I only had to do a dropoff during this visit, and it was pretty quick and painless. I was taken right away by a very unenthusiastic employee, who quickly took my receivers and printed me out a receipt, confirming that I returned the equipment. I will have to call Spectrum later in the month to verify that they did remove the equipment from my bill since the Xumo boxes are up and running. This location overall is pretty big and clean. Very spacious and I was offered to take a seat while I waited, but opted not to since I sit all the time at work. Glad this location is relatively close to my work to get stuff like this done.

Now imagine having upload / download times that are 3 times as fast as what Verizon can provide. Now imagine this being two thirds the price of Verizon. Finally imagine a company that provides almost instantaneous support / service. This is what Natural Wireless is. My specific experience: 0) Before moving, I requested a quote on service and pricing. I received an email instantaneously. 1) Moved into the new apartment on March 19th. Signed up for service. It was available immediately. 2) Same day added a Roku via email. Within 10 minutes it was on the network. 3) Same day discovered a laptop I used for work was not compatible with the default network. Placed a call. 4) March 21 a tech shows up, updates their equipment (see picture) and my router. Laptop now works. My entire home including echos, google home, smart plugs, additional laptops, FireTV are all on the network and are working great!

I've only had it a few days, but the set up was done quickly, courteously and professionally, and getting it to my devices could not have been more user friendly. When I had to move around the wires for the modem and router later that night, and lost the connection, I got customer service in minutes on the phone and she got me back to speed in no time, and even sent me an email giving me quick tips on how to get back online if need be in the future. And let's face it again; the price is great too. So unless you really need something extremely reliable for work reasons, and you actually have something more reliable, and are willing to pay the bigger bucks for it, give Starry a free trial.

After it's less-than-graceful swan dive out of my pocket onto the tile floor, my iPhone had only two functions on its screen: pitch black, and flashing green as if it just ate too much ecstasy at a 90s rave in Ibiza. I biked over and then there I was... a hot mess in the middle of august dreading yet another customer service interaction and the corporate bureaucratic BS that comes with it. Cut to Teddy: Nothing I love more than a person who takes me as I am and offers me solutions. I'm probably the worst apple product owner and have done zero work to sync my devices and respect the cloud. He listened unphased and then gave me two options, and also offered his honest opinion about what would save me money and provide more flexibility. Then, this absolute EARTH ANGEL of a human sat with me patiently for 2 hours as I pulled out my trusty iPad and rounded up the rest of the folks on my family plan to access my Verizon account info to move forward with an insurance claim. Verizon outsources their insurance, and so it's nothing on NYCOM or Verizon personally, but that was a nightmare (yeah @Asurion, we're lookin at you). I ended up coming back later in the afternoon, and Teddy rang them up and told them that their processing time for my claim was unacceptable as I need this line to run my business. We ended up moving forward with an upgrade instead, and being probably Jesus Christ reincarnate, Teddy rang up his homie to lend us a new iPhone screen so that I could proceed with backing up my phone and not have to lose any of my business documents or precious photos of my cat. He set me up with a new phone, case, and screen protector, as well as retrieved all of my information. I can't stress this enough: albeit long, Teddy made this the most positive and satisfying customer service interaction of MY LIFE. Working a job where people come to you frustrated about problems that they need quick solutions to is Gods work. Does Teddy have RBF in the mornings? Maybe so. But I would urge you to stick around and see how good Teddy treats his clients, looking out for their best interests even on their worst of days. Especially if it's after a Red Bull :)

The low level customer service and the way the company bilks customers is astounding. They claim to be giving you a five (5) year price lock. In my case, two months later they change the name of your promotion to Promotion for Life. They say that this means that only the taxes can go up if they do, but not the price for the service in my case, $40.00 with $5.66 in taxes for a total of $45.66. Do not be fooled. All their promotions, regardless of names, can be renamed and repriced at any time. They actively promote Autobilling, which means they take the money directly out of your bank account each month. It is not worth getting a $5 reduction to have these crooks get access to your bank account. Once you provide them with your bank account number, they can help themselves to any amount. Prices with Astound change at the drop of a hat. They do this by claiming that your plan's name was changed. What this means is that they hiked the price. Am actively going to see if I can find a better deal elsewhere. These people are nasty and only interested in bilking customers. These are seasoned scam artists.

The hostility and lack of hospitality immediatly made me want to slap the representative (which i hope i had done) instead i just walked away and thanked her for being absolutely no help.
