I am so disappointed in my sandwich :( I spent $19 on my entire meal last night and my sandwich was so sad and had no meat on it. For the price I expect some sort of meat on it. The service was bleh. Nothing piss my nerves worse than spending over $50.00 at a take out restaurant, get home and one of my sandwiches was made incorrect. Now if this was my first time having a problem at this always empty location it wouldn't be a problem. Pretty standard stuff. It's not bad at all, but nothing about it stands out as amazing compared to other options out there. Oh Jimmy John's, what can I say except thank you for feeding me several times a week. Seriously I'm so glad that your food is good and delivery is quick. I could do without the $4.99 delivery fee but....all in all the consistency and quality makes up for that! I'm a huge fan of the turkey Tom, can't go wrong with that! The bread is usually really soft and fresh and the ingredients are also really fresh tasting. The restaurant is sparkling clean. The employees are polite and attentive. There were three men working and the was the bathrooms are cleanest I've ever seen for a restaurant. I'm so impressed! Let me start of by saying I use to enjoy this location. On average, we come here twice a week. Maybe 1 out of every 6 or so subs have an issue with them. Never complained once. Yesterday, after being pestered in emails about their new toasted sub for weeks, I finally caved in and decided to try it. When I finally get to work to try it, it's totally wet and sogged out, not even edible. I called the store to tell them my experience and some female employee had an attitude and started making a bunch of excuses as to why the sub wasn't edible. Also, I could hear the cowardly manager in the background saying "I can't do nothing about it", when he could have simply apologized for the mistake. I order the sub with the same exact toppings, every single time, 2x's per week, and never has it been inedible. I will just go to Jersey Mikes from now on. read more

This location is clean and well kept. never had an issue here. I order online and it's always right and waiting. The staff is friendly and helpful. we always get the giant and share it to save a few pennie's. I don't like their chips. of course that's not the branchs' fault. This rating is for Jimmy John's sandwich policy and not the quality of this store. This store was clean, in a nice neighborhood, had excellent service, and the sandwiches were fresh and had good flavor. The problem with Jimmy John's is their corporate sandwich making policy apparently followed by franchise branches as well. According to the internet, Jimmy John's opened in 1983. We went to Jimmy John's frequently from 2006-2014 and then were not able to go to one until 2022. On our visit, we got the #4 turkey sub with added avocado spread and regular meat on one sub and double meat on another. The regular sub had 1 thin slice of turkey and the double meat one 2 thin slices of turkey (see attached pics)! Honestly, we were shocked, this was not what we remembered from a decade ago! Consequently, I searched Jimmy John's on the web and found complaints from 2014-2017 that Jimmy John's was skimpping on their meat. Managers of Jimmy John's responded that corporate policy was to place meat by weight not slice. This does not seem to be how things were done prior to 2014. Sure there has been inflation, supply chain issues, and COVID, but 1 slice and 2 slices--rediculous! Just charge more and give more meat like everyone else is doing. We ate at Jimmy John's after eating another turkey, avocado, bacon sub at another sub place a day or two before that charged about $5 more for their sub with more things (real avocado included, not a spread like at Jimmy John's, and bacon included) and waaay more meat on it than Jimmy John's. Consequently, after past experiences at Jimmy John's and eating at this other place, we were shocked at the paper thin 1 and 2 slices Jimmy John's gave us in 2022! Therefore, if you are not that hungry or are a vegetarian or vegan, then Jimmy John's 2022 is for you and this store is a good place to get a sandwich because they are clean, offer good service, and makes sandwiches that taste good. However, if you are pretty hungry and want a sandwich that actually has some meat in it and don't want to just fill up on bread and mayo, then another sandwich shop is going to be more your speed. We will likely not eat at any Jimmy John's again till they change their sandwich making procedure, even if they charge us $5 more to do it, then we would be ok paying that for a good sandwich with a generous amount of meat. read more

Placed an order at 1110a because the previous day it was delivered "crazy fast" half an hour went by and we called to confirm the order. Were told they are phasing out the in store driver and that an uber eats driver would be assigned. Was never informed of this delay. Our food was delivered an hour later and we watched as the uber eats driver that was assigned much later had multiple stops. Every time I have ordered from them it takes over 45 minutes to be delivered- never on time- I HAVE to call to even see when my orders coming and then they always use an excuse of either it's a new driver or their driver is super busy but like I mean you can't deliver to outside of like a 3 mile radius so how long can it take dude... lol. I always like ordering the tuna sandwich on wheat at a Jimmy Jones. The sandwich is made fresh and bread is soft. I added sprouts to mine and is the best way to go. This restaurant offers little seating if you plan to eat with more than 2 people. It's seems more design to get you in and out not stay and eat. I'm so sad to leave this review because I frequent this location every week if not every other week. I will now have to make a longer drive to the lake mead locations need be. I came in and place my weekly order (we have a very busy Monday with kid sports and activities we have loved jj as our go to on the busy day). I order 6 sandwiches and have become very good at the lingo. I could tell the young lady was training and did a great job with customer service taking my order... while I was watching the order was RIGHT just in the smaller sandwich size. I respectfully said "oh no I need those regulars I'll pay the difference" and the horribly rude manager said without hesitation "SHE READ THE ORDER BACK TO YOU DIDNT SHE?!" (I did, but I wasn't paying attention to the sizing she was saying as she nervously repeated my very long order.) I said yes while her and I are both very embarrassed.. long story story he made me walk over to the register and I had to reorder a simple, but long order to HIM and she stood there so embarrassed I felt so bad for her. I've been in a service industry for a very very long time and my advice would be. Be nice! It goes a long long way. It was a miscommunication and now you have a lost weekly costumer and a big impression on a young girl (probably first job). All you had to say to a $60+ dollar customer is "oh you wanted regulars no problem!!" And to your trainy " let me show you how we fix this." One person eating in the restaurant and a girl at prep table obviously training another. Finally a woman came in to shop and got behind me. I usually order Jimmy John's from this location and most of the time it's spot on. This past week I ordered it twice. The first time the food was good but the drink I ordered was very "watered" down. Almost like the machine ran out of syrup. I ordered my girlfriend and I food again today and she wanted a pickle as her side. They forgot the pickle when it was delivered. The drinks again were very watered down. Must be the machine running out of syrup. My sandwich was fine but my girlfriend claimed hers tasted funny. Staff here were repeatedly violating their own posted social distancing guidelines when they came out into the customer area (I don't care what they do behind the counter, but if they're going to come out to the customer area, they better observe the same social distancing rules they're asking of their customers). Worst of all, I barely avoided one employee crashing right into me because he was entering via the exit door that customers are not supposed to use as an exit. I placed an online mobile order for delivery, I got a Tom sandwich and added pickles and their mustard. The lady delivers my food and when I open the door she's gone right away and just leaves the food outside the door which is fine, when I grab it she yells "thanks for..." and I'm not sure what else she said. So then I'm eating the first half and keep getting the mustard balls. There was so many I had to wipe it off the first half. Then I open the 2nd half and there's 2x as many on that half. Consistent with the brand, this location makes a great sandwich very quickly. This new location has plenty of parking and is clean inside. The friendly staff greeted us right away and were ready to take our orders. We barely had time to step aside when we were called that our orders were ready. I love that! Jimmy John's is definitely going to be at the top of my list when I'm in a rush. I ordered the Vito and it was delicious. There was plenty of meat and vegetables on delicious bread. My husband also loved his sandwich. We shared a chocolate chip cookie that was very good. I normally wouldn't grab dessert from a sub shop, but this was a great cookie. Customer service was excellent!!!!! This was our first time here we ordered the #12 large and added roast beef, a side of chips and a pickle!!! It was amazing, very tasty and the bread was freshly baked. It wasn't cheap i paid $21 for two people to share the sub but it was worth it! Wrong order multiple times. I ordered from this location 3 times now, and here is my experience each time. First time i ordered for my family, and they named the sandwiches wrong, missed multiple ingredients in each sandwich, and also gave us the wrong sides. I complained directly to the store and then got my free sandwich from downloading their app for my second time, where the sandwich was great due to my complaint, and they apologized for my last order. So, as a family, we decided to try again. This final time they nunbered the sandwiches instead of naming them which is fine, they gave me the correct side, but they still got multiple ingredients wrong on every single sandwich, one sandwich missing an entire portion of meat.
