Flawless! Please give a shout out to everyone on the team at this location. You just provided 43 sandwiches, five minutes earlier than expected! That's called great customer service. I enjoy Jimmy John's food and find good consistency ref service and food quality across the chain. Service was quick and the food was good. One minor complaint, the cashier at the drive thru went ahead and told me that my straw for the drink was already in the bag.......I should have looked. No straw. I was notified, upon entering the resturant, that I had to wear a "mask" to enter the resturant. I asked for a mask but, was told that "we do not provide masks". I went back to my car to get one, came back in, ordered my food, sat down, and took off my mask to eat my meal. Two minutes later five of nine Jimmy John's employees had their masks off or on their chin (to include the man prepping the subs). The staff makes the restaurant, and this staff has really, really great enthusiasm. They are polite, serve quickly, and make great sandwiches so fast you'll freak. The restaurant is very clean, very new, and well-staffed. It gets an above average score in my book, because of the staff! read more

Ordered jimmy johns while visiting Omaha Nebraska on a conference three times and all three times the orders were the same but the delivery was different the last time I ordered jimmy John's I ordered a large Giant Italian sub cut in half extra mayonnaise extra lettuce what I received was a small Italian sub a little lettuce no extra mayo no mayonnaise packages took them 45 minutes to deliver I don't understand even though I was in a hotel room how it could take them that long to deliver a sub sandwich call the management to let them be aware all they can say is you verified it that's what you received i will never order from this jimmy John's again if I ever have to eat a sub in Omaha I'm sorry for those at the conference that had the same problem but would not report it I would give them a zero if I could but one star is as low as it'll go read more

I was visiting family and it's been at least 10 years since I've had Jimmy Jonhs. The temp was below zero and I was feeling a little famished so I ordered delivery. I purchased the gourmet veggie club on 9 grain bread , no cheese with extra sprouts, avocado spread, hot peppers and Jimmy Johns mustard. Less than 10 minutes later the delivery guy arrived at the door. My sandwich was good but no hot peppers as requested. I really appreciate the super speedy delivery service. read more

4 Sandwiches were purchased at the drive thru. 3 were as ordered. Mine wasn't. I called the number on the receipt. The person on the phone asked what my issue was. I told them(I probably could have been nicer) the problem. She had a corrected sandwich delivered within 10 minutes. It was just the way I like it! A good chain sandwich shop, just not great. Jimmy Johns is a consistent sub shop chain, and this location is pretty much like the rest of them. Want a quick sandwich, made to order, this is your place. While the positive point is that just about every sandwich I have eaten from Jimmy Johns tastes the same, the downside is that they are just okay. But hey, this is still fast food, so it is a decent option. This location is pretty quick and efficient, but on occasion they have complained about not calling in a large order in lieu of just showing up and ordering from the drive through. Not a huge deal, but it could have been done with a bit more kindness. As this place is nearby, I will continue to grab a sandwich from time to time. read more

Jimmy Johns franchised restaurant chain Pros - Clean eating area, good chips, good sandwiches, welcoming atmosphere, decent prices, and nice worker. Cons - bread is a little hard, few options, little seating area, and doesn't deliver to Bennington. Jimmy Johns is an iconic that has been around since 1983. It is located in almost all 50 states, there are 2,500 Jimmy John's throughout the USA. Well I went to one of them (9909 Redick Cir, Omaha, NE 68122) on a thursday night I ordered my usual. A number 1 without tomato and their barbecue homemade chips with a Dr. Pepper. Their welcoming cashiers and workers said "Coming right up." About two minutes later my sandwich was ready, and it was perfect. In total my meal costed $7.16. Jimmy John's has a very clean environment inside, there wasn't leftover food on the tables when I sat down to eat. They also have many signs in the restaurant, they are funny and catchy. The signs also make it a very welcoming environment, it adds lots of character to the restaurant. There is very little seating inside of the restaurant, but lots of Jimmy John's, depending where you are, has outside seating, the Jimmy Johns I went to had outside seating. Their food is very tasty! They have fresh meat sandwiches, as I said before homemade chips, which come in many flavors- Original, BBQ, Jalapeno, salt and vinegar, and thinny Jimmy chips. Although there bread can be a little rough and hard to eat at times. Jimmy Johns also has a pop machine with about 10 options. On the other hand, they don't have many options for sandwiches, but what they have is very good. (they have about 20 sandwiches.) I always get the #1 ,like I said before, it is just a plain ham sandwich with ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato & mayo. Overall, Jimmy John's is a very well put together and good place to eat, I recommend this restaurant to anyone that is looking for an old fashioned sub-sandwich! read more
