I am not sure why this location has a three something rating. Every time I use it, it's a solid five star rating. I ordered for delivery today and within 10 minutes, the tracking app said my meal was out for delivery and the driver showed up within 10 minutes, which is perfectly reasonable for the distance. It was even a Jimmy Johns driver, which is terrific because other locations are deferring the deliveries to Uber eats and it always takes even longer to get your meal for delivery. This driver, a nice young lady, was pleasant and even apologized for the delay. (And there was no delay!) The sandwiches are always put together really well at this location, as requested. I saw a commercial yesterday stating that combos were $1 and I thought to myself that's a great deal! With this in mind, our family went to our nearest location for lunch today where the $1 combo deal was proudly advertised. Our family ordered stating we wanted combos and were over charged. Upon review of our receipt, we confirmed that we were charged as normal and not for the clearly advertised combo deal. When we questioned the total a staff member replied "did you say you wanted the $1 deal?!" We were informed that we actually needed to say " we would like the $1 combo, and should do that next time." My honest question is who would choose to pay additional money when it is clearly noted that combos at this location at this time are $1? read more

Jimmy John's is a fast food/delivery sub place that is a direct rival of sub Sandwich chains such as subway. This location is in a very heavy commercial area off the anchorage and old Henry road exits so they do a lot of deliveries. I actually worked in a call center in the crestwood area about ten years ago or so and remember when they first built this Jimmy John's. It was my first taste of the franchise and I was a fan. I'm personally a huge fan of the ultimate porker which is a bacon and ham sub. Subs are all One size and they all very fresh meats and great tasting bread. The claim to be freaky fast and from my experience they truly are. When I worked in the area I delivered at least once a week and they would have it there well within minutes which was nice because I didn't have to spend my whole lunch waiting or getting food. All Jimmy John's locations on the inside have funny signs and decor. This location is no different. Actually last night about 855pm I was in the area working and had to stop in for a late dinner. All the other places we tried to stop in around 830 turned us away despite being open to 9pm. So I walked in a tad bit Frustrated and the guy must of seen my frustration. Despite the registers closed and food packed up the gentleman processed my order in a freaky fast manner and I was out before they closed at 9pm. I appreciate customer service like this as it's not common anymore. Evidently especially not in the Crestwood area here. This location around ten years ago treated me great and gave me good and fast food for my lunches and they did the same thing last night when I was in a pinch right at closing time. skimping on the meat...we place a large group order from this store almost every day (doctors office). they do not put any meat on the sandwiches. one slice of turkey on a $9.00 sandwich. all you taste is bread. it's ridiculous. they are trying to cut costs by putting barely any meat on the sub. i tried a country club (ham and turkey) today hoping i'd taste more than bread. one super thin slice of turkey and 1 1/2 super thin slices of ham. aren't they supposed to be measuring/weighing the amount of meat on the sandwiches? read more

Ordered a sandwich because I was in a rush. The store was a 5 minute drive away. 35 minutes after ordering: they said the driver was 5 minutes away and would be pulling up. 40 minutes after ordering: I had to leave my location. 50 minutes after ordering: The driver just left me a text saying he left the sandwich at the front desk. I texted back saying I'm not there and to have the store refund me. ... Never received a response. There are other locations in the area--I recommend avoiding this one. I hope Jimmy Johns looks into this branch/franchise. It hurts the brand as a whole if it's super slow. read more

The app doesn't say they're closed today, but it let me place an order and pay for the food anyway. I arrived at the store to pickup and the found the store was closed. There's no way to cancel the order. So Jimmie John's has my money and I have no food. read more

I stopped in today, to get a sandwich, it was about 1pm and there were no customers, 4 or 5 employees but no customers at all, (that should have warned me)! But, I placed my order and because I had HARD BREAD (my guess old bread) twice before from this store, I stressed "I want fresh made, soft bread" and placed my order. Went to the pick-up area and waited.....One of the employees picked up a wrapped sandwich (not mine) and threw the sandwich across the room on-to a table, and before I left another employee threw the wrapped sandwich (not mine) like a football across the room again. I was becoming more concerned about "my" sandwich. A lady finished my sandwich and placed it on the counter, I ask for it to be bagged, she handed me a bag, for me to bag it, no napkins, no pepper no nothing! I am so sorry, but "I WILL NOT BE RETURNING" to Jimmy John's "anywhere". Three times to try a place of business is more than enough. "Freaky fast delivery" isn't so freaky fast. I live relatively close to the store, however, each time delivery takes almost 40 minutes. Staff also does not include all items in the order and won't issue a refund. read more

That's it. Never again will I order from Jimmy John's on Factory Lane. The last straw... I ordered early at 11:22 am. It arrived at 12:15 pm and was missing items. The funny part is the app said it was delivered at 12 pm, so I called and the manager said that was an accident and the order was on its way. When it arrived, it was missing items.
