This place is awesome!! I've been coming here since it opened, lots of old and new employees working and the prompt service and friendliness stays the same. Clean environment and restrooms. Orders literally take seconds, in and out within minutes. I'm there at least once a week. Easy go to if I'm undecided on what to cook or choose to order I know it's always great. My experience at Jimmy John's was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Before we even got out of our car, an employee who was walking to clean the front door noticed us, visibly rolled his eyes, and turned around to head back behind the counter to take our order as if our arrival was an inconvenience. The customer service never improved from there. There was no greeting, no "How can I help you?", no suggestions or upsell, and no attempt to make us feel welcome. After placing my order, I wasn't given a receipt, I wasn't handed the cup for my drink, wasn't thanked, and was never acknowledged again during my visit. Meanwhile, two other employees were preparing sandwiches and meats but seemed much more engaged in their personal conversation than providing a positive customer experience. The entire interaction felt indifferent and unprofessional. I understand everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and acknowledgment are fundamental parts of customer service. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling like my business wasn't valued, and that's not an experience I expect from any restaurant. read more

Grabbed a sub that was done because none of the workers said anything and then I asked if it was mine. They proceeded to get upset with me when I was just trying to help everyone out. "Do not grab a sub from here ever again. I'll tell YOU when yours is ready." Please for the love of god announce the sandwiches if you're going to get upset with customers. Wisconsin sucks, but this Jimmy Johns is far worse. Don't go here. read more

Ordered via the app today at 12:07 and got notification at 12:17 the order was ready. Sure enough when we arrived we were told the order was not ready. My boyfriend asked multiple times if the order was ready (there was NOTHING on the to-go shelf; in fact they weren't even using the to-go shelf). People had come in after us and left before us. At 12:36 my boyfriend asked for a 3rd or 4th time where our order was. We were told the order had not been MADE yet and all these orders were someone else's. After waiting 40 minutes since I ordered (12:47) we were told the order just finished...but since we were waiting for 30 minutes (in front of the packing staff) the order (MY order) had been sitting in front of the packing person, on the table, outside the bag...IGNORED. (4 sandwiches) On top of all that they forgot my chips and didn't even say sorry. AVOID this place. EDIT: Today I received a $10 gift card in the mail; no written message or even a sorry. Ordered one sandwich from Court Street.Took over an hour to deliver. The woman driver called me to ask what location she was suppose to go to. She went to the wrong place. When the driver arrived I complained that it took over an hour. She told me if you don't like it don't order from us again. We don't care. Never had a problem before but this was definitely a game changer. read more

My cousin used to work at this Jimmy Johns, all the staff is nice and try their hardest to make your sub to your liking. Every time I use this locations Jimmy Johns I'm always satisfied, however, the one on court st. is god awful... the staff is beyond the worst... every time I've walked in there they never get my order right, a few people I used to go to school with have talked sh*t about my boyfriend and I several times.. definitely not going back... your supposed to greet people as soon as they walk in the door and that's why I love this Jimmy Johns they always have smiles never get my sub wrong and never have anything bad to say.. read more
