He came to take measurements later same day, said he'd place the order for the glass next day, that it'd take 3 days for it to arrive. on the 3rd day Friday his crew came to install. All done in an hour. Professional and respectful crew. PS- don't be put off if he doesn't respond to texts immediately. He kept apologizing for it. One week later, as projected, Guillermo Sr. and Jose came to install the mirror -- they were extremely thorough and placed extra mirror "glue" to ensure it would securely adhere to the wall. They went well beyond what was contracted to take down and place new adhesive glue on the adjacent mirror to prevent a future possible falling off ! omg LOVE. After trying to get ahold of a billion (give or take) glass places with no luck - even to get an online estimate - I got ahold of Guillermo Jimenez. He asked me to text over some window pics and mentioned that he might be able to do it today and 'would get back to me.' I'm used to that last being code for 'I will disappear and you will never hear from me again' these days, so was a little surprised when Mr. Jimenez actually called back soon after and let me know he could be here in less than an hour. He showed up with another worker, both in masks, both very friendly, and immediately got going setting up ladders and pulling out tools. The inside glass in our double pane window cracked. They came out the same day that I called to measure, and ordered a replacement. He presented very unprofessionally and may have been having a bad day. but keep it professional don't take out your anger on a new customer. I called him in the morning and sent a photo of the window to be repaired he stated he could be at my mother's home in a few minutes. However 3 hours later nothing so when I called he had a nasty attitude when I asked was he going to repair the window today. Truth be told he was a macho and didn't like my questioning his delay of 4 hours no apologies was offered for the delay.
