Good sandwich shop with a large menu. The service is fast and friendly, even when the place is jammed. The ingredients are always fresh. I've only been once when the bread was stale. I like that you can buy their day-old loaves for really cheap - like 39-50 cents per loaf. I also know that they deliver - even just one sandwich! Last, they have humorous signs all over. I will rate Jimmy Johns with 4 stars. Everything isn't perfect, but no place is. So I will list what I see are postives and negatives. Positive: -They Deliver!!! and I mean FAST! -Food is fresh -the nutritional items are on the website. (you know the calories, total fat, as you edit your sandwhich) -the skinny chips are excellent tasting! crunchy -serves an unwhich which I never heard of until I started ordering from Jimmy Johns. Negatives: -Doesn't offer, any conidments such as splenda or equal for unsweet tea. -Doesn't offer any low fat mayonaise. -the skinny chips aren't "really" skinny chips because one bag is 2 servings. (BTW) I don't think they call them skinny chips anymore. -doesn't serve a salad. (suggestion: just start ordering plastic bowls and turn those unwhiches into a salad!) That's what I do at my desk when I get it delivered. -would like soup too. Always nice to have a sandwhich with a nice warm bowl of soup. Don't let all the negatives fool ya, I did rate this with 4 stars. Just think a liitle changing would be nice and thought this would be a good way to suggest a little changes that would give this a "5" star rating! read more

Today I walked into jimmy Johns on Maynard rd. The menu was confusing. I told STEVEN that I just wanted a turkey and cheese sub for my little sister he laughed at me and said take my time. He wouldn't even help me out. Also it's extremely over priced I paid $7.03 for a turkey cheese sandwich that my sister didn't even like that much. Tasty sandwiches. I highly recommend the Italian sub. You can get the standard french bread (so-so), or square whole wheat sandwich bread. Service is lightning fast. Much more meat for the money than Subway. Tastes fresh. Staff is really friendly and upbeat. Convenient location. Wish they had a drive through (it looks like they have one, but don't be fooled...it's for Starbucks). They do deliver, which is quite awesome. read more

Cashiers may have just come in from the dumpster without washing hands. Details on sandwich orders are frequently incorrect or opposite what you asked for. Vegetarian sandwiches typically have sparse lettuce or sprouts leaving bread and cheese. Their drivers typically speed through Thorpe road in my neighborhood. The store in Morrisville is much better. The employees here seem a little indifferent but I guess that's life in a sub shop. As far as the establishment itself, it's very clean but at lunchtime it gets packed with people standing around waiting. They play their music way too loud, so it's difficult to hear the order takers. I have to say "what?" at least 3 times during an order. My biggest complaint is that my office is 3 miles from this location yet they informed me the last time I called for delivery that they can no longer deliver to us due to distance. Six miles round trip?!?! We always ordered as a group so our deliveries were sizable and I am sure quite profitable for the store. On a positive note, they do make very good sandwiches for the price. Despite the hassles, I will continue to drop in for lunch when I'm in the area. read more

Worst customer service ever. I live exactly 1.5 miles away from store and they said I did not live within their delivery range? I asked what their range was and he said 2-3 miles and they had to be able to get to it within 5-10 minutes. I will never go here again. What happened?! This place used to have delicious sandwiches. I just bought two sandwiches and both had virtually NO MEAT AT ALL. My friend and I compared sandwiches and were stunned. His turkey tom had ONE SLICE of turkey. He trashed the entire thing after one bite. My tuna was all lettuce and tomato. I couldn't even taste the tuna. Will not be back to this location. read more

Ordered #2 Big John roast beef sandwich for $5.00. It was a whole lot of lettuce and bread with 2 really slim pieces of roast beef. If there is a next time, will order the $6.50 roast beef which is the same size, but per the menu, a lot more meat. read more

unless you have superman teeth and have the ability to chew through steel, then this may be the place for you (heck I think the staff here order out). they may not eat as they all seemed to be robots. but ,hey, it may be your cup of tea if you like tough cold bread, the ingredients that are bland, and a bunch of robots tooling around. read more

I order delivery from here atleast once every three months. I work from home and live less than 2 miles away. I order online and literally within 20 to 30 minutes my order is at the door. I love the bread and my regular is the "LuLu"..turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, extra oil n vinegar, and hot peppers. They stopped serving sprouts for whatever reason...It's a decent sub....no complaints. Wish they served hot subs though... read more

We stopped in and ordered 4 sandwiches. They billed us for 5 and the gentleman at the counter couldn't figure out how to take the 5th off the bill. The line was long behind us, kids were crying....we just told him to forget about it and paid the extra rather than blockade the line. And then they screwed up one of the sandwiches and had to redo it. No apologies for not being able to correct an overbilling, messing up one of the sandwiches, etc. We will not be back and will be sharing our experience with others. read more

I called to order 2 of your Mini packs around 11:15 am today for my office from your Cary, NC location - 12 & 24 packs for $109. I was told they would deliver around 12:30 pm. I told them that 1 to 1:15 pm would work. At 1:16 pm, a voicemail was left telling me that they were out of bread and the earliest that they could deliver would be 3:30 to 4 p.m. This is unacceptable to receive a call at exactly the time I expected to receive the sandwiches. A person in my called @ 1:30 to inquire and was told that the order was ready and would be on the next car. Horrible Service from ordering to delivery. Ordered delivery today, we have jimmy johns at least once a month, well today the delivery took over 30 mins. My husband called to check on it and they said it was on the way, it usually takes a little while longer in Cary 5 o'clock traffic. When the order arrived a few minutes later, it was incorrect, I notified the driver and he said he would be right back with the corrected order. About 15 minutes later he returned with the right sub and a free cookie. I appreciate the nice gesture and good customer service. Thanks Jimmy John's! read more
