one has said a word. Nate keeps stomping around with an attitude like he's bothered by the situation and he's doing everyone a huge favor for doing his job( poorly).The manager (Josh)is here as the attitude guy has been talking to him but hasn't said a word. There was almost no oil in my truck, didn't even register when they checked it. Terrible customer service except for the first young man. If they ever make it right and I can get out of here I won't be back. Too bad these are the people running this place. It used to be great. read more

Just moved here and needed a quick oil change after my drive out here. I've had nothing but issues with my car since I took it here. My check engine light came on the next day and they dirtied up my air intake sensor because they took my filter out unnecessarily. Had to pay to get the stuff to clean that, then my car started smoking.... lift up my hood to see oil is EVERYWHERE. The oil cap was not put all the way back on so oil was sitting all over my exhaust and in puddles around my engine. I will always take my car to a dealership after this experience. read more

I was stranded on the side of the road 100 miles from my home, had to hitchhike at 9pm alone! Now they won't pay me back what I spent on rental cars and an actual dealership fixing my car! Ripped Off. They serviced my A/C and it's now blowing hot air. I was told the old manager has been fired and never should have recharged it. The compressor is shot. Then they informed me that they would refund my money BUT WOULD KEEP $50.00 BECAUSE THEY HAD TO. Then since I no longer have the same debit card they would have to mail me a check for my so-called refund. (Minus the $50.00 of course) Do NOT trust this company. The District Manager is the one that refused to just give me my money back. read more

Fantastic service! Went there after brakes plus said a simple oil change would take all day. These guys were super nice, when I pulled up they immediately helped me I didn't have to wonder where to go. The oil change was quick AND the best part the technician helping me actually suggested I didn't need a new filter! I was shocked! They weren't even trying to up sell me! I hate writing bad reviews but this time I have to say something. Sometimes when a guy wants just an oil change, that's all he wants. When I specified to the gentleman that I would ONLY like an oil change and that is all, I thought he understood that I didn't need all the other malarkey to go with it. Next thing I know, there's a girl doing what looks like a test of my antifreeze. I look a little closer and she sucked out all of my Rain X windshield washer fluid and the guy fills it up with cheap blue stuff. He said," I thought it was antifreeze". Hello, if you suspect antifreeze in someone's windshield washer fluid reservoir, don't you say, "hey, I think you have antifreeze in your windshield washer reservoir sir" before you siphon it out. Honest mistake on his part as the RainX stuff I use IS green. They gave me a discount for the troubles and hopefully they don't do the same thing again to someone else. Surely the look on my face when I said to them, "did you really just suck out my good washer fluid and replace it with cheap stuff" was enough for them to remember to always double check what they are doing. read more

The 29.99 oil change banner they have in front of the store is a joke. I went in there to get my oil changed and it took an hour in and out, and it ended up costing me $90! i figured they would at least wipe down my windows, but when i got it back i still had toe prints on my windshield and dog nose prints on my back window - they weren't touched. They tried to talk me into every supplemental fluid change, air filter change, everything, and my truck only has 30k miles, which it just ran out of bumper-to-bumper warranty at 24k. I took it in for an OIL CHANGE, don't try to sell me on everything else under the sun. (windshield protectant, differential oil change, transmission fluid change, transfer case fluid change, etc), its frustrating to say NO over and over and over. I went in there for a cheap quick oil change, and I won't be going back or referring anyone because it wasn't quick and wasn't cheap. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube on a Sunday. We needed an oil change asap because we were going out of town the next day. I got there about 4:00 and saw a couple workers there, so I walked in and asked if they could do an oil change. The worker hesitated and said that he could do it. Then I saw that they actually closed at 3:00 and he still helped me out. He was very nice about it, even though the other worker there didn't seem so thrilled, but they did everything I needed. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This is just another one of those scam shops that "strongly urges" you to get a bunch of other work done. Even if you decline any/all extra work, they treat you like you're an idiot that has never owned a car before. On top of everything, I needed new windshield wipers for the upcoming winter season. The "new" wipers they recommended cost a total of about $50 and they were significantly WORSE than the old ones I had since purchasing the car. I honestly cannot drive in the snow or rain until I get new wipers because these are so unbelievably bad. I also forgot to mention that they don't know how to reset any of the newer vehicles' oil % indicator, so my car is still telling me I need an oil change. I honestly could not be any less satisfied with this shop. I will never EVER go here again, unless it is simply to explain how awful they are to make myself feel a little better. read more
