It took 25 minutes to get a chicken wrap, fries, and a coke, with one person in front of me in the drive through (who had one bag, it wasn't like a family of 9.) When I my food, the fries were cold and soggy, and the one change I asked for, no pickles, was ignored. The chicken wrap itself was mostly sauce, pickles, and tortilla, there was a tiny little chicken nugget at the bottom. There was virtually no lettuce, but just an absolutely incredible amount sauce. Probably the worst Popeyes location I've ever been too. Popeyes is one of my favorite fast food places to go. But it's seems you can't go through this location without a problem with either getting undercooked tenders, missing items from your order, or sitting in line for 15 mins with no one ahead of you waiting to order. Sometimes you may get all 3 problems in one trip. Overall I'd give this less than a star, as they seem to have to quality control procedures. read more

The wait for the drive through took so long , there was an old white woman who was taking orders and had to deal with all the mad people . She was sweet and offered free drinks . I went through the drive through, ordered (2) 3 piece combos with mashed potatoes and (2) Spicy chicken sandwich combos with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. We waited in the drive through for 7 minutes before our order was taken, then sat at the window for 9 minutes before anyone came to the window for my money, following this we sat for 6 more minutes before our food was handed out. We could see our food was already bagged up and sitting waiting for the entire 6 minutes. That was 22 minutes in a DRIVE THROUGH, during this time a black SUV ordered and just drove away- I honestly wish I'd made the same choice. Once we got home and started to eat we found what appeared to be the shell of a roach on the bottom bun of one of the sandwiches. I will not be returning to this location again. read more

this is the worst drive through fast food restaurant I have ever been to. the last two times I've tried to go I haven't gotten any food after waiting 40-70 minute. the first time I was in the drive through and nobody even tried to take my order when I sat in front of the kiosk for at least 15 minutes before deciding to just leave. the way the store is positioned I couldn't gotten out of the drive through if I wanted to. the second time I ordered with DoorDash had at least 4 drivers show up for the order and didn't get my food the order got cancelled instead. read more

Located directly across from the Metro Community College north campus on the corner of 30th and Fort Street. Parking is a bit difficult. Not really conducive for easily getting in and out. The inside of the restaurant is the smallest Popeyes I have ever seen. Only about 3-4 tables inside. Counter service was friendly. Had to wait a bit for my order. Maybe I shouldn't be eating mashed potatoes while I'm driving, but... I really like fried chicken. I mean, really. And I love Cajun food. I've had a long lasting relationship with Popeyes Chicken. Yes, sometimes long distance because I'm not in the neighborhood, but my taste buds cannot deny their loyalty. This location has some problems. Disappointedly. The intercom was extremely faint so I could barely hear the employee. OK, I am patient. At the window they tell me it is going to be six more minutes for my food to cook. I would need to pull forward. All right. No problem. Then it's about 10 minutes and they bring me my food. No big whoop. I start to pull away and they haven't given me a drink. I walked back to the window to get my drink and they hand it to me. Getting in the car I realize that my coca-Cola is surprisingly light yellow. I walked back to the drive-in window again and I ask for a Coke. She apologizes and hands it through, all with a smile. She is really nice. I really am thankful she has a good attitude. But the system here somehow is broken. I drive away. I enjoy my food. I eat my chicken strips and sip on my Coca-Cola. I eat my cajun fries. My heart is smiling. I pull out the container of mashed potatoes and yes, I realize there is in fact no spoon or fork with my food. Dude. I fumble through the bag and box, knowing the inevitable but refusing to believe it. My denial soon fades. And so, alas, I find myself driving home eating mashed potatoes with my finger, enjoying this Cajun recipe. Two stars for the quality of the experience, but glad to bump to three because the lady was so incredibly nice even though the service was a fail. Maybe not every day, but today it was. Let me start off by saying don't order anything without CHECKING to makesure your order is ACCURATE before leaving!!!! It's a dang shame that one of the only chicken spots down North where folks who eat it the most get this type of service. I mean I go out West and it's always on point and if they make a mistake they don't just offer a darn apple pie to makeup for their mistake they go above and beyond especially if that mistake resulted in you driving all the way home just to find out that Popeyes messed up on your whole order. I sincerely hope the GM reads these comments and takes action plus I'll be calling the number on my receipt...... To the GM your locations service is deplorable and your staff need to be better trained on providing quality food items to patrons and better customer service. Just because this location is in North Omaha doesn't mean the service should lack in anyway if your crew can't get it together fire and hire someone else. This ghetto run-down location close to my home was horrible. I went through the drive-thru ordering a tenders combo, had to wait, when brought out was missing my drink. Got my drink which I discovered was flat on my way home and NO WAY IN HELL as I going back to get it swapped out. Got home, order was missing a tender and one of the tenders was just crust, no chicken meat. Absolutely ridiculous and the last time I use this location no matter how close it is. Quality control at this location is non-existent, management must simply not care. read more

I ordered a drink, they never gave me my drink. On my way back i called the number on the reciept 3 times no answer, called another location they didnt answer either. I like going to this location because the food is always fresh. I especially like to go in the daytime Monday -Wednesday, becuase the manager on duty does his job. I love it when food is freshly prepared and this location is usually on point Mon-Wed. read more
