Showed up to shuttered doors twice and then waived off rudely by a burley blonde woman as if there was an active shooter. We were looking for a sandwich place so we thought we'd try Jimmy Johns. Apparently everyone else in the world has been there because even though I told the server, it was our first time, there was no advice or information forthcoming. After looking at the menu and picking, I went with a club sandwich and hubby chose roast beef. We were surprised when both sandwiches were cold and they did not have the ability to warm it up. Easy in, easy out. Don't think I've spent more than 5 minutes here and that's a-ok with me. I'm not at Jimmy John's for the ambiance. This location is fairly new and it shows. It's nice and clean and conviently located near the Mejier, which makes stopping by for a sammy easy when I'm running errands there. Sandwiches are always well constructed, bread is always freshly baked, and the ingredients are always fresh. Can't complain. For Jimmy John's this location is aces. read more

Ambiance is a high school boys locker room. They need a supervisor there. There were like 8 dudes working and they were yelling and laughing so loud. Worst part was that I sat right by the bathroom and saw them force opening the bathroom doors on each other because the locks appeared to be broken? I had to use the restroom and was nervous the whole time that they were going to mistake me for one of them and open the door on me. Horrible experience. Stopped in for lunch with my daughter. Freaky fast food, for sure, and everything was made correctly and delicious. It was lunch time and I had to take my toddler to the bathroom and I will say, it was a tight squeeze with everyone waiting for their food at the counter in the hallway. It's a small space and it can be difficult to maneuver during a rush. People had to sit down in booths in order to let us pass to the back of the store. If you have mobility differences, this may not be a great place to stop. read more

Was waiting for food(still am) and they asked us to not sit down(my boyfriend was leaning on the chair not sitting) and to go out side. I replied that I was just waiting for an order and the lady said "I'm yeah" with a rude attitude. That is poor customer service and not how you talk to customer I work in customer service and she could've said that in a nicer way. Being rude doesn't get you anywhere. The guy that rang us up was nice but that was the best part. First: don't bake your cookies with/right before your bread. My sandwhich smelled and tasted like chocolate chip cookies. Stopped in here to this newer location located on an out lot of the Meijer on Zeeb Rd. I had thought that it had a drive through but it turns out they share the building with Starbucks's and it is their drive through. Not a big deal. I pulled into a parking spot and walked in. There was no line and I was immediately asked what I would like to order. I had already made up my mind as I got the #9 (Italian sub) and the J.J. Gargantuan. The guys on the make line had already started making my subs before I had even finished paying so wait was very short. The guys were polite and friendly and make the subs in a flash! This is a nice location to stop before doing some grocery shopping or grabbing something to take home after. I have no complaints, I'll be back here again!! read more

I like this shop. The staff is energetic and very nice! I order quite often online and in store. I've never had a bad experience. Looking over the other reviews, may I just comment that the cookies are not baked in store so if your sandwich tasted like chocolate chips, maybe you ate the wrong thing first. read more
