Very fast service and extremely clean inside, including the bathrooms. They also have a drive through, which is great. I've visited this location at least twenty times. Sometimes the employees get a slight attitude if you don't immediately know what you want, or if you want to customize your sandwich more than they'd prefer (as in 2-3 changes, not 5-6). It's a little off-putting. Also, I'm sometimes greeted by ~5Tbs of mayonnaise in my sandwich after asking twice to make sure they don't put any on. read more

I went through the drive through because you claim to be fast. Every time I have gone into the store by the time I'm done paying for my food the sandwich is done. The management team was unprofessional, rude, attitude, untimely, not truthful, worst customer service, and unapologetic. I had an issue with my order being NOT BEING DELIVERED!!! If I did not have to leave a star than I would not. I want to first say that I enjoyed being a loyal customer but yesterday 7/18/20 will be my last time dining with you all. I want to start off saying that yesterday I placed an order at your Hanover location in Maryland by Ft Meade Army base. My order was placed 40 min prior to closing. When I called initially I wanted to know if there was a driver who could come on base and when the person who answered the phone said yes I placed my order. I called at 8 and 8:30 to check on my order because usually it does not take that long. The male who answered the phone said yes your order is coming and that the driver left 30 mins ago. I do understand that this location closes at 8 pm but if my order wasn't going to be delivered then they should have refunded my money. I then called again at 9 and they closed. Fast Forward to today 7/19/20, I called the location to speak to the manager. The manager was the person who answered the phone. I told her the situation and she told me that she would have to get with another manager to get my refund. I want to say this she didn't apologize for my inconvenience nor did she give any other solutions besides giving my money back. I had to say well you didn't offer for my order to be re-delivered if possible, or to even look up my order period. All she said was that she was going to notify the other manager. I work in food service as well and I do know that every place has an audit of orders/ money that comes in and they have a database where they can look up past receipts for issues like this. She also told me she was the general manager. If that is the case then she could have handled the situation. My issue wasn't the money, it was the fact that I was passed over without any consideration. Now I am without the money and the food. I do not know if this is a franchise or a corporate location but mistakes like this hurt the brand all around. I got so frustrated that I had to end the call. Whoever the manager was that I spoke to, she might want to receive more training. Not all guests want free stuff. I just wanted to be heard and not have to come up with my own resolution. I have gone to this Jimmy Johns several times and it was not awful but also was not up to Jimmy Johns standards. They would forget vegetables here or there and some of the workers were slow. And a few of the workers have been observed practicing unclean methods in the sandwich making area.***HOWEVER... I went in there 2 weeks ago and it was 30 minutes until close time and the workers had ingredients already packed up and the one complained how he really really didn't like making sandwiches in the last half hour, well they made my sandwich and I got home to discover they had not put ANY meat at all!!!! I had a spicy Italian whatever and they completely forgot to put any meat it was just veggies!*** By the time I realized at home it was too late and they were closed and I ended my night hungry. :( read more

Jimmy John's. What do I say about Jimmy John's. It was fast. I think that's about it. The subs were sub par. They were so quickly made they left out the most important ingredient. Love. Just carelessly putting paper on bread. Just felt like they didn't want to see me or get to know me as a customer. Like I wasn't special, just like everyone else to walk through these doors. This facility is extremely clean... check out the bathrooms!!! I've never seen such clean restrooms in Maryland!!!!!! Just went through the drive thru and noticed one employee with long hair was not wearing a hairnet. As she was making our sandwiches I saw her hair brushing against the counter where the food was being prepared and wrapped. It was very off putting to see the lack of hygiene. When we opened the bag to get our sandwiches out there was hair stuck to the tape and food. We were disappointed and disgusted so we had to throw all of our sandwiches away. read more

First, the food and service has been great. Everything was perfect. The table was clean and the food was delicious and a great deal. However I am functionally illiterate and had to have my mother write this review for me. There are signs hanging all over the restaurant that are very intimidating for someone who can't read good. I understood some of the signs and found them very unhelpful to the process of ordering or bettering their restaurant. It took me 15 minutes to sound out the sign at my table and it was about some sort of fisherman and a college guy. Wtf? What does that have to do with sandwiches? Anyway. This is the second time we have had an issue with this place. Both times we placed an online order and paid online, went into the store given plenty of time considering this place is freaky fast and no one had even noticed our order let alone started on it. Last time I went in, all workers were sitting down at a table...that could be why they didn't get to my order but this time my husband went in and there was no excuse. Not to mention, they got my order wrong as well. Completely wrong. Also I am not sure why, but they told my husband he owed a balance...umm is this even a thing?
