First I have to say stopping here makes me miss having a Jimmy John's close by but knowing it's not that far away makes me realize I need to go a little more often. I have to say a good sandwich starts with good bread and I don't need a thousand breads to choose from when I just want a really good sub. This time around my mom had a chicken bacon ranch and I had the Cuban both were delicious. After I ordered I forgot all about the fact that you can buy Dale bread for $0.50. if this bread is day old I am in shock because it tasted just as fresh as if they had baked it that day. I just wish I would have bought what they had left because I ate that loaf of bread for a couple days after. If you don't have the Jimmy John's app you need it because when I got home I guess I'd had points from previous visits a ways back and I had earned a free sub, Score! Love coming to this location. Clean environment, service is quick and staff are super friendly. My favorite sandwich place compared to the other competitors. Their bread is so fresh. One option I love is you can have your bread gutted out. What does that mean? They literally remove the middle parts of the sub for less carbs. Try the #9 "The Italian night club", my fav. Tons of meat if you're a carnivore. Meat combo-Salami, capicola, and ham. Comes with provolone cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and oil/vinegar, oregano-basil. YUM...such a hearty sandwich. Very upset! I walked in and noticed a little busy asked about how long before ordering. I was told 5-10 mins. I waited 30 mins before questioning. Noticed the people after me got their food and when asked why I was told they didn't have my ticket. It's okay, the sandwiches are decent and made quickly. They seem to always have a lot of staff making the sandwiches. My problems with this chain is everything has to be on the side. You can't have it on your sandwich, which honestly isn't that big of a deal. They do not have napkins just laying out for you to take. It up by the counter. Also no utensils. If you need a knife, bring up your sand and they will cut it for you. You will not find a fork or spoon here. I am not quite sure why everything seems to be limited. Again, sands are pretty decent. If you have WAWA go there inside or subway. You have a better chance of having things "your way". All sandwiches come by itself and does not include meals. Drinks and chips are all separate . Here's the thing with Jimmy John's, it's not rocket science, they have not reinvented the wheel or sliced bread for that matter. It is just a sandwich, quick and made to order. We usually come to this spot because it is convenient in our lunch hour. The sandwiches are alright and the price is reasonable. However, it is not just about the food, it is also about the experience, and here is where this Jimmy John's fails miserably. During lunch hour, their delivery guys are running in and out like manics, cutting through the line without even excusing themselves and driving out of the parking lot . I have been nearly run over or hit at least a couple of times. Did they not learn anything from Domino's Pizza in the late 80's, of course these snots weren't even around back then. They have always gotten my order right and have been friendly each and every time. If you're worried about this location, realize that the lower ratings come from reviewers that whine about things unrelated to the food - "boo, I was out of the delivery area" - in its location in tourist central I understand they have to be limited, an extra mile could be an extra 5 minutes each way for a driver, plus them not bending to your whim doesn't mean it's bad food. "They had delivery drivers moving through the store at lunch hour" ... really? You expect them to stop deliveries so you aren't inconvenienced in line? Get over it. JJ is my usual go to for freaky fast, reasonably healthy lunch. This franchise misses the mark. It was freaky slow, and the order wasn't quite right. It appeared there was one guy working, and the other two employees didn't know which way was up. And he continued to make delivery and on-line orders before those 5 of us in line. And the phone was continuously ringing with no one paying to attention to it. The fountain soda machine was flooding the tile floor with a leak from the ice machine, and the puddle was approaching the sandwich counter. This was a Saturday afternoon, nothing extremely busy.
