Every single time, they tell you one waiting time, and it never turns out to be accurate. You're told it'll be 5 minutes, then 5 minutes turns into 10, then 15, and you're still waiting. It's extremely frustrating and honestly feels like they're just lying to customers to keep them from leaving. I've never experienced a restaurant that is this consistently unreliable with its wait times. At this point, it makes me not even want to come here anymore. If you can't give an accurate wait time, just be honest with your customers instead of making promises you clearly can't keep. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional.

Think again. I got through the line quickly. Placed my order and watched everyone around me receive their food, dine and leave within 30 minutes all while I was still standing at the front waiting for 1 gluten free crepe with fruit. There was a sign up front that asked guests to be prepared to wait longer times so I really tried to be patient. I waited. After 40 minutes still standing up front I still had no crepe. I asked the cashier if she remembered me and she said my order would be ready momentarily. I took a closer look at the order and noticed that the gluten free crepe was buckwheat batter of which when I ordered they didn't make mention of this. Due to my allergies and sensitivity I had to wait again to speak with someone else who appeared to be managing, perhaps the owner. He claimed they make their own batter and brought out the bag of buckwheat flour. Then read on google the ingredients. I really thought a gluten free crepe was mainly made of alternative flour such as coconut flour--not here. I also pulled up this information however I did not want to take a risk. He told the cashier at the counter to issue me a refund and he turned back around to make more coffee orders. I overall felt like I had wasted my time here. I used to take my kids here and haven't been here since they remodeled and expanded. I was by myself and really just wanted something to eat but was not offered anything else. That part upset me the most. Then my refund took a week long. Really thought the refund should have been immediately. The cafe is really cute! Perfect for sharing and boxed accordingly to make delivery so much easier!! Literally stopped for coffee with client and was so warmly greeted immediately offered small samples and so delicious left with several boxes!!!
