    1-4 full kicking ranch
    Brittany S.

This maybe the most ridiculous one star review but here I am. I have gone here a few times with the same issue. My sub is fine, it's to be expected as it's Jimmy johns. My issue is with the kicking ranch. I have to pay 65 cents and I get an almost completely empty or less had full container of kicking ranch. We're taking over 4 times now this has happened. I meant to check before leaving today and was busy. This is ridiculous. I'm fully aware but, come on. If you're going to charge me make sure you at least give me my monies worth.

Wow - wow - wow best sub in Maryland! Absolutely the bestest. Their delivery service is no joke! Freaky Speedy!

Today is customer appreciation day so I decide to take advantage of it for the first time. The line extended out the door, as to be expected with any good promotion, but had a steady pace. I looked online ahead of time to decide what I wanted. There isn't a lot of choices and that how they're so freaking fast LOL . An employee was outside with a notepad to help people with their orders and this made it go faster. I ordered a turkey Tom and actually enjoyed it. Simple sandwich simply made

    Disgrace of a "Turkey Tom"

Ordered online, did a pickup. Got home to find barely any turkey on my sandwich. Is this what you call a Turkey Tom??? Literally, just bits of turkey and a ton of lettuce. Tried to leave feedback on there site, and keep getting runtime error message. So disappointing!

I ordered a beach club, no mayo, no tomato, add bacon. I received a sandwich that had mayo, tomato and no bacon. I paid extra for bacon.

My friend and I both went and ordered the same sandwich and they literally came on different types of bread. Then they initially gave us the wrong order, then when we finally got our correct sandwiches, they were on different types of bread and mine was completely wrong. I ordered a beach club, no mayo, no tomato, add bacon. I'm pregnant and this was EXACTLY what I wanted. I got the exact opposite. There was tomato and mayo, and no bacon. I'm mostly annoyed, because I paid extra for bacon.

    Sandwiches were on point!

This spot just opened not to long ago, and is already one of my favorite spots. The associates are friendly, and very helpful. The food is awesome, and I cant wait to test the delivery to see how fast they are...lol. My one big issue with chains that do subs is that they never have enough meat, and so i typically have to buy extra....not here! This may have been the first time I couldn't finish my sandwich, and they didnt need a foot of bread to do it. Great start! Will review again down the line. The 3 is because they're still new.

Finally, a Jimmy John's close to Fort Meade AND it has a drive thru! I've been numerous times over the last few weeks and my food is typically done before I even get to the window to pay! Awesome service and the employees have been super friendly!

    Italian night club unwich

Store was covered with employees leftover lunch and trash. Ordered an unwich and was given an open faced salad and told "people order them like this all the time, so this is how we make it." When asked to fix it, they just gave us an extra piece of lettuce. Won't be visiting this location again! Super disappointed. We were the only customers in the store at the time too.

At 1:45 an employee working the dining room area asked the name of the order I was waiting on. He went and asked about it and they handed it over to him. The receipt on the bag was 1:37. I guess they don't call out names when an order is ready so my sandwich was just sitting there waiting for someone to ask about it? Anyway- I got my smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich home, opened it up - and there was NO bacon. The sandwich was just okay- I should have just gone a couple doors down to Jersey Mike's. I am annoyed that I tipped at the register when I ordered and in exchange received terrible service and a bland sandwich.

Today was the day! ;) It was around 1140 so it wasn't busy yet, meaning I was able to order immediately and got my takeout order in about 5 minutes. The counter person was friendly and so polite. I chose a "choose two" with broccoli cheddar soup and the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich. Both turned out to be excellent choices. I have to say that the soup beats Panera hands down. The broccoli was distinct bites, the flavor deep and rich, and there were nice globs of cheddar cheese. Wow! I've never had a sammie made with a jalapeño roll except those I make at home with bakery rolls. This was just delightful, and the "crunch" is supplied by jalapeño kettle chips. Inspired! Even one half of each was plenty to satisfy my hunger, so I'm getting two meals for just over $14 including tip. I will definitely go back to try other soups & sammies!

Like go to the grocery and buy their brand off the shelf and that was what it was. The mayo was thinly spread, as was the yellow mustard. I guess there was about 2 oz of meat. Honestly, it just wasn't worth $10 to me. Sandwiches come with nothing, so if you want chips or anything else, you pay separately for those. It's very small, as noted, but very clean. Parking is kinda wonky, although there are enough spaces - just not right in front. I thought it was a taxidermy spot, for some reason? Not the case at all--they apparently have been open for over 70 YEARS! The deli serves as a go-to spot for a quick grab and go or a quick stop-in and sit either inside or outside (total of four tables). Counter deli-style ordering only. They are located off of Piney Orchard Parkway behind the Walgreens and ACE (truly hidden). Other than their breakfast menu items, the Cheesesteak sandwich, scrapple and the Italian sub is what people tend to order here according to the cashier. Yes, it is food you can make at home but something about a good ol'deli just makes it all taste better. Also, totally random but they have a bitcoin dispenser and seem to be the go-to spot for all things related to the lottery. No joke, there have been A LOT of winners here.
