Jimmy john's tastes good but they usually get my order wrong and this location has quite a long wait especially around lunch. Wouldn't recommend the drive through you will be sitting there for awhile, definetly walk in to order and double check your sandwich is correct before leaving. read more

"Freaky Slow" Extremely disappointed. I have previously waited in the drive through after inputting my order for over 30 minutes. There were about 9 people making sandwiches and i still waited 30 minutes inside my vehicle. Currently I have been waiting 30 minutes for them to deliver a sandwich across the street. Still no sandwich as i write this review. Out of my past 5 deliveries, only one of them was delivered in less than 30 minutes. Looks like about 90% of their customers experience service as bad as this. read more

2nd time ordering delivery in a couple months. Will be my last time. I live 2 miles away. Yet both times the order took over 50 minutes to arrive, and took 30 or more minutes even after it said it was "out for delivery ". I used to own a delivery-focused restaurant, so o get it, but a single sandwich and side shouldn't take over 50 minutes to get to me 2 miles away. Especially more than 30 minutes after you say it's out for delivery. When he did arrive I was sitting in the driveway. He saw me. Stopped. He parked on the other side of the building walked around the building and disappeared. Thankfully he called me to figure out where I'd gone since it had been almost an hour. I told him he drove right past me on the driveway. He was kind enough. But 12:03 to 12:57 is too long for this Order was slightly incorrect too. Details on order were missed. Freaky Fast.....It is not just a marketing ploy with these guys. Went there with my daughter and by the time we were done ordering we walked to the soda machine and our sandwiches were completed! That is Freaky FAST..... Quality of Food was excellent. All veggies and meats were high quality and fresh. We continued to watch there efficiency as we sat and ate. Slowest location EVER! "Freaky fast" more like freaky slow. I ordered my food and waited 2 hours and 16 minutes for it... I don't recommend this location at all. They also never look at instructions. I ordered 2 sandwiches for curbside pickup. Got there, checked in... nothing. Waited 15 minutes. Nothing. Went inside. Order was just sitting somewhere on a table. Sandwiches were not cut in half as requested, no napkins included (even though requested), and customizations were not observed. Terrible. read more

I placed an order for delivery using the online system, as I have many times before with no issues. I requested to have the sandwich delivered to my office which has a security desk, so typically the delivery driver texts or calls when they arrive and then leaves the sandwich with security for me to pick up. By the time I get downstairs the delivery driver is typically gone to the next stop. Today, as usual the delivery driver called me and said, "Hi, this is Jimmy John's" to which I responded, "Great, I'll be right down". He either didn't hear me or didn't understand so he said, "What?", to which I responded "Sorry, are you here?" and his response was the start of the downward spiral. He rudely said, "Well I'm calling you so obviously I'm here". So again, I said okay and that I'd be right down. When I got downstairs, I had two Jimmy John's bags waiting for me, exact duplicates of each other. So I quickly called back and asked for a manager, I simply explained that I'd received two of the exact same order and had only ordered one sandwich and one side. Her first response was, "oh you probably hit the submit button twice". I didn't, and explained that I'd had no issues with the online order and did not hit the button twice. She seemed annoyed and very quickly rattled off, "Okay fine we'll void the order, alright? Bye." Before she hung up I quickly asked if she needed my name to which she said, "Nope I found it, bye." And then promptly hung up the phone. The whole experience was just really uncomfortable and rude. Next time I'll get my sandwich from somewhere else. read more

What's a cookie monster without her cookie? Just a monster having a sad Friday lunch. It took them an hour to deliver 8 sandwiches to my place which is 5 mins away from the store. I came to the entrance of the building to wait for the delivery guy. I saw a Jimmy Johns car parked in the front but the guy sat there for over 5 minutes. Then when he finally came out into the lobby, I said hi and asked if the order was for Emily. He said no, it's for floor 8 (My order is for floor 2). I confirmed with him again by asking what is the order's name? He said "oh, it's for Emily L.". If I wasn't in the lobby waiting for him, just think about what would happen if he was to take the elevator up to the 8th floor and be lost forever there! Finally, I opened the box and got all our sandwiches and chips. However, there was not a chocolate chip cookie even though I was charged for it :( Very disappointing experience! read more

No walk in ordering allowed. Not everyone wants to order online. Not everyone even knows how. To have a fast food restaurant that does not take walk in orders seems a bit much. I can walk in to pick my online order up but not to place an order directly. Usually love this place, but after my last delivery I won't be getting food from this location again. There has been a few times where I've had to wait over 45 minutes for my food. This last time over an hour. Ridiculous. Now this delivery driver I got was rude as hell. Basically told me my address didn't exist. I then gave him the building number and he got mad again and told me that he didn't see that number at all. I went on my balcony and told him I was behind him and on the right and he said with even more attitude, well that doesn't help me very much. Sorry jimmy johns but between the wait for food and that ride delivery driver you won't be getting my business anymore. read more

The staff is literally so abrupt and indifferent save for a few exceptions, most just talk at you or outright ignore specific instructions. Oddly they always forget to give me straws I'm not sure why this is a super consistent thing, sort of amusing. Their hours are routinely changing, they will be closed well before their posted hours forcing me to drive to the nearest other Jimmy Johns. God I hope they change some stuff up cause I doubt they're gonna stay open for too long with the way they run things. read more

Slowest jimmy johns I've ever been to! The staff is never anything special. I stepped up to order right away, it took over 8 minutes to get my sandwich.. Any other jimmy johns I've been to they've had my sandwich ready before I'm done paying. We've ordered for delivery at my work which is literally across the street.. One sandwich took over an hour to get to our store.. Went through the drive through, they messed up my order by adding something I specifically said I didn't want die to a food allergy.. This location is the slowest Jimmy John's I have ever been to! I have no complaints about the quality of the food, but the wait alone has caused me to eat elsewhere. What happened to "freaky fast"? I usually use the drive-thru, where after actually placing my order, I end up waiting another 5 minutes at the window! And today when I went inside to eat, there were 7 of us waiting for our food (already ordered it) before the first person got theirs. At other locations, more often than not I'm handed my order before I'm even done paying! My assumption is that this location focuses more on delivery orders, but we "in-person" customers need to eat too! I think I'll go to Milio's next time. read more

Love this place. The employees are all super friendly and awesome and it's nice that when you order frequently they record all of your information which makes the ordering process really fast and easy. Excellent service consistently here. Just picked up my box lunch order for a crew of six. Ordered online, excellent website easy and intuitive. Excellent experience throughout. Staff was friendly and polite. My order was scheduled to be ready between 1:00 and 1:15. I arrived at 1:00 expecting to wait. FREAKY SLOW- I love Jimmy Johns, but this store has consistently not delivered on time. I do online orders and give them 1 hour to a 2 hour leeway to get it to me. This is the FOURTH time that they have been over an HOUR late with my delivery. Each time I call them, they say they are busy and they weren't prepare for lunch rush. I called to ask where my order is they explained lunch rush issues I explained this is the fourth time this has happened and I will no longer be a customer. They just shrugged it off with no effort to keep a customer. read more

Horrible service with very unpredictable delivery area. We ordered a sandwich platter for our son's birthday party. We were assured of a prompt delivery to our home the next day. 30 minutes prior to expected delivery, with a house full of guests, we received a call stating that our home was out of their delivery area! Needless to say, we had to leave the party to pick up the tray. Very disappointing in that there was barely an apology; we had to ask for a partial reimbursement. We received a $30 gift card. A month later, our son attempted to use the card and...there was $0 balance! Very poorly managed store with employees with horrible customer service! We will not return! read more
