I called right within the 24 hr notice, be mindful of seeking to place a small or large catering order. Customer service was spectacular! The menu offers something for every dietary preference. I really appreciate the wrap option, as it makes it easier for clinicians to place their selections to the side if they are in a rush. The pasta, and spinach vegetarian wrap were delicious. I can't wait to go back to Bellingham just to grab lunch here before I head back home; I highly recommend!

On the food side, we always, always get the beet salad, german potato salad and mac salad- they are all made european style. Those are non-negotiable sides for us. Last visit they had a watermelon gazpacho on the specials menu that perfectly balanced sweet and bright, super refreshing. What they do best is keep things simple but execute flawlessly. A good chunk of the sandwiches you can get half ( then they become slightly expensive halves due to pricing :) )Great bread, great ingredients, no fuss. The Italian sub is proof. We ordered the classic sandwich with ham and cheese and I have to say that that was one of the best sandwiches I've had. The warm soft baguette was perfect making each ham and cheese bite so delicious! We'll definitely recommend this deli for a great sandwich craving!!

The veggie sandwich is literally about 5-6 pieces of cheese and very little veggies. WTF?!?! I wanted a VEGGIE sandwich, not a CHEESE sandwich. After that I felt unhealthy and unsatisfied. Yeah, cheese is good but that was way overboard and the veggies were almost non-existent. Jimmy John's, you really need to rethink the veggie sandwich...keyword VEGGIE. It wasn't until I went directly to the front counter that an employee checked the pickup booth and found our drink had been sitting there the entire time. No major complaints about the team -- they were clearly in the weeds -- but better communication between the counter and kitchen would go a long way. Next visit, we'll stick to the drive-thru.
