I left a review on Google a few months ago but I want to rate again because I've now had 3 separate experiences here and all have been incredibly positive. Today I brought my car in with a flat tire and was expecting to need a replacement, but they ended up being able to repair it and did it completely for free. I've gotten excellent customer service here and the techs are super efficient considering how busy they always seem to be. They fix exactly what needs to be fixed and don't even try recommending a bunch of unnecessary repairs or maintenance. I've never felt condescended or taken advantage of as a woman in this shop which is huge for me. It's also a huge bonus that they're open on the weekends. I usually wait in store and each time they've been finished in about an hour! The first two times I came were also for tire replacements, and they only charged me for the tires (mine were $82 each) and mounted them for free. The first time I came they forgot to put my spare back in the trunk; they noticed before I did and called me the same day to let me know. I had to go back, so they gave me a coupon for a free oil change. Unexpectedly great compensation for a 10 minute drive. I can't recommend this place enough, I never want to go to another mechanic. read more

I highly recommend Big Brand Tires. Jason at the counter, was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I told him I screwed up plugging a nail hole. ( which I appreciated) the tech (didn't get his name unfortunately) was also super cool and pleasant to work with. I asked if I could pay for their time since they were fixing my poor attempt at plugging the tire. Jason insisted that it would be no charge. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially young adults who aren't familiar with these things and these type of people who continue to charge their clients fees and taxes mostly just for the credit card for people who can't pay the amount in full. they broke my blinker on my car that was perfectly fine before going to them and they also broke my sun roof that will not open or close they also upon getting my car almost a month later they never called me except twice almost everyday I was calling for an update because none of them are working as a team and don't know what's going on each time i've called i've been on hold for the longest times and they would try to hang up on me as fast as they could the lady name Shelby or whatever who works in the front has no compassion just straight attitude and arguing with me about my bill and my concerns, I truly believe they mostly charged for labor and when I went to pick up my car cause they added at least 1,000 on my bill after they gave me first quote (which they didn't print out for me or save for future use) mostly all the people "working" there weren't really working before i went back she said they were currently working on my car and I went to get something out of my car people were smoking they had there tools all on the floor to were i almost tripped they had my car taken so apart and their dirty tools all in my car and everything in my car thrown around they also couldn't even clean up my car after making it look like a wreck and smell absolutely like cigarettes read more

I give Ben Brand tire and services to Stars . Initially when I set up the appointment I read the reviews and they were excellent reviews. The really only complaint I have is of the lady at the front counter she was extremely rude and disrespectful. I went in to get two brand new tires and an alignment and drove maybe a half a mile and it still started pulling to one side I went back in and the manager had asked me to come back the next day which I have come to find out there was a missing piece. So the guy who initially did the alignment would not suggest again! read more

I had used the web site to book an appointment that needed a confirmation and was told that is was cancelled because they phoned for the confirmation and no one answered. I checked and they did not place the call! I asked about an 86k service for my auto and was told that they needed to look up what service was necessary and would phone me back before Fri, 06/08 with the info and set up an appointment. This is Wed, 06/12 and No One has phoned, yet(?). Good Luck getting Good Customer Service from this group. read more

Moving my son to Florida from Denver. Decided to move most of his belongings in a small U-Haul trailer and pull it with our 2015 Honda CRV. I wanted to make sure the CRV was in great condition for the trip. Took it to Big Brand and asked them to inspect it bumper to bumper. They were friendly, told me exactly what they were going to do and understood why I needed it done. Only took 2 hours. Went over what they had found. I agreed with them and thought that the price was fair.
