Worst customer service from any tire shop I have ever been to. I bought a "new" tire from them but it turned out the tire was refurbished that popped. This place may be cheap in price because they cut corners to do so.I tried getting my money back but the owner laughed and refused to do so. Love this place. I got a flat tire and I lost the wheel lock to be able to change the tires normally. These awesome men figured out a way to make a wheel lock for me from other wheels similar to mine and still patch my tire. Always amazing, quick service. read more

Been here twice on the second time i brought them brand new rims i had just paid 800$ for and wanted them to put some stretched tires on them , they did but not after completely destroyed the lips of ALL 4 RIMS it looked like they completely curb rashed and dented them in , i called them up 10 min after gettjng it done and all the guy said was "no our machines dont do that, you can come see they dont do that" after getting NOWHERE with there manager i just reported it to the BBB...DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP IF YOU HAVE NEW RIMS!! read more

My wife brought her car here because we noticed it had a small nail in it. A few blocks before she got home, the tire was flat again. Called and complained and they told us to bring in the car the next day since it was late. Wife brought it in and according to them it had a new whole. No big deal, we got it fixed. Well here we are day 3 and the car has a flat again(same tire). AAA and a new tire shop inspected the tire and told us the tire was fine that it was just not patched correctly (it was only one whole not 2). If i could leave zero stars i would, I don't understand how you can improperly patch a tire twice. Play us for fools and try and charge us twice for a cheap job. Luckily my wife was driving on surface streets and managed to pull over safely and get it fixed and avoid an accident. They clearly don't know what the're doing. Needed my tire patched. I took my tire off and inspected it inside and out to see where my tire was leaking from before coming here. The reviews were great about this place, so I wanted to see for myself. The dude took longer than usual to "patch it up." I got suspicious. He took the tire to the back and came back out to show me what he found. A small nail on the side of my tire. An area where it is unusual to find a penetrating nail on a tire UNLESS INTENTIONALLY DONE. He said it was "unpatchable." I didn't want to argue or confront so I just bought a used tire for $35, even though I saw it said $25 (and the other guy running the business sold the next customer a used tire for $25) and got out of there asap. Funny thing is we both spoke Spanish in the beginning and I guess the brotha forgot I still spoke Spanish so he started speaking broken English with me out of the blue. Feel sorry for them. Never again coming here or referring friends or family here. read more

We had a flat tired after leaving the cemetery and we needed a tire shope. I called Jimenez Tires hopefully they were open due to the holiday. They were we arrived and this young guy was on it his name is Manuel btw. He right away got to work pulled out my tired and he noticed a nail and he fixed it. The owner was on it and I asked for prices and he gave us the best deal on tires if we ever needed them. I appreciate the hard work and most of all the honesty. Well it would be nice that the tire was the actual size of what it was supposed to be. Now I'm $70 dollars shot with a tire that's different sizes than the rest.
