I ordered from them on door dash. I avoid this jimmy John's because it just isn't clean and definitely are not the best JJ around. My door dash order took an hour and 15 minutes to get delivered. The sandwich was completely wrong, missing ham and they just put a random mustard in that isn't in the sandwich description. Avoid this Jimmy John's, don't waste your money!!! read more

After ordering tonight and receiving the WORST sandwich I have ever had, I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I ordered it at 8:45 PM and didn't receive it until 9:30 - so much for freaky fast. Also when I was eating my sandwich I found random non lettuce green substances that tasted awful. I don't know what they were but I saw it and it was gross. There was also not enough lettuce or turkey to cover the whole sandwich . Very very disappointed and angry. Waste of money. read more

I love Jimmy Johns, and I'll definitely continue ordering from this location, BUT they need to step it up. Twice now when I have gotten a delivery they have messed up on my order by either forgetting ingredients on my sandwich and/or messing up my drink. They have always been willing to send someone back to correct my order, but these seem like minor problems that could be fixed prior to sending someone out to deliver the wrong order. Also, for a company that advertises its "quick" delivery, it seems to take them a very long time to bring me back the correct order. Also, another minor issue that my roommates and I have experienced over and over is that they never give us straws when we order drinks. These issues could be fixed with a bit more attention to detail. read more

I adore Jimmy John's, but the employees at this exact location(especially the blonde) are ridiculously rude. A friend and I came into the store to get drinks, but we decided to use the restroom first. The whole time my friend was using the restroom they were talking about us and making fun of us, so we decided to not give them our business and leave. Unfortunately this Jimmy John's has gone downhill. I have placed numerous orders from them over the past six months as we recently moved here. However, within the past month they have gotten several orders wrong (forgetting extras like mustard, which I requested), and then today an hour had passed without my order arriving, and then I called to figure out what was taking so long and they stated that they had been trying to call me because my address apartment number was not on my order and they could not get a hold of me on the phone, so they went back. I questioned this with the employee because I utilize the app and have all of my information saved in there and have not had any previous issues. He said that he would take a look at the order, and then he comes back on the phone and says that he doesn't see my apartment number on the order. I said ok, well I do not understand that, that it must be the app or something, because I know I have it in there correctly. He comes back on the phone and says, "well we have nothing to do with the app", and that it's not their fault. He said "that is Jimmy Johns". I said, OK who do you work for? He says Jimmy Johns. I said, exactly, so you represent the company, maybe you should take responsibility. Well he gets to arguing again over all of this, and whether or not it is their fault, and I asked to speak to a manager. Then he said, well the manager is outside and unavailable. I said, ok well then go get him. Then the manager gets on the phone and basically repeats the same thing. So, I said to just forget it and give me my money back. He said, well I can get the order to you if you want. At this point we are trying to get our kids in bed, but I said if you think you can get it here in the next five minutes then go ahead. I get off the phone with him and then go check the order myself, and see clear as day our address WITH the apartment number on the address in the order. I call back up to the company and told them to forget it, that the apartment number is clearly on the order and that I do not care to do business with a company that is going to make excuses and lie, trying to put the blame on the customer, and then on the app instead of taking responsibility themselves. The delivery time for the 2 sandwiches I ordered from a nearby location took 1 hour and 20 minutes! Extremely disappointed! When I called the store (3X), I was told it would be there in 2 minutes each time. This was not true. First of all we indulge in far too many JJ sandwichiches in our household. But, this location has some MAJOR flaws. Management to start off. Poor staffing. I actually feel sorry for the brunt that is put on the staff by the management. My order last week took one hour and 30 min for delivery! After speaking to someone 4 times through that delivery period, I was promised my sandwiches, a refund AND credit on JJ account. Surprise, surprise-NO refund and when I called today to order (shockingly) there was ZERO credit on my account. Basically all the manager did on that day was lie and blow smoke. Pretty discouraging. I don't see this location sticking around long in the TCU community with those business practices. Get it together JJ! read more
