Unfortunately the person with whom I spoke was immediately rude, defensive, and hostile. She informed me that she'd sent an email letting me know they could not fulfill the order. I never received an email (and I scoured my junk and spam boxes) yet she insisted she'd sent it and refused to be helpful in resolving the issue. In such a case a proactive telephone call might have been helpful.

They were kind enough to reach out to inform me they do not have a smiley mug but will do their best to find one.
