Its rare to get a 5 from me on Yelp, because most places now a days are inconsistent from day to day. Jimmy John's in general is in my opinion the best cold cut sub you can find in Austin, Tx. Their bread is what makes their sandwiches so good. Not only do you get one of the best sub's, but they are priced very competitively, the staff is always up beat and positive. I ate here for the first time last night. Sadly I was extremely disappointed. I let the cashier know that it was my first time, he couldn't have been more unenthusiastic. After we completed our order he just stared at us awkwardly, when he could have just asked if perhaps we wanted any chips or drinks or I don't know, maybe tell us how much we owed him?? As for the sandwiches, Yuck! The bread tasted like what I assume paper taste like when you chew on it, and my sandwich was Sooooooo oily I could hardly eat it. I could have made better sandwiches at home for way less of a price. Also no salt and pepper? DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!! It takes on average between 30 minutes to an hour to get delivery and I live across the street. It's literally a 2 minute drive. Not only that, from time to time they forget to bring everything you ordered. The way this jimmy johns is ran is the definition of false advertising. It's not freaky fast. I love Jimmy Johns but not the Cedar Park Location. Delivery takes a minimum of 30-45 minutes. Drink came watered down since the ice had all melted. An IT issue with the app kept deleting my drink from my order. The delivery driver, Sanji, worked with the store manager to still get my drink to me and came back out to my house just to deliver it. This is the definition of going above and beyond for something so small. This location is not freaky fast. It's a half mile from my house and takes 30 minutes to an hour to get a delivery. I often have to call to ask where my food is. Sometimes they forget to send it with the driver. Sometimes it's slow for no reason. I hardly ever order during peek business hours so I can't imagine why it takes so long. read more

Terrible customer service. Delivery took 57 minutes. Calling this location to figure out what was taking so long was useless and the the person handled my call was ridiculous, as the customer doesn't matter. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Jimmy Johns, but this particular location can kiss my ass. The manager was the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He NOT ONLY sighed and rolled his eyes and cursed when I walked in, but he also was rude to his employees right in front of customers and called his employee a "dumbass idiot" for not knowing what sandwich the "club lulu" was. My complaint is not directed at any of the other staff members, just that particular one. He also did not give me a bag for my food, and when I asked for one, he rolled his eyes and walked off. Also, when more customers walked in the store behind me, he said "Oh god shoot me now". My boyfriend manages a BBQ place, and if were to do any of this, he would be out of a job, and the same goes for his staff members. That manager needs to be fired immediately if there is any hope for this location to get any business. I have already spread the word to people in this area about this experience, and I advised them to NOT go to this one. Thanks for being a complete dick, I just lost your location about 30 customers that love jimmy johns, and I am not stopping there, I am still telling people. Good luck with being un-professional. The sandwiches are always packed with fresh veggies and fresh bread. For something a little different try the Beachclub on wheat. Just tried the "un-sandwich" today and it was actually good. The delivery drivers at this location continuously park in the handicap parking at a children's therapy center. I complained to the manager before and he acted like he didn't care. They have been doing this for over a year now. At least today the manager thanked me for bringing it to his attention, although he did not sound surprised. The drivers have no regard for these handicap children that are unable to walk. The only thing important to the drivers is getting their delivery completed fast. If they do this at a children's therapy center they must think they are entitled to park in handicap every where. read more

I was in this store on Sunday to grab a sandwich. There were two people behind the counter working on an order, and two more came in while I was waiting to order. The only person in front of me was a woman who had a larger order, and was trying to get out of there quickly. The guy at the register was slow, and the other three employees disappeared to the back. I am a patient person, and I understand being short staffed, but at least acknowledge I am there and apologize for the wait. The only acknowledgement I received was from the customer with the large order who apologized for holding everything up. This shop has very poor service, and has had poor service every time I've visited it. Jimmy John's is great, but stick to other locations if you ever want to get a sandwich. read more
