My first time at Jimmy John's and if the sandwich was delicious enough to keep me coming back the Customer Service I received shortly before closing on a Friday night definitely will! I was greeted with a smile and a good evening-I didn't order a drink and the gentleman offered a cup for water while I waited. Today was our first meal at this Jimmy John's, but it won't be our last. OK, the store lacks space for many sit-down customers, but it appears to be mainly a take out/home delivery business. As the counter, I ordered the #1, the Pepe, with ham and provolone cheese and my wife choose the #10, the Hunters Club, with double roast beef and provolone cheese. We ordered, sat down and in a flash our orders appeared, ready to be taken back to our table. The bread on my sub was freshly baked. The lettuce was fresh and there was plenty of ham and cheese- no skimping. My sandwich was turned out quickly and exactly as I'd ordered, but then I ordered the most basic sub on the menu, I wonder how they'd do with a more complicated sub that has to be delivered? Gotta find out. Right now, this Jimmy John's deserves at least four stars and four is what they're getting. After they deliver an order to our home, the rating may well change. read more

From previous experience, I knew that Jimmy John's sandwiches are really good. What makes them that way? I just don't know - I tried to reverse engineer one at home and it just didn't measure up to the original. My first taste of Jimmy John's was when I was walking around near another of their stores and an employee was giving out small sandwich samples. The one I got was a ham sandwich; I'm normally not a fan of ham sandwiches, but it was really good! Next time I was in that neighborhood, I made sure to stop in for one. This time out, I went for an 8" sub - the #2 Big John - medium rare choice roast beef, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It was extremely good!! Jimmy John's slogan is "Subs so fast you'll freak!" and I've got to say, I almost did. Then again, with all those friendly staffers on hand, is it any wonder that they're so darn fast!? ;-) Jimmy John's slices the meat for your sandwich fresh, and this really does make a difference. All the other ingredients are very fresh and you can really taste that freshness in your sandwich. There's no doubt in my mind that the combination of freshness and their awesome bread is what makes these sandwiches taste so good. The prices are really good too; better than Subway or Jersey Mike's. read more

They kicked us out of the restaurant after we paid for our food and bag of chips and told us to get out they told us they had warned us about getting soda from the machine, even though we had gotten waters, I really don't recommend this specific location read more

I have visited this location of Jimmy John's on multiple occasions and on each visit I have been happy with the quality of the sandwiches, portion sizes and the staff. Weather we are eating in the restaurant or ordering to take out we have never had to wait for our food. Basically, as is the norm at all JJ's locations you order and within moments of swiping your card your order is ready to be picked up at the other end of the counter. Order accuracy has always been spot on for us on every visit. There are several fast food options at the intersection where this store is located and at many of the other vendors we have had long waits, inaccurate orders and less than stellar customer service but JJ's always comes out on top in every area. If you are looking for a good sandwich, with plenty of food and for your order to be correct I would highly recommend this Jimmy John's location. read more

I love this jimmy johns !!! I used to come here with my ex bf and the staff was always super sweet and the customer service was excellent ! They literally saved the day today !! What had happened was .... Today , my sister wanted to surprise me with a delicious veggie sandwich from the Jimmy Johns in Murfreesboro on Middle Tennessee Blvd . So she bought one for me and one for her and they completely messed up the order . The sandwiches didn't have mayo and it had BACON on both of the VEGETARIAN sandwiches . This is not what she asked . My sister had to drive all the way from Murfreesboro to Nashville and she came home with two sandwiches that were wrong . I was so disappointed because my mouth was freaking watering for Jimmy Johns . I've order delivery here so many times through the app. They have always been on time, and you can genuinely tell that the sandwich was just made fresh. I usually customize my sandwich so that can get a little confusing, but they always get it right. Also it's super cheap for delivery. I live 5 miles away and was hoping this new Jimmy John's would deliver to my house, but I'm apparently too far away. I was in the area today so I dropped by to grab a sandwich. No complaints about the sandwich. It's just as good as it always is, and was made really quickly. I also learned that their delivery radius is 1.7 miles in either direction. Boo. I mainly just want to point out how disappointed I was with the customer service I received from the cashier. No greeting, no smile, no "thank you", etc. He was bordering on being rude with his frown & lack of interest. I will chalk it up to him having a bad day this time, but hope it doesn't become a habit.
