I've used Jiffy Lube in years past. I can change my own oil but sometimes it's just more convenient to pay somebody else to do it. This past weekend both our cars needed oil changes. I wasn't about to spend my New Year's Eve changing it myself so we took a quick drive, right around the corner, to the new Jiffy Lube. The employees were friendly and professional. They said it would take about 40 minutes since there were other cars in the bays, they had us done in about 35 minutes. Always nice to under promise and over deliver to your customers. They did recommend a few other services (as all auto shops do) but they were very up front about what could wait and what should be done sooner rather than later instead of pushing every recommended service to be completed immediately. Also, they were right about the additional services (cabin air filter in one car, primary air filter in the other) so I don't feel taken advantage of. Had a couple of coupons since they just opened so the price was just right. Price would probably be a little high without tue discount but with synthetic blend in both cars the price is comparable to other shops in the area. Still over priced but what isn't these days?!??! Will likely use this location again due to our proximity. Will keep an eye out for any future deals/discounts. read more

I took my vehicle on Monday for an oil change, it was my first time at this location as it was recommended to me by a family member. As soon as I stepped in, my son's and I where greeted by Adrian and another associate ( sorry I didn't get his name). The waiting area was so clean and I was offered coffee while I waited for my car. The technician was so helpful and explained everything to me which was great!! Topped off my fluids, checked my tire pressure and cleaned all my windows as well as showed me my cabin filter that didn't need replacement according to them. Had a good experience here when they first opened. Good service, in and out quickly. However, went back today parked in front of the oil change bay and went inside. There were two other cars being worked on, so it wasn't too busy. I waited 15 minutes at the counter and not a single employee came in to talk to me, take information or even just to say give us a few minutes or whatever. I finally gave up and left. Either they're severely understaffed, outside just hanging out and not paying attention or they don't care. Either way, not a good look. Plenty of oil change places around that I don't need to just stand around and waste my time hoping someone will make an appearance. read more

The service and the staff there were great. Got me right in and finished quickly. However, I feel you need to be upfront about the services and give an estimate before you take the cars back to be serviced. By the time my truck was in the bay, I was given an estimate for $164 for an oil change. My truck takes about 7 quarts of oil and I was given the platinum without being asked or consulted. $90 in oil! I understand paying for labor, but to up charge the oil like that is crazy. While it was close and the service and staff were great, I will not be going back. read more

I was able to get an estimate online for my Chevy Silverado 1500 for my transmission fluid replacement and then when I got there I told the first technician what I was getting and he said they could do that and I'll just have to wait a bit though. Almost an hr passed and then another technician told me they couldn't do the service. I just wish they would've told me right when I got in and not after I waited for an hr also hopefully they will adjust the website so you can't get an estimate for a transmission fluid replacement for a 2019 Chevy Silverado because it's misleading read more

Andrea assisted me. She was very friendly and professional. My oil change was done in 30 minutes as estimated. They charged the going rate in the area but do more. They checked fluid levels brakes, filters and rotated my tires like other places. In addition, they washed my windshield, vacuumed the car and checked all my lights. The lobby was clean and air conditioned. They had a nice coffee area. I could see my car being worked on through the windows in the lobby. I saw they used a torque wrench to tighten lug nuts and drain plugs. That's the correct way some places are too lazy do. I'll be coming back. read more
