Probably not the best idea to have all of the glasses stacked on top of on another. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich, in which upon ordering they had to check if they were ready to serve that. I was lucky enough that they were, although I did have a back up plan. The turkey sandwich came out with a mixed green salad with a dressing I was not sure of, but was very refreshing. The turkey sandwich on sourdough was very flavorful and I was very happy with my pick. I would definitely come back here and try more things, although the Cajun sandwich remains on my mind. Worst experience I have ever had ~ the employee named Charles has no business interacting with the public, he has no customer service skills and is a sarcastic and very rude person. I will never eat there again and will let everyone that will listen how bad Jimmy John's is. Don't eat there and if you do avoid Charles. And when I tried to complain to the manager she did absolutely nothing. Does she even know what the title manager means? Because she was useless! read more

Nowhere on the coupon does it say only qualify locations or you have to purchase "x" amount of dollars worth of food to honor promotion. I ordered a medium sandwich they made it gave them the coupon the lady there says "you can either use the coupon online to order it to get the discount or if you order in the store you have to buy a bag of chips and a large drink. Per her Manager" I said there's nothing on this coupon that says you have to purchase a drink and chips it just has $4 off. She says she knows but "that's her managers rules there" I'll let her know I do not like to drink soda and I did not want a bag of chips. She kept saying she didn't have a way to take the money off which is obviously a lie if I can buy a bag of chips and a drink and you can take it off. So they rather throw away a perfectly good sandwich then honor a promotional rate I would never go here again!
