However, I've come to realize that it all depends on who's preparing it. Bring back the person who made my first salad, because the last three have been so bad that I started to question whether I actually had a great taco salad at Boomer's in the first place. One salad was mostly romaine lettuce with very little of the other ingredients, even though I had requested extra of everything. They also forgot the tortilla strips and the salsa. Come on--it's not a taco salad without salsa! The other two salads I ordered barely had any chicken in them. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I had ordered a salad without chicken. Boomer's, do better and pay attention to the details. Consistency matters. This could have easily been a 4-star review if you had been consistent with the four taco salads I've ordered. The other photos in this review are from years ago when I thought burgers were the only thing worth ordering at Boomer's. Who knew they offered salads too?!
