Fool me once, shame on you. This location continually fails to deliver my sandwiches in a timely manner. As a fat guy with limited time and patience for tardy meals, I continue to be appalled by delivery times approaching 45 minutes. "Sorry, we're busy". No ****. It's lunch time, professor science. There are dozens of better sandwich options (not Subway, though) but I guess I won't be opting for convenience sake anymore. The first and last time I'm ever going to JJ's. Even though this is one of the latest crazes it still doesn't come close to the service, quality, or quantity of subway. I'll admit some subways are far from perfect but JJ's is far from ok even with its best stores. No one talks to you, and the concept is more about figuring out the founders personality than getting a quick bite to eat. For the same prices I know I can get way more at Subway. This place sucks. It was empty and yet had 4 people standing around wasting money. I asked for salt and pepper on my sandwich and was informed they don't have that. SAY WHAT LOL no salt or pepper. Nonexistent Delivery Service They claim to deliver but really don't. Delivery radius is less than two miles from the store. The reviewer that said the delivery service was awesome must live in their parking lot. Their food is just average so if I have to drive and get it I'll go to Firehouse instead. The website needs to be clear on where they will and won't deliver. The teenager answering the phone could be a little less rude as well. read more

Fastest delivery by far! Their BLT is on point and their veggie sub is great too! The drivers are always friendly and so are the people taking the orders over the phone. Our office gets platters from them for every work meeting, and trust me it makes any work meeting worth sitting through when you can shove one of their sandwiches in your mouth at the same time! read more

Ok, I admit, I'm a fan of JJ. But just because you get slammed because there is an event at the expo center doesn't mean I want my sandwich on wheat bread because you don't have any sub rolls. No, it's not the end of the world, it's just not what I nor my wife had in mind when we said let's go to JJ. If I have to accommodate your needs, you should offer something up as well. Geez, toss in a pickle or something and show me that you really want my business and are sorry for making me eat whole wheat bread. I really don't have any complaints about this particular location. Every time I go in there the staff is very down to earth, the food is good and the restaurant itself is very clean. It also helps that the location is great because whenever I work in that area I know right where it is. My complaint and the reason I give this a 4 star rating is with the delivery. I used to live not even 5 miles from this location and I attempted to order online and they stated that the service was down. I then called them to place and order for delivery and gave them my address and they stated they couldn't deliver that far out from the place. I explained to them that it wasn't even 5 miles away, even the pizza guys can deliver to my location and they are further away than here. Alas, I couldn't get the food delivered, regardless I still like the food they have. read more

Freaky Fast Delivery..... .6 miles away and it took 30 minutes. All the subs we ordered were fresh, but lacked contents. I ordered their extra or double met or whatever they call it for way too much money - and it had less than what I would consider a regular amount of meat. Much better places in the area. read more

I order subs for my office staff from Jimmy John's delivers and boy did they deliver fast. The sandwiches were good and the low in grease and fat. I think I will ask for my bread to be toasted next time. My staff love their kettle cooked chips. Would order from them again. read more

I tried to place an order for delivery. I was having my vehicle repaired at the Honda dealership and so I called to place an order. Found the person who answered the phone less than helpful. He didn't know where the Honda dealership was, so I gave him an address and it took him three minutes to write it down, having me repeat the address over and over. Then I needed to verify that the numbers of the sandwiches were what I thought they were. I asked him to tell me what a number 14 and 16 were. He told me incorrectly and then didn't listen to what I was trying to order. It was so frustrating and we were hungry. I told him it was too hard to order there so forget it. Disappointed.
