I like this location mainly because of how convenient it is--it's right by where I live and in the same parking lot as Safeway, so it's an easy stop when I'm craving fries or finishing up grocery shopping. I usually order curbside pickup, and they have about six designated spots, which is honestly more than a lot of other locations I've been to. The curbside service has been pretty solid overall. Employees usually bring out my order quickly, and everything has been accurate so far. I especially love that they actually include the exact number of condiments I request in the app--sauces are non-negotiable for me when it comes to chicky nuggets. From the brief interactions I've had, staff seem friendly enough, and the food is typically hot, fresh, and about as good as you can expect from fast food. My main issue is with their late-night reliability. This location advertises being open 24 hours, but that wasn't the case during our recent visit around midnight today. My husband and I had placed a mobile order, only to arrive and find all McDonald's entrances blocked off with cones and no signage explaining what was going on. We ended up asking someone in a visibility vest, who told us to try walking up to the drive-thru. So we parked in the general plaza parking, and literally walked behind cars in the drive-thru lane, which already felt awkward and strange. It looked like they might have planned some kind of construction(?) work, but there was no clear indication--just one worker we spoke to and another using a leaf blower. When we finally spoke to a cashier, they said they couldn't view or fulfill any orders, without giving a clear explanation. When we mentioned we already paid through the mobile app, we were told to request a refund through the app, which we did end up receiving hours later, but it was still frustrating in the moment since we were hungry, had already spent our remaining funds for the night for McDonald's, and couldn't go elsewhere because everything was closing. As we were leaving, I noticed a worker placing what looked like stencil frames on the ground, possibly to repaint their faded markings for their drive thru directional arrows on the ground. If that was the case, it would've been nice to have some kind of notice ahead of time. Aside from that experience, my visits during the day have been consistently decent. No longer fast food. After sitting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and moving one full car length, I decided to run in and order inside. Tables were not wiped down, trash cans were over flowing, people in the lobby were being ignored. 2 of the 4 kiosks were out of order, the other two let you order but was unable to accept payment forcing you to wait in line for the cashier. Of which, there was no one around. In comes Jordan to save the day. From the busy drive through, Jordan hurried over to take care of who he could. Unfortunately he still had cars to take care of so it was short lived. I ordered on the kiosk at 12:19, had to wait in line at the cashier, and again for my food which came out at 12:35. From arriving at the location to leaving, we spent 35 minutes to get our food. This location appears to always be understaffed. The service time at this location is horrible. I placed a mobile order for a happy meal. A 4 piece happy meal and an apple juice. It took 20 minutes to receive my order. They parked me and I had to even go inside and get my order. While everyone that was upfront was just standing around. Not helping a single guest that was inside as well. Horrible staff. Stopped here for breakfast on our way to So California. My egg McMuffin was cold and the muffin was saturated in oil which made it super soggy. We ordered orange juice when our food arrived there was no orange juice the cashier didn't inform us the machine was broken. So we had water to drink . Hubby had the spicy chicken sandwich and said it was really good. The service was good - an employee heard us mention there was not salt or kitchen and she brought some to us right away, explaining it's no longer out because people steal it. I asked where the ice cream was, and she said it was blended, and immediately closed the window on me! I know what a McFlurry is, but there was barely any in the cup. Wait times are incredibly long. I have quit going here all together because wait times - specifically at night - but can be any time can range from a few minutes to over 30 minutes in the drive through. Several times I have left the line before or after ordering because the wait was so long I was running late for other appointments. If you do wait by the time you finally get your food it's often cold . You also better make sure the order is correct because once you drive away there is no going back through to correct it. I know that this review won't change anything but I am so tired of the poor service and quality control from this McDonald's. I keep coming back because it's the closest and my wife likes their breakfast sandwiches. I have had many bad experiences here but this involves last Saturday and today (the following Saturday). Last Saturday (March 23) I ordered a strawberry and crème pie (as well as the sandwiches and hash browns for my family) at the drive thru speaker, paid for it at the first window, and was immediately told to park at the second window. After waiting over 5 minutes while parked, an employee brought my food and told me that they didn't have the strawberry and creme pie and that they gave me an apple pie instead. I wasn't told anything about them not having the pie when I ordered or when I payed and wasn't told anything at the second window. They had plenty of time and chances to tell me they didn't have the pie and I was upset (but not rude or disrespectful about it) that they gave me one that was worth almost a dollar less than what I ordered. The employee seemed surprised that I was visibly upset at this and didn't understand why since they replaced the strawberry pie with the apple pie, which again costs less than what I ordered. I wasn't being done a favor, I was being misled and ripped off. Today (March 30) I ordered breakfast through the app. The app stated that they didn't have any burritos which I was going to get so I decided on something else. I ordered and payed for a McGriddle (as well as the usual McMuffin's and hash browns for my family) on the mobile app and I was told there were no McGriddles at the drive thru window. They wouldn't replace it for something else and I was told I'd get my money back. When I got my receipt at the first window, I was still charged for the McGriddle. When the manager was called to refund the McGriddle she told the employee that they do have McGriddles. Drive up to the second window and was given a bag with no McGriddle and was again told they didn't have any. I explained what happened and I waited over 7 minutes after being parked for the McGriddle which had one bun warm and the other was half frozen. I also ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins and when I got home we realized they had folded egg. My wife and daughter don't like folded egg and I wasn't told anything about it when I was at McDonald's. So they substituted the egg without telling me. This constantly happens at this McDonald's as well as missing items and employees sifting through the bag because they don't know if I'm parked for that order or someone else's. Honestly, it's not worth the hassle and inconvenience for the prices anymore. For the record, folded eggs are already prepared and prepackaged eggs that they heat up before they put it on the sandwich while the regular hockey puck looking eggs are actual fresh eggs they have to crack open and cook on the griddle. read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered online. When I got to the store they refused to honor the online order, or issue a refund. The manager (who refused to give me their name) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Terrible experience. I'll never got to this particular restaurant again. Furthermore, when I voiced my displeasure at their service, the manager found out where I worked and called it, then tried to get me fired. This location has poor quality control. They need to start checking the bag if everything is inside that the customers order before giving the customer their bag. we just pulled up to the drive through to get breakf sandwiches. There's a real large sign/poster to our delight that says buy one get one for $1. We ordered 4 sandwiches that we would of got anyways. The cashier said that deal wasn't running anymore. i questioned that and was told the sign should have been taken down/ I agree they should of taken it down because I fully expect them to honor their signage. This morning 's breakfast crew was AMAZING. We went in, knowing that our order was a pretty big one that would take them some extra time to prepare, but we knew we had lots of time to wait for the food. They were very nice about getting through the ordering, letting us add the app on the order to get us points, and even giving a few more tips/tricks about ordering next time. We had a little miscommunication about which breakfast item it was, and they were very quick in turn around in the moment, refunded the incorrect items, charged the correct ones, and we were in and out in 15 minutes! Absolutely amazing. We got 15 mcgriddles, 16 hashbrowns, and 12 burritos, and they barely had us wait 3 minutes parked. They have an amazing crew opening today and I hope they keep up the amazing work and customer service! read more
