Oh Jimmy John's, what can I say except thank you for feeding me several times a week. Seriously I'm so glad that your food is good and delivery is quick. I could do without the $4.99 delivery fee but....all in all the consistency and quality makes up for that! I'm a huge fan of the turkey Tom, can't go wrong with that! The bread is usually really soft and fresh and the ingredients are also really fresh tasting. And the delivery is usually really, really fast, which is great because waiting for food when you're starving isn't fun!

All good except the chicken wrap had way too much salt and mayonnaise. My son ordered the blueberry lemon cookie. He says it's a must! He also ordered the: 8" jj gargantuan sandwich 8" caprese salami pesto sandwich lemon berry cobbler cookie!! He said ALL were fabulous. The staff were excellent and the place was CLEAN

This location is clean and well kept. never had an issue here. I order online and it's always right and waiting. The staff is friendly and helpful. we always get the giant and share it to save a few pennie's. I don't like their chips. of course that's not the branchs' fault. I wish they had a non kettle cooked variety. sometimes i stop at 7-11 first for chips. Alas, I still come here cuz I love the sandwiches. it's convenient and better than burgers. the cookies are the bomb!

This rating is for Jimmy John's sandwich policy and not the quality of this store. This store was clean, in a nice neighborhood, had excellent service, and the sandwiches were fresh and had good flavor. The problem with Jimmy John's is their corporate sandwich making policy apparently followed by franchise branches as well. According to the internet, Jimmy John's opened in 1983. We went to Jimmy John's frequently from 2006-2014 and then were not able to go to one until 2022. On our visit, we got the #4 turkey sub with added avocado spread and regular meat on one sub and double meat on another. The regular sub had 1 thin slice of turkey and the double meat one 2 thin slices of turkey (see attached pics)! Honestly, we were shocked, this was not what we remembered from a decade ago! Consequently, I searched Jimmy John's on the web and found complaints from 2014-2017 that Jimmy John's was skimpping on their meat. Managers of Jimmy John's responded that corporate policy was to place meat by weight not slice. This does not seem to be how things were done prior to 2014. Sure there has been inflation, supply chain issues, and COVID, but 1 slice and 2 slices--rediculous! Just charge more and give more meat like everyone else is doing. We ate at Jimmy John's after eating another turkey, avocado, bacon sub at another sub place a day or two before that charged about $5 more for their sub with more things (real avocado included, not a spread like at Jimmy John's, and bacon included) and waaay more meat on it than Jimmy John's. Consequently, after past experiences at Jimmy John's and eating at this other place, we were shocked at the paper thin 1 and 2 slices Jimmy John's gave us in 2022! Therefore, if you are not that hungry or are a vegetarian or vegan, then Jimmy John's 2022 is for you and this store is a good place to get a sandwich because they are clean, offer good service, and makes sandwiches that taste good. However, if you are pretty hungry and want a sandwich that actually has some meat in it and don't want to just fill up on bread and mayo, then another sandwich shop is going to be more your speed. We will likely not eat at any Jimmy John's again till they change their sandwich making procedure, even if they charge us $5 more to do it, then we would be ok paying that for a good sandwich with a generous amount of meat.

Excellent customer services. Quick and fast, ready for pick up when ordered ahead of time. I ordered the cut in half for the 16" wheat sub beach club (#12)--turkey with provolone cheese with extra pickles and extra tomatoes, my favorites for a sandwich. The ingredients are fresh and plenty. Still kinda feel hungry afterwards but that is because I have a huge appetite. Don't judge, but the sub is amazing. Definitely recommend their subs here! read more

I Always enjoy this place, they welcome you as you enter always, I barely touch the door!!... i order my usual #4, it was Freaky Fast, by the time I paid and grab my bag of chips, I was about to go fill my drink: I bought a large drink, cause they won't allow refill.... my sandwich was waiting for me!!! That's really too Freaky Fast!!!! lol read more

Talking about convenience! Literally not even a block away!!!! Service is fast... fresh! And great location. Plenty of parking and sister food places in the same plaza. A place to be for lunch or even a quick bite. Menu is awesome ... plenty to choose from if you fancy for some sub. This is a much better place to get it than that other place ( sorry can't say ) . Waiting is not a problem because there is a couple of registers and enough employees to assist you for better services. I will always come back here and I do recommend this place. read more

This location was great. When my husband and I walked in, we were already asked by another sandwich maker what we wanted and they were thorough with us with this was our first time getting a Jimmy John's. The customer service was great. They were very knowledgeable of their product and asked us questions on what we wanted in our sandwiches. Will be going back to this location again when I'm in Henderson. read more

How I love Jimmy John's and this location is what I come to expect from a Jimmy John's. This location is located in the shopping center across the street from WinCo in Henderson. It was easy to get into and out of. They have plenty of parking space, well at least at 7 pm on a Saturday night. I ordered the #9 - Italian Night Club and it was DELICIOUS as always. No sooner did I put my debit card back into my wallet and my order was called out. One of the things I really like about JJ is how fast and efficient they are. Although I never come here in a rush, it is nice to know that if I ever was in a rush I'd get my meal super fast. Employees are so friendly and greet you as you enter and always say "have a great day/night" as you exit. So nice to deal with people that are happy and look like they actually enjoy working there and want to make sure their customers are satisfied. Inside of the place was clean and organized. Not super big so not a great place to come with more than one other person. Most of their tables seat just 2 customers. read more

This preggo lady thanks you! By far my family's new fav (and close by) sandwich shop. We came in earlier with my youngest son (it had probably been a year since we had tried JJs) and all of the staff were so friendly and leaning over the counter to say hi to him and wave. The place is immaculate in terms of cleanliness, staff was cheerful and happy to be there. Just a great experience.... so great I had my husband pick me up another sandwich later that day because... pregnant lady cravings LOL. We will definitely be back, and will also tell others to check them out. read more

I cannot praise this location enough! I have been a patron of JJ for many years. I have been to many locations in different states and throughout the Vegas/Henderson valley. This one in particular is hands down the BEST. In a day and age where customer service, kindness, and common courtesy is lacking this location reigns supreme. I have visited this JJ many different occasions from lunch rush during the week to late in the evening on a weekday. No matter the day or time the service and quality is always on point. The staff including the manager and owner are all wonderful. Always with a smile and extremely friendly to my son and I. I will go out of my way to go to this location cause I know my sandwich will be perfect and I will be greeted with a smile. I am on the PTO for my son's school and I am so happy to have them cater the end of the year picnic for the volunteers and their families. Thank you so much Shane and the Jimmy John's crew for always brightening my day and filling my belly with the perfect Vito every time!!! read more

The last three times I've ordered from Jimmy John's it has taken more than 30 minutes for them to deliver two sandwiches to our home less than one mile away. I guess they stopped running the "freaky fast and freaky fresh" ad campaign for a reason. We had some place to be and only ordered from them because of how fast they USED TO be. It's a shame. read more

I guess this location just opened up Not to long ago. Anyway I went in and first off I had to wait for upwards of 10 minutes before someone took my order. There were only 2 people in front of me in line and they only ordered 1 or 2 sandwiches. Then 2 girls on the opposite side then 2 on the other aide. I asked for the #9 and the guy cutting the bread lost the upper half of the bread after putting meat and cheese on it, so he had to cut new bread for it. Then it got to the next person and # 5. I asked for bacon and the spice shaker only. She picks up the mayo scoop and asks if I want mayo. No, I told her again that I wanted bacon and the spices only. She gets bacon and then after that starts putting on vinegar. So I asked if they would remake it. She starts slowly picking off meat and cheese and gives the bun back to the first guy. I can't really tell if there is vinegar on the bun or anything but I am not going to take a chance so I just leave without getting my sandwich. This is happening more and more lately to me in general. I am very clear about what I want on my order, it's made incorrectly, then the staff thinks they can just pick the offending thing off. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If you douse a sandwich in vinegar, don't spend 30 seconds examining it and picking pieces off of it after I ask you to remake it. I will never return here. read more

I love Jimmy Johns! They really are freaky fast! I swear, my order is done before I finish saying it. But the last time I went there, that was part of the problem. Got all the sandwiches home and all but one were made incorrectly. Luckily, the manager was very understanding when my husband went back. They remade all the sandwiches and gave them to us for free, and they also gave coupons for next time. This particular location doesn't have a high chair, which is why we didn't just stay in the first place and eat our sandwiches there. read more

This is the second time we've had this store mess up our order and this time we were given a completely wrong sandwich no where close to what we ordered. On top of that they forgot the sides we ordered and told us we needed to drive all the way back to the store to get our order fixed but we asked if they could deliver the right one to our house. When the driver arrived he was not nice at all and asked for the other sandwich back. I just hope they don't serve it to anyone because that's unsanitary and I don't even understand why they would need it back. Won't be ordering from here again anytime soon. read more

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had at a Jimmy Johns. The employees went above and beyond to make sure our sandwich's were perfect and my kids were happy. The actual owners of the franchise were there and showing an interest in the quality of food! They made sure we were happy with our and so humble working hard side by side with their employees . Other jimmy johns usually have great service, but when I walked in , Caitlyn as it says on the receipt,walked up very unwelcoming and rude. Didn't even say a word to me. Took my order and said to insert my chip and then immediately walked away and stood to the side looking at some papers. Looked like homework idk. I wasn't even done paying yet. Their bread is amazing. My favorite is the #9 Italian Night Club with extra oil/vinegar and extra Jimmy Peppers. That and the #12 Beach Club (I add bacon) are probably the most popular items on the menu. read more

I am furious with the staff at this Jimmy Johns. Every other Jimmy Johns I've been to has been immaculate. This one disgusted me with their customer service. I didn't happen to catch the name of the employee that treated me like a peasant. I simply asked for a beach club. Simple enough right? However this employee did not know what the hell she doing. She looked confused the whole time. When I tried to help her out she snapped at me, "Bruh sorry I'm doing my best". The cherry on top, I took a bite into my sandwich I realized there was no avocado. Although I didn't catch her name, I'll describe her: Short and petite in stature, short black hair. I am amazed with how little human decency she showed me. read more

The worst Jimmy John's I have been too. The guy that took our money did not ask us about what toppings we wanted or not. So I ask the little Asian girl making our sandwiches about the toppings and she said the guy at the register was supposed to do that and our sandwiches were done. She was a giant snot about it. She didn't ask what I might want or if we wanted them remade. Then she laid the sandwiches on the counter and said the bags were over there and walked away. Total lack of customer service. read more

Can I LOVE a sandwich place more?!?!?! By the time I finished ordering and paying, the sandwich was already done! Even my friend who lives nearby says they're always this quick. When she orders for delivery, she gets it within 20 min. So not only are they timely, but wow it's good!! It's so fresh and tasty and I can't ask for a better place. I've never been to a jimmy John's before, but this place is bomb! If they're all like this, I have found my new sandwich chain read more

We stopped in on Mother's Day. We ordered our sandwiches. Everything seemed fine. Our sandwich containers got pushed along the line and when they were ready, they called our name. Simple right? No. Not exactly. The cashiers were quick to take our money and we were just as quick to bring our sandwich back, upset and disgruntled. We felt gypped. None of us got pickles. We didn't know why. The hubby was upset! He went to the cashier to complain. He told them that he would like to be refunded his tip, simply for the fact that they never mentioned the fact that there were no pickles available today. He was not asking for a refund on his sandwich. He just thought that they could've pasted a bit better discretion and making sure that all of the customers there knew that there were no available for Sandwiches today. I can't even tell you how upset he was. Like I said, I know it seems like a silly thing, but it's like missing the fries to your burger or the chips to your sandwich. The whole entire sandwich felt incomplete!!! So like I said, a refund for the tip was requested. Instead, the cashier ended up refunding the entire cost of one of the sandwiches. We tried to compromise with the deli, asking that maybe we buy a side of potato salad, but instead because of the problem with the pickle being unavailable, maybe they only charge half of the regular price of that sign. We're trying to upsell ourselves. Not Conley. The cashier didn't say anything. She just had a crunching. She didn't make eye contact. She never said sorry. She just went ahead to refund the cost of no one and that wasn't. Now, granted that was still a good amount, but the whole ordeal really so simple to dissolve. We were really disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the cashier trust us. We were also even more upset with the fact that the deli wouldn't let people know ahead of their ordering that there were no pickles. The hubby suggested that maybe they put out a sign saying that there were no pickles available today. One of the employees said, "oh no, we can't do that!!" I have a feeling they were worrying about the pickle situation and announcing it because then people would turn away from the restaurant. But, I understand that. For some people, a pickle is serious business. I know it seems crazy but at the same time. I get it. There's plenty of ample seating in and outside of the deli. It's always fun to sit there with people watch. Sometimes the line at the deli is exceedingly long, but don't be discouraged. Unless of course they're out of pickles, the line moves pretty quickly. Hopefully the next time that we pay this deli a visit, the pickle situation will have been resolved.
