My family and I came for dinner on the 4th of July, so it was definitely busy. The restaurant is on the smaller size, but is definitely cozy with lots of seating. Despite the holiday we were seated easily by the staff, whom were all very kind! Since we were pretty hungry, we ordered a ton of food. I think some of the highlights are definitely the Tan Tan Noodles, pan-fried thumb print buns, and the green beans, which were an absolute crowd favorite. The green beans were cooked perfectly, and honestly both the quality and quantity of the dish were great. The different dumplings were delicious, with juicy fillings, and the noodle dishes complimented one another perfectly. Despite this restaurant being a smaller hole in the wall, it's definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Everett now!

I think this made the top of the wrapper very thick as well. I wish they provided some ginger shreds. The thumb print dumplings were good. I would get this again if I was in the area to begin with. I ordered the veggie and tofu pho though they were out of vegetable broth so they gave me a choice between beef and chicken broth (and I understand this can be prohibitive for purely vegan folks so something to consider here). We also ordered an order of egg rolls, grilled tofu vermicelli, grilled boneless chicken plate, and a coconut Ube cloud. Everyone really enjoyed their food. The chicken was little but on the overcooked side but it had really good seasoning and was marinated well. We chatted a bit with staff members and learned that this place recently opened in the past year taking over a Chinese restaurant that struggled during COVID. The space is clean, well organized and beautiful. Overall we were very happy with our food here and would definitely return if we were ever headed out that way again.

We ended up ordering both Inihaw Plates, one with Beef BBQ Ribs and the other one with Chicken BBQ. The plates came with our meat of choice, mac salad, a little salad, and two scoops of rice. I wasn't expecting much but I was wowed when they brought our food out. Presentation was gorgeous. Our ribs and chicken looked pretty good, saucy and plentiful altogether as an entree. When I had that first bite of the Beef BBQ Rib, I was floored. I'm pretty sure I took one bite and was just speechless, I'm not trying to exaggerate. The beef ribs were flavorful, juicy, tender, and fell right off the bone. I couldn't ask for anything more. The mac salad was good, it didn't taste like the mayo was too heavy for me. It tasted nice and light. And I had a couple bites of the Chicken BBQ, it was just as delicious as the beef ribs. Also the portion size was amazing.
