I am 9 months pregnant and wanted a good deep clean of my apartment before baby come. Jill was very responsive and easy to plan with. I sent pictures so she was able to give me a quote. On the morning of my appointment, 4 ladies came on-time, with cleaning supplies and split the work so they were done very efficiently, but also did a great job. Jill and her team were above and beyond. My grandma and dad are too old to properly clean their house and it got so bad they got rats. Jill and her team made that house look damn near brand new. They were fast, efficient and super friendly. Jill even came back to do touch ups and places that I wanted a little cleaner. 1 star is generous. They were brought in to clean our house for sale. The agents usual cleaner was booked, unfortunately. We paid over 700.00 for a thorough cleaning or at least that's the bs they fed us. Jill rambled off how wonderful they were and how great their service was and how clean the house would be. She told me if kitchen drawers and cabinets were empty, they would clean them. That was not true. I had to brush out crumbs and dirt from the drawers, wipe out the cabinets, and clean them. We had to have them redo areas several times because they weren't clean. I had to tell them to go buy Q-tips to get window tracks clean, dirt was just shoved back in track where window overlaps. Dirt was shoved back in the corners of bottom front of shower. You would think professional cleaners would know that. My chandelier wasn't cleaned because they couldn't figure out how to do it without bending the wires the baubles hung from (which they did bend a few). A professional cleaner would know how! You don't pull on the wire, you hold the bauble in place or up a bit and clean it off with Clorox wipe. Voila, shiny baubles. After their 3rd day there, I just wanted them out of my house because things weren't getting any cleaner with them being there. If I had the time to clean myself, I would have and not spent the money, but, I did not have that time to spare. I trusted her word and her overstatement of her services. I sent my complaints to Jill, along with pictures, 25 of them. She did not apologize, she argued with me via email, she refused to refund even a portion of fee and was nothing but nasty and unprofessional. The Realtors that drudged her up from wherever were informed of her inferior quality of work, her attitude, her complete lack of professionalism and I highly doubt they would ever bring her in again. read more

I had the most horrendous job for Jill - My Dad's house that had not been cleaned in 8+ years. It was horrible, disgusting and so embarrassing! Jill, her husband Tyger plus their crew did a REMARKABLE job! I cannot even begin to express what a fabulous job they did on my Dad's kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen floor was BLACK - and by the time Tyger finished, I could see the actual linoleum! I was in shock for the amount of work they did, and the amount they charged me. Jill's House Cleaning came highly recommended by a friend, when my House Cleaner relocated. My home is 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, occupied by my tiny 4yr old human, who can destroy a room with toys or create a giant sticky icky mess in a matter of seconds and myself. Which is why I could use an extra set of hands to help clean when I might have missed a spot. I called Jill and had a pleasant conversation, which resulted in a appointment around my availability. I greatly appreciated her working around my schedule to set an appointment. She arrived promptly and very friendly and pleasant. We did a quick walk through where she asked what I was looking for. I explained the normal, light pick up of toys and such, wipe down of counters, tub and shower cleaned, vacuum, beds made, etc... In addition, every 3 months a deep cleaning, blinds, ceiling fans, walls, appliances, shelves, etc... Lastly, every 6 months assistance to help organize and declutter. We agreed on a very reasonable price and scheduled our first cleaning for today! After a long exhausting day, I came home to very clean and organized home. I love opening the front door to the smell of cleaning products! Th end result was exactly what I asked for and then some! They arrived on time as agreed and their execution was flawless! My mother tried out Jill's last week and they did a poor job of cleaning. My mom lives alone and keeps a pretty clean house but needs help with cleaning due to her age (89). Pro's- They showed up on time, Crew of 3 They were polite. Con's-They didn't clean cobwebs, left behind toilet uncleaned until it was pointed out, didn't clean cabinet door fronts, didn't dust ceiling fan, didn't move any furniture to vacuum and performed "lite" dusting. Pretty poor work for a crew of 3 cleaning for a little over 1 hr. Jill's charges a flat rate $100/cleaning regardless of house size. My mom's house is 1150ft and her friend (who referred her to Jill's) is 2800ft and she pays the same $100/cleaning. Needless to say we have found another house cleaning service. read more

Where to start.... talk about thorough, dependable, punctual, and going above and beyond. They are also trustworthy with your home, belongings and animals. They do exactly what you tell them to do. If you want the extras they have no issue doing that as well for a small fee. I think people forget there is a difference between a deep cleaning and your basic cleanings. they do the basic 2 times a month for me and I have them do a deep about every 6 months and MAN they are awesome. If anything is ever missed which is rare, they want the feedback and I really like that about them. I will never use anyone else ever again. read more

We have been using Jill's House Cleaning for about a year now. We only use her services every two weeks, but she and her staff treat us like we are their most important client. Her motto is "We don't cut corners, we clean them", and it's true! They do an absolutely fantastic job- every time. It's also important to note that we run our business out of our home, so Jill sends over a crew and they are in and out in about an hour- instead of one person being there all day. I hired Jill's in December, 2014, for a one time cleaning with the idea of scaling to twice monthly. I was extremely disappointed. When they arrived, they came in, put their stuff down and asked if they could use my microwave as they hadn't had their lunch. This made me uncomfortable, but I agreed. When they finished eating, they asked what I wanted done and I walked them through the house and stated I wanted a general cleaning with extra focus on the master shower and window blinds. I asked them to keep the front door shut as I have pets that are not allowed outside. I lost count of how many times they left the door open. They were done in less than an hour and I was asked to "check their work." I noticed the blinds had not been cleaned (but tilted in one direction and wiped leaving a dust stripe where the blinds overlap.) I nicely stated some of the rooms are dark and it is probably difficult to see, but the blinds are still dusty. She stated she didn't do them and named the person who did who then went in and angrily swiped the blinds which I could hear banging in the window sill. I pointed out one other thing and was told it had been done. At this point, it was clear they had hurried through the house and were more concerned with their lunch than doing a good job. I paid them and they left. When Jill called a couple of days later, I decided to tell her what had happened. There were additional issues not mentioned above which I told her as well (such as the hardwood floors being left so wet that they became sticky with whatever they had used on them and footprints could be seen in the cloudy residue.) She expressed concern, apologized and asked if she could send them back. I told her no, I assumed they put their best foot forward the first time and as I had pointed out a lack of quality and it still wasn't corrected I did not want them back in my home. She then offered to come herself with one of her "best people". We agreed she would call me after the first of the year and set up a time for them to return. I never heard from her again. read more

I am very happy with the job Jill's crew did on my home. There's nothing better than coming home to a visibly clean house and one that smells clean as well. Jill did a walk through and we talked about what I needed done a couple days before they came to clean. Well, they didn't miss a beat and I highly recommend them to anyone who just doesn't have the time to really clean these days. I will gladly continue to have them come in once a month.
