I ordered a party tray and spent extra on more deluxe sandwiches. I did not get those sandwiches, which was disappointing, so I called who I believe to be the manager or owner. I was promised a refund on those sandwiches. That was about 12 days ago. No refund. Needless to say, this is frustrating. I don't plan to go back. I'll try the Eden Prairie store. UPDATE: Store employee called me and offered me store credit. I told her I wanted a refund since I paid for something I did not want and did not get the product I ordered. She refused. I am just going to be done with this Jimmy Johns. It's not worth the hassle. If you make a mistake, you need to make it right to the customer's satisfaction. Poor experience. 1st time at Jimmy Johns ever in recent memory, I think. Just so happens that it's in Chanhassen, MN of all places in this country. A couple of friends and I were carpooling from MSP airport on our way to Fargo, ND for the Fargo marathon the next morning and we stopped off this Jimmy Johns for gas and food, after picking up another friend who lives in Chanhassen. I never intended on cheating on Subway, but it was the better alternative to Quizno's that's for sure. I'm sure Jimmy Johns is one of many competitors of Subway, a direct competitor since they make sub sandwiches. This particular Jimmy Johns is located in Chanhassen, off the MN Hwy 5W, near where my friend lived, so it was good to come here and not overkill on the budget and time, since we had to keep a schedule. There is a private lot here and there was really nobody here on a Friday afternoon when we rolled in here. Better than long lines any day! I didn't really have any expectations here, other than a good cheap sandwich that was healthy and tasty. I tried to compare it to Subway and the comparison was abet similar. Only major problem is with Jimmy Johns is that they don't have vegetables. Maybe lettuce, but that's all. With Subway, you get a more variety of stuff to choose from and not just a list off a menu without seeing really what they put inside. In hindsight, I should have suggested to go to Subway instead of Jimmy Johns, but the Yelper in me wanted to try new things, even though it's a chain restaurant up in these parts, I don't have them in Hawaii, just yet. The restaurant itself was small, like your neighborhood Subway, McDonalds, or Starbucks. The place was clean and empty, so that's always a plus, even though its standard practice anyway. The service was good and expected, so that part was good enough. What else can you expect from a fast food chain than good food fast? Nothing else than good customer service. Can't say I enjoyed it, but didn't hate it either. The jury is still out on this one and need to do more testing. For now, it's a good place to grab a sandwich. I grabbed water for my drink and ordered a tuna sandwich. The taste was different than Subway and it was really far from gourmet. Prices are on par with other fast food places and with Subway. Believe me, you wouldn't find me at Quizno's, but I will give Jimmy Johns a try whenever I am on change it up a bit and Jimmy Johns was the way to go for now. Recommended wherever Jimmy Johns is.the continental US again. While I do enjoy the healthy aspect of Subway, I need to Support local! read more

I have always had a great experience. Super fast, accurate. The app sometimes doesn't work but other than that never had a complaint

The online ordering process sucks. Calling isn't any better. The guy that answered the phone talked faster then the Ed guy in the commercials. What good does it do if I can't even understand what the dumb little kid that answered the phone said. After thinking about it he said "jimmyjohnswedeliver" so fast that it just sounded like giberish! Cut the freaky fast BS and try and add some professionalism to the menu. Always delicious! This location had sprouts to my surprise which gets them points! They took a lot longer then normal to make my beach club on wheat. I think the guy may have been training someone in so probably couldn't help that. Also asked for a side of hot peppers and he said they can't do that. I have never had a problem getting them in the past so that was weird. Clean bathrooms, friendly service, and always delicious. read more

The food was good. It was noon so it was pretty busy, but the staff managed to move the orders through fairly quick. One piece of advice; TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!! honestly, I've never met a more rude bunch of staff. the guy who took my order was nice. the woman is ALWAYS SO RUDE and has got my order wrong the last two times. I went back to buy a bag of chips and the man checking me out had the worst attitude. i paid in partial change instead of breaking a $20 bill and he rolled his eyes. I kindly told him to have a nice day and he responded "mmmhmmm". How hard is it to smile & show a little kindness? I will drive out of my way to avoid this store again. half of the staff clearly hates their job and customers. I come here a few times a month and it's consistent.... her attitude always sucks. no one was in line and 5 people were chit chatting for a good two minutes while I stood their to buy my chips. Several options with sandwiches and subs. I have two favorites because they are so good I have not tried anything else. Quick friendly service. Online ordering and delivery is good. The online options are limited and I would like to see their full menu made available. Although while in store the employees gave me a mini menu and mentioned following up on why it could not be seen. The bread alone keeps me from going back to Subway and you can purchase it for .50 if you want a loaf to take home. read more

My first experience here wasn't the best because they wouldn't give me jalapeños nor on the side because "it had to be In the sandwhich" like who gives a crap just give it to me. I could careless if it was in the sandwhich. That person just didn't want to give it to me! I haven't gone back since then until today which I thought wrong and ordered the #4 which I thought it normally comes with avocado and when I was half way through my sandwhich they didn't put that in there either!
