Purchased (4) used tires at this shop and had them install while I waited. After about 30 min they finished up told me I was good to go and I left. When I got home(8 miles from shop) my right side tire had 3/5 lug nuts hanging on by a thread. I jacked the car up and removed the lugs to find out that my wheel studs were stripped out. I also had trouble removing the last 2 lug nuts because they had cross threaded the bolts so bad. Checking left side they had cross threaded another wheel stud by using a smaller size lug nut then required. Don't go here unless you want to risk something happening with your vehicle. Safety is not a priority at this shop read more

The service was thorough and cheap. $15 for a patch up and $35 for a really good condition used tire. The wait was a tiny bit long but all of the employees here were helpful. They checked all of my tire pressure as well. read more

Unprofessional, they give you miss information. I called to ask if it was okay to go to their shop near closing time. Since I'm driving from San Pedro to them with a low air tire almost flat tire and it would take me 30 minutes because of the condition of the tire. The guy I spoke to said yes I can still come but once I got to the shop they closed. I called them and they answered and told me they don't know who I spoke to and that it was too bad. I have been here once before and I liked their services but never again. This was truly a a horrible experience. read more

Eh...I had a poor experience here. I called for the price to mount and balance a set of used tires which I would bring in. They got started as soon as I arrived. After removing my old tires, the owner/manager comes over and tells me the price is actually about double what I was quoted on the phone. No justification for the change in price. I pushed back and he lowered the price. I pushed back more and he lowered the price close to what I was originally quoted. It was a ridiculous conversation! Then as they were finishing up, I noticed they had installed one of the tires BACKWARDS! They took it back off to fix their error. Then I noticed they were massively over-inflating the tires (50+ psi). This would obviously cause problems with the TPMS and tire wear. I had them fix this. Then as I was about to head out, I noticed they had forgotten to reinstall my aluminum valve stem caps. I had them dig around and find the caps. To be fair almost all tire shops screw this up and I have no idea why. Basically it's not a great shop and I'd suggest going elsewhere if you can. read more

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM HERE! My parents bought tires from here and it only lasted 15 miles. After waiting for AAA for over an hour they went back to see if it can be exchange because it's not fair for a tire to only last 15 miles some sort of accountability needs to be taken from the business. I know as a business owner it's very important. But instead of taking accountability the people actually got upset and rude about it and didn't do anything to fix the issue. So with that I say do not got here unless you want faulty tires and deal with terrible service. They can keep their 45 dollars I rather share this review so people don't get swindle with their products and have to deal with rude service. read more

came here to install tires that i purchased. they installed my tires and what threw me off is when the were done and said bye like they didn't just take off my old tires and think they can keep it to profit. i asked for my 4 tires back and he said "1-2", like im only asking for 1-2 back. to top it off they took my old tires off 10 minutes before installation and took them another 15 minutes to "find my tires". shady stuff here, wouldn't recommend. read more

Horrible service! They installed a tire that was damaged already and used a plastic bag to keep the air inside. The air started leaking so I noticed a piece of plastic coming out the tire edge. They would not replace it or give me my money bag. Don't ever go here! read more

Last week I got a flat tire and didn't realize it until I had already drove 7 miles to work. By the time I got to a place to have my tire looked at it has been too late they couldn't fix it it was too damaged. They didn't have my size tire in stock so I had to drive off with my spare and getting off work at 5pm all the tire shops were closed already but I just Happen to find Jimenez tires on google maps and they were open still!! Drove up talked to a guy who was friendly and worked with me right away. He took my Rim and had me drive my car up closer so they could start. The process was very pleasant and fast ! Got a used tired for $45 a little more pricy I think but the fact they were open still after 5pm was a huge help for my situation! It's a little shop on the corner but the service was excellent.
