The staff here are extremely personable, friendly and professional. They toped off my coolant and washed off some battery acid off my battery free of charge. I got my car service as soon as I pulled up, they are hard workers and move very quick. It's probably the nicest and cleanest waiting lobbies I've sat in at a Jiffy Lube. I cannot say that I recommend this one based on my experience, but perhaps they have learned from their mistakes. This location serviced my vehicle for a routine oil change. When I left with my vehicle after the service, I just had made it out of the lot when my vehicle began smoking and reeking of oil. Having a solid understanding of what could have happened , I was able to get home and open the hood to check it out. Sure enough, there was oil spilled all over the place under there. I drove back the shop, which was awful given the smell of burning motor oil that was beginning to make my eyes water. Upon my return, I explained to the employee what was happening, to which he explained that the person changing the oil made the mistake of pouring the oil too quickly and causing it to spill over from the funnel. To my dismay, the employee finally admitted to having seen this and neglected to advise the person filling the oil to clean up any spillage. This was after a 10 minute conversation with him looking for scape goats as to what happened. When I asked why he didn't answer me honestly the first time, he couldn't say much more than direct me to call the manager. The lack of accountability was disheartening and extremely disappointing. I requested they clean up their mess and they did. First letting the car cool to wipe down all they could, they followed up with revving the car to burn off the oil. They did this revving for approximately 40 minutes as I sat there in addition to the timely process of the initial oil change. After they said my car was ready, I prepared to drive home by entering my vehicle that still smelled heavily of oil fumes. Driving home, the car still smoked from the spill and unfortunately they wasted a significant amount of fuel by revving my engine for over 30 minutes. Upon reaching out to the stores manager and explaining what happened, he offered me a discount on my next service. I assured him that I would not be back so this was obsolete. He promised to reach me later on that day, which he did, to discuss alternative options. I returned to the store later to get my money transferred back to my card that I paid with. Although I was refunded, the back and forth of having to catch another persons mistake that should have been attended to well before I left was unfortunate. My experience was unsatisfactory and something that I will be mindful of in the future. I encourage this staff to learn from my experience and take accountability for their mistakes. Humility is an honest and beautiful privilege we have to extend to one another. Hoping you can do better for future customers, but I won't be one of them. read more

This Jiffy Lube has greatly declined in the last few years. I pulled into have the oil changed and the wiper blades replaced. Currently, the techs have been fiddling with my vehicle for over 50 minutes. First, they couldn't find the cabin filter and want to rifle through the glove box. They tried to sell me wiper blades that are too small for my standard size SUV and when I asked for a refund on the wiper blades the tech told me that they had to call a manger. Magically 15 minutes later, still no refund. I cannot recommend this jiffy lube, which is unfortunate since I've come here for over 15 years. read more

I was about 1 mile away from Jiffy Lube after getting my oil changed when I heard a scrapping under my car. I pulled over and looked under the car. There was a metal plate under the car that was hanging down and scrapping on the pavement. I went back to Jiffy Lube and complained. They suggested I just take the plate off and leave it off. I told them I wanted it put back on. I also asked why they hadn't screwed it back in properly in the first place. I was told the screws or clips holding it in get worn out from repeatEd removal during oil changes. My car is is only years old. This shouldn't be happening. I was then told this is a common thing in the Midwest due to our harsh weather. I have had hundreds of oil changes on my family's cars and have never had this happen. So now I have to wait until next week when they can get clips to fix it. Super disappointed in Jiffy Lube. read more

The service was terrible. The entire place was dirty and filthy. The manager tried up selling everything and smelled like marijuana. The staff seemed lost and disoriented. Dwayne the district manager encourages this kind of behavior. Doesn't return calls and seems very racist again anyone that questioned him and his integrity. I would never go back. I have made a report at the police depart of bad business practices and they are under investigation. After leaving and questioning them, the left car dirty and oil footprints in the car. Never go there. Poorly maintained and poor customer service. They are thieves and not even a jiffy lube. They are working under DBA to avoid having to be compliant.
