Was gifting a car and while I was detailing it I noticed one of the tires had a slight tear in the sidewall. Ok, first the good. The work was done right and the employees are nice. No hits on this at all. The reason for 3 stars is solely on pricing and tires they have. I don't need a warranty on the tires, they are not brand name, and they are pricy. I paid the "tax" because the day I was going to gift the car I needed tires and it was Sunday. I'd rather go to Costco and get brand name tires which they also warranty. I could have paid the same amount for a much better tire. But I couldn't get them same day on Sunday. So this is a good shop, good people, and if you need them same day on a Sunday... this is your place. read more

Was trying to find a good place to get tires rotated and oil changed and saw that this place had an amazing deal for oil change/ tire rotation. Dropped off car right before appointment time and waited over 3 hours for them to be finished. Once I got home I looked at my tires to verify if they were rotated which they weren't! Main reason I went was to get tires rotated (going on a road trip next week) Called the store to ask why they didn't rotate and guy told me he talked to the employee who was doing the oil change said my tires were in really bad shape and recommended I get new tires and didn't want to be reasonable for rotating (my tires are not in bad shape, just got the car a year ago) my paperwork does not say they recommend tires, it's does say the rotation was completed. What tire store (tire is in their company name) does not tell the customer they need tires and if they want to buy tires from them. If they were busy and told me they couldn't complete rotation I would've totally understood and even bought tires from them if I really needed new ones but I will not be coming back to this location or other shops of this name. Now I have to go wait somewhere else to get my tires rotated and with their lies I don't even think they did the oil change read more

Facility is clean and staff is pleasant, however the "free" oil change and tire rotation is misleading. I was charged $48 for the oil service (which is reasonable, but not free). And I noticed upon returning home that the tire rotation was not performed. I would think at least a tire shop would check tire pressures, but mine were all low. Might fix the "free" oil and tire rotation as on Facebook be changed. read more

The whole team at Big Brand is fantastic! I was warmly greeted as I entered and quickly helped! The gentleman that helped me was friendly and very welcoming! For a woman who has to get car things done is anxiety inducing at times but I felt safe, and they were trustworthy. Hung out in their lobby. The facilities were clean. It didn't smell like the garage. They had coffee and waters available! It was nice. They spoke to reach client with so much respect and familial language. I appreciate that! My car is done in a timing manner and honestly, I would come back! The work was done well. The price was fair. They own up to their work and take care of it with ownership! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they happened to inform me about my oil gasket leaking- appreciated. But other than that I would describe my experience as a deceitful interaction from an initial misleading Ad. Falsely advertised as a "free oil change", you don't catch the "..actually it's up to $75 off oil change" until the LAST step of the reservation process, which I didn't see until I closely revisited the website (pictures below). I know I should have closely read for the but still, I know I can't be the only one finding out as I was checking in for type of oil I want, which would have been ~$90 even with $75 off the oil change, it was never gonna be free :/ Anyways, don't want anyone else to have that feeling, I just saw the Ad again on Instagram and don't want others to fall in to the trap like I did read more
