Took over an hour to get our order, when it did show up the driver didn't ring the bell but left it on our frozen step. I tried to flag them down because they forgot our fountain drink, but they paused and drove away. I called the store to ask for a refund on the drink that I didn't get for a meal and was told no problem the manager could do that. Instead before going to bed I notice the drink on the step. I check our camera and notice it was delivered 1.5 hours after our original order was delivered. Something for me to toss in the morning. This location as really gone downhill the last year. Jimmy Johns on Court St. has forgotten an item from my order TWICE within the past month. When I call, they do send someone back with the missing item. However, they are rude, take no accountability, and made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. I shared this feedback with the manager over the phone and was rudely dismissed & told to have a nice night. Horrible customer service. We will no longer be supporting Jimmy Johns. I see additional recent reviews stating the same issue - I wonder if employees and managers are pocketing food that customers pay for? I was very disappointed with my online order earlier today. I placed the order at 12:13pm and was thinking it would be a bit longer due to the lunch rush. 45 mins later, and my food wasn't delivered yet. I called to see what the hold up was, and I got zero explanation as to why my order wasn't delivered yet. They just wanted the address of where it was supposed to go to, and we're going to deliver it asap. I didn't even get an apology for the delay or anything. The last bit that disappointed me was the fact that I had earned a reward of free chips and they gave me an expired bag of chips. Good thing I got my free stale chips, thanks Jimmy John's. Horrible customer service my order was a large got a regular size sandwich also the outer wrapping soaked with sauce no better on the inside just to find absolutely no meat on the sandwich just for the manager to tell me over the phone "that he knows theres meat on there he made it"conveniently enough he was just walking inside from a smoke break as my wife was leaving with food, so a out right lie he told! just went to to Jimmy John's in Lake Mills. I parked in the handicap spot. went in to order was immediately asked to move and I said no. was then told that they will not take my order. I then asked if I showed my proof of being a fully disabled connected veteran and still said no. This is Beyond disrespectful and outrageous that you won't serve a disabled veteran because I parked in a handicap and didn't have my sticker. I despise this jj location... the high school staff are exactly that... I knew a couple of them from high school and one day my boyfriend and I walked in and ordered not only did they get my sandwich wrong but they talked about us the whole time loud enough for us to hear... my boyfriend said something to them along the lines of its not professional to talk about customers especially if they can hear you and the two ladies went in back while the manager came out and my boyfriend talked to him and he acted like this happens often and like it wasn't a big deal!!! After that I didn't wanna go back so we started getting deliveries. We live legitimately down the street and it took them 40mins to get there... Worst jimmy johns sandwich I've ever had. I didn't know jimmy johns could be bad! I had a ten hour drive and went an extra 20 min out of my way to get JJs. The cashiers/sandwich makers asked me what I wanted as I walked in the door, rushing me even though there was no one there. They started making my sandwich --and were impressively fast-- but didn't wait to hear my alterations and had to open up my sandwich to add my veggies! And the lettuce, onions and tomatoes were all AWFUL. They must have been sitting out for several days. Really disappointed. read more

I order from Jimmy Johns often... I won't be ordering from the location at 2200 West Court St, Janesville again. Upon placing my order the employee who answered the phone (Adam the manager) was extremely rude to me. I thought I was talking to a kid, this is a MANAGER. I asked for the cost of chips which seemed to bother him very much. I asked for easy onions as well as mustard. again he acted as if I was an inconvenience responding with yup.... For $7.50 a sandwich, they are plenty of other places in the area that will gladly take my money with a much better attitude and provide me with much better service.
