My first time at Jimmy John's and if the sandwich was delicious enough to keep me coming back the Customer Service I received shortly before closing on a Friday night definitely will! I was greeted with a smile and a good evening-I didn't order a drink and the gentleman offered a cup for water while I waited. My sandwich was prepared quickly and presented just like the picture (one of my biggest issues about eating fast/chain foods). The bread was LIFE! Can't wait to try them again.

Supposed to be "extra turkey" (upcharge) with lettuce, provolone, and pickles

First time at Jimmy John's and the last. I made an online order and this is the pitiful sandwich I picked up. I paid extra for more turkey, too. Unbelievable.

Today was our first meal at this Jimmy John's, but it won't be our last. OK, the store lacks space for many sit-down customers, but it appears to be mainly a take out/home delivery business. As the counter, I ordered the #1, the Pepe, with ham and provolone cheese and my wife choose the #10, the Hunters Club, with double roast beef and provolone cheese. We ordered, sat down and in a flash our orders appeared, ready to be taken back to our table. The bread on my sub was freshly baked. The lettuce was fresh and there was plenty of ham and cheese- no skimping. My sandwich was turned out quickly and exactly as I'd ordered, but then I ordered the most basic sub on the menu, I wonder how they'd do with a more complicated sub that has to be delivered? Gotta find out. Right now, this Jimmy John's deserves at least four stars and four is what they're getting. After they deliver an order to our home, the rating may well change.

I am updating this review today. Since the last time I have been here maybe 25 times. Consistently good! Also a notable improvement with the employees. Keep up the good work! KEEP THE FRENCHIE!!!!

I have visited this location of Jimmy John's on multiple occasions and on each visit I have been happy with the quality of the sandwiches, portion sizes and the staff. Weather we are eating in the restaurant or ordering to take out we have never had to wait for our food. Basically, as is the norm at all JJ's locations you order and within moments of swiping your card your order is ready to be picked up at the other end of the counter. Order accuracy has always been spot on for us on every visit. There are several fast food options at the intersection where this store is located and at many of the other vendors we have had long waits, inaccurate orders and less than stellar customer service but JJ's always comes out on top in every area. If you are looking for a good sandwich, with plenty of food and for your order to be correct I would highly recommend this Jimmy John's location.

My order is always simple and they execute it well without a long wait or messing up the order.

The absolute worse service I've ever had. If I didn't go to the store to pick up I wouldn't have gotten my order.

My wife and I stopped at Little Hats while visiting our daughter in Germantown, and wow, this place…read moredid not disappoint. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan sub, and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken was super tender, packed with flavor, and the sandwich was huge. I only made it through half and ended up eating the rest later that night. It was just as good the second time around. My wife had the Spicy Italian, and she loved it. The sweet pickles on it really made the sandwich stand out and gave it an awesome flavor. The atmosphere was really cool and felt very authentic. They also have a grocery section where you can buy authentic Italian sauces, pasta noodles, and other items, which was a nice touch. The only thing that surprised us was the fountain drinks being $5 each, but they do come in a souvenir cup. If you're looking for an amazing sub sandwich, I highly recommend Little Hats. The food was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and Germantown itself is a great area to walk around and explore. There are tons of cool places nearby. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Nashville. I'd give this a 5 out of 5 stars.

We went to the Germantown location, which has a huge, really nice patio and a bar area. We ordered at the counter and didn't get any drinks, but I definitely want to come back and spend more time checking out the retail section because it looked great. I got the chicken Parm sandwich, and while it was good, I felt like it needed a little more flavor. I'm probably a little picky with Italian delis since I'm from New England and have had some really great options, so my expectations were high. I think I need to try another sandwich next time. My sister got the soup, and it came in a big bowl and was really good. Overall, everything was solid, but I did think it was a little expensive for a takeaway deli. We spent around $40, which felt a little high for what we got. I will definitely come back for the patio. It seemed dog friendly, and I'm always looking for new spots to bring my pup. The atmosphere is great, and I'd like to come back to try more of the menu.

I am absolutely sure that in the hour my friend and I were waiting, six other other customers were seated ahead of us. Standing for an hour is okay but only if they're actually taking the customers in order. But then we were seated and with the small menu, I was able to order. A few minutes later, Big Al shouts, "Does anyone want a cinnamon bun?" and I have never been closer to taking a walk from my keto diet. But I was good and only drooled a little watching the couple sitting next to us split theirs. It smelled so good. Brunch arrived and we've now been at Big Al's for 90 minutes. I had selected the day's special, the FOUR egg steak omelet which I had with peppers and onions *filled* the plate. Sloppy and tasty and loaded with probably half a pound of sliced steak. I only took one small bit of my biscuit - fluffy and light but heavy and dense. Delicious. My friend had a concoction that I can only call The Coronary Plate: Fried eggs, fried potatoes, fried chicken. Half of a fried chicken that looked better than anything I've ever seen at KFC or Popeye's or my own beloved Bojangles. Crispy, slightly burned but a light batter and a juicy center. Yeah, get that. Big Al's is an anachronism. The food is cooked by hand, it's delicious and it stands halfway down the block of a completely residential neighborhood. You'll be driving the last couple of blocks and wondering, what am I getting in to? Trust me, they're probably open. Pro tip: Try the gravy. It's spicy! Turnover is quick, so even when they are at capacity, and the waiting list looks daunting, you should still put your name down. We were told the chalkboard has the specials, and shrimp and grits are available on the weekends. I loved my shrimps and grits. The grits were so hearty and buttery, and the shrimp had a good amount of spice. We also got the sweet potato chorizo hash, which had the perfect amount of slight heat and special spice blend. (The spices looked red, but I don't know what they were other than paprika??) Both dishes came with biscuits, generously buttered. We were told the biscuits and gravy were special, because the chef does a brown gravy instead of the white gravy. We felt like we had enough food, but if I am ever back in town, I'd try this dish. You'll want to walk off this meal, but don't miss it if you're in Nashville!
