This place is amazing! It's not even the food ( though it's SCRUMPTIOUS ) it's the people here. Every time I go in no matter how rushed they are or how many orders keep flying in ~ they are always so sweet, respectful, and caring! They pay attention to the littlest of details and they very much stand out! I made great friends with their main delivery driver and let me just tell you, he's good people. He's so friendly, he's so nice, he takes time to ask you how you are and how your day is! I ordered so much he started to know the name on the ticket, as well as my order! I love their food, but all those men and women in there are the real reason I keep going back! Thank you guys! I was not overly impressed with this location. Although the location was empty except for a couple dining in I was surprised it took almost 15 min to get two sandwiches to go. Maybe they had lots of call in orders although I didn't see many pick up while I waited. I wanted to utilize the app but found that to be cumbersome as well so I just gave up and ordered at the store. I will say the store was clean, tables cleared and there was some good signage inside. The last time I visited this location was 10/2022. Maybe it will be another 2+ yrs before I try again. read more

The service was bad because they kept telling us straight we did not have your order and after about 40 minutes of waiting in the store, which is around one hour from when we've ordered it, they finally figured out we were and they never even apologized if they text you that the order is ready they have not made it yet. They just put it in for fast service normally people take a long time to get there. read more

Placed an order via the app and when I can in to pick up the pick up line was longer than the ordering line yet the ordering line cleared pretty quickly with them getting their orders but the five of us in pick up who ordered before were not getting our meals. Jimmy John's prides themselves on quality and freshness by baking French bread daily, name brand condiments such as; Hellmann's, Heinz vinegar, Grey Poupon just to name a few products they use. My hubby and I broth ordered the "Big Italian" mine minus the oil and vinegar was loaded with thinly sliced capicola, ham, salami, provolone cheese, thinly sliced lettuce, sliced tomatoes, mayo, and oregano sprinkled on the meat - very good. We waited an hour and 12 minutes on a delivery order, only to find out that because it was a cash delivery order that they would not complete this order. Did they contact me to tell me this information absolutely not I contacted them and received a snotty attitude from an employee named Ryan. Ryan basically blamed the fact that their website allowed an order to be placed via delivery and with a cash payment on the customer. And then when asked why he never contacted anyone on the order to give notice of this he informed me that they had too many other orders that apparently held more importance. I work in the service industry and this is inexcusable and they made absolutely no care to even fix the issue or suggest a solution. I used to love this location. Their sandwiches and service were both better than any other jimmy johns ive tried in the city. in the last year I've had more bad experiences than good. Its taken over an hour for delivery. My last order was the last straw with this place. This Jimmy Johns is NOT "freaky fast". They always make a great sandwich but it takes forever to get it. I always order through the app and it's never ready when I get there and they have even lost my order before. They seem to be very under staffed. Two people working during lunch doesn't cut it. As I was waiting for my order that I had placed about 15 min earlier, three people walked out because there was already about 7 people that were in line and hadn't ordered yet and the tickets just kept on spitting out new orders that I assume were more online orders. read more

On 7/28/2023 at approx. 11:09am, we ordered a #4 and #7 with two waters (not bottled water). The total was 25.15. We thought that was high and when we received the sandwiches the receipt was provided as well. The receipt documented that we were charged for THREE medium fountain drinks at a cost of 2.19 each. Subsequent to consuming said sandwiches, we told the cashier of the gross error. The cashier asked for the mgr. on duty to address. The mgr. apologized and said our order should have been 18.01 vs the 25.15 we were charged. The mgr. experienced difficulty in crediting the 25.15 and charging the correct amount of 18.01. After several minutes the mgr. asked another employee for help and ultimately said to us, "The sandwiches are on her." I then asked if the 25.15 was going to be credited to my AMEX and she said yes. After we left, my wife and I both said it did not "feel right" about the credit as a direct result of her experiencing difficulty in how to effectuate said credit. It appears our gut feeling was correct as a again...no credit back to our AMEX. I contacted corporate office via the internet and have not heard back. Based on the plethora of complaints on YELP, I highly suggest refraining from this JJ. read more

Send my son to Jimmy John's to pick up our order and then he proceeded to go through the door nobody working there even acknowledge the fact that he was there. After waiting several minutes he figured out on his own that the order was just sitting on the shelf and helped himself. When we got home we were surprised to find that his Jimmy's Cubano was more bread than anything else. We will never be eating here again the whole experience was a bad experience not to mention as you can see from the pictures that his sandwich was nowhere close to a $7.25 piece of bread. read more

I have been wanting to eat at a Jimmy John's since they started showing up in Tulsa and OKC. I got my chance today. I was a bit confused about how to order, so I selected a sandwich and told the cashier. She said the total would be $6.35. I asked if it came with a drink was told no but she added one to the order. I asked about chips and she added them to the order. She then asked me if I'd like to make it a combo to save 10 cents. I said sure. We could have saved time and effort had she recommended a combo up front. I didn't know what to expect for the sandwich assembly but the line looked somewhat like a Subway so I headed down the line to select my add-ons but they already had the sandwich finished and wrapped, so I didn't get to add any peppers, oh well... My sub experience has usually been with Subway so that is my point of comparison. The JJ sub was good, but the bread is sub-par - tough and chewy. I'll take Subway bread any day. I would eat at JJ again now that I know the routine, but I'd ask a few more questions and order it with the garnish I prefer. I might first stop at Subway and bring my own bread. read more

My favorite sandwich place by far. Fresh bread, friendly service, entertaining signs all over. My favorite sandwich is the beach club and the wheat bread is always delicious and fresh. I know they are well known for their sub bread, baked in the store, and it is REALLY good, but I always go back to the sliced wheat bread! I literally live half a mile away from this location and it took 36 minutes for my delivery to arrive. It wouldn't be a big issue if they didn't require me to tip ahead of time, but I used the app and a card to order. So I went ahead and tipped 20% because I figured it was the right thing to do. I've only gotten Jimmy John's for delivery. Most of the reviews seem to be for dine in. I've never had an issue with this location. I love their French bread, it's always soft and fresh. It tastes wonderful! I've tried a few different kinds of sandwich. (Bootlegger, Lulu club, Turkey Tom...and some others) The website and app are very user friendly. It's very simple to add chips, a drink, or dessert. The delivery is really fast. I've never had to wait too long to get my food. I highly recommend Jimmy John's for fast delivery! read more

How do you deliver to the wrong address time after time? Very annoying when you order food during your lunch break and you never get it!

Ordered a delivery sandwich. Got a call back an hour later saying they don't delivery at my location. (Which should have been mentioned at first when my address was given.) THEN they told me that they were going to take care of it for me and call the proper Jimmy Johns location. ANOTHER hour later I called to make sure it was placed and they said that the one they called didn't deliver to my location either and that I would have to tried a different place.
