I was being directed out of the bay, where there was a large asphalt repair right outside. The attendant was waving me out and I was trying to avoid the broken road. They directed me straight into a pole that was not visible for me, and did not ever indicate that I should stop. They literally waved me right into it and then told me I shouldn't have worried about the road issue ahead of me. They told me they would not help with repairs at all because I was not in the bay any longer. As soon as I was out, the road repair guys went right back to work on the broken up pot hole. But apparently it was save to drive on. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not come here. read more

Will absolutely be coming back they were so kind and efficient. Nate helped and was so sweet and helpful! They changed my oil and let me know my intake housing hose was severed so I ran to the auto shop a block away and brought the hose back and Nate ran out and changed that for me for free. Overall would definitely recommend going to this location. read more

I usually have a great experience with the but today there was a guy working at this location who was on the phone when I pulled up. Then he came over to help Sergio (who was professional) and performed my oil change. While I was talking details about my oil change, this guy interrupted to ask what color my car was then made a weird joke. He is super awkward . Then Sergio told me to pull out and as I'm leaving this guy told me to wait until he tells me to leave. Which one is it? He seemed super depressed and unfriendly. He was a white guy with a super baggy uniform, glasses, and a beanie. Never coming back to the location. read more

Clean, but only one person working at 8am? It definitely didn't take 5 minutes. There was a line of cars at 8 and thankfully, I wasn't in a hurry. I think overall it took about 30-40 minutes. When it was my turn, the staff was really nice and did as fast as she could. I went there because of the reviews and that they give veterans a discount, which was a nice. I wouldn't mind coming back, but it is out of my way now. read more

After slightly under an hour wait in line, it was my cars turn to be serviced. The staff overfilled all my sedans tires to 50 psi, when the spec calls for 32. This resulted in an air bubble in one of my tires immediately, and I had to get the tire replaced. After applying consistent pressure on their management over a period of several weeks to get them cover the expense for the damage they caused, they did eventually issue me a check for reimbursement of the tire. The folks here are very inexperienced, I would recommend going to a reputable shop even if it's just for basic fluids and maintenance. The concept of a drive thru to quickly get basic maintenance is great - but the reality is it might wind up being a gigantic headache for you instead. read more

I really like the convenience of Take 5! It's nice to be able to stay in your car through the duration of the oil change and not have someone drastically adjusting your seat or finishing up the service and forgetting to tell you that your car is ready while you sit in the waiting area. The wait can be a little lengthy at times depending on how many cars are ahead of you. When I went, they also only had one bay open, which added to the wait time as well. It still wasn't too bad in terms of time and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Prices are commiserate with other shops, so no complaints there. I would definitely come here again! read more

They were really quick which took like 10 to 15 minutes! Super friendly. I needed an oil change during my road trip a couple weeks ago and was supposed to go to another place but they were closed but I was lucky enough to find these people. Two people worked on my car Wednesday morning , Emily and Dionte. Dionte let me know that my air filter did not need to be replaced and he put it back in my car. that same day i was driving my car and it started giving me warnings and my check engine light turned on my car was struggling to accelerate , so i took it back about an hour later and they check my car and emily checked the codes and then cleared them. they said everything looked fine and told me to come back if it keeps acting up. i came back on friday and asked them to change the air filter because maybe that's what is causing my car to struggle so she changed it and i left. the next morning my car wouldn't move so i got it towed to get serviced. they told me that they would pay for my ubers and diagnostic. it turns out that the maf censor is dirty due to the air filter not being put back correctly and there is dirt at the bottom of the air filter box. the repairs cost me $800 and take 5 is not taking responsibility! even though they said they would. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! read more

It was about $100 but they did a ton of stuff, typing off all our fluids, pull change, new air filter, as well as a few other things that made our car sound amazing since then. we will definitely go back to see them every time. I went here for a basic oil change on a 4Runner. After spending 30 minutes trying to get the skid plate on they said they finally got it. "It's just hard because they are so heavy". After getting home I see the skid plate is literally hanging off one side. I was able to get one side bolt in but the other one, which was covered in oil, was obviously stripped. They didn't tell me any of this and didn't even take the time to tap in new threads. I also called multiple times and the "manager" was never in and I never got a call back.
