I usually have a good experience with this location but tonight I'm very disappointed. We ordered food, they delivered, forgot an item. I called and the "manager" said she would have her driver bring that item. I asked if they could add a bag of chips, that I would pay for, since the driver was coming back... she was going to charge me another delivery charge! I said forget the chips but she said that she would go ahead and waive the delivery charge as long as I pay for the chips... ok, I didn't ask for anything free lady. So here it is 40 minuets later and I am still waiting for my items while my other items sit getting soggy. Twice in a row they ran out of tuna, they offer me a free side of avocado and forget to send that as well. Quick and Fast, I tried the beach club which has turkey and avocado in it. It was fantastic and they had it to me by the time I was done ordering the whole family's order. Pretty crazy. And as I'm walking up the worker inside locks the door...they closed a whole 30 mins early. Just change your hours of operation that's posted if that's the case. Wow talk about an amazing sandwich. I was looking for something different so my uncle and i made a uturn from derweenie and pulled in to this spot. Wow awesome team work Bree greeted us as we came in si did everyone Sammy was finishing up a sandwich or was already working on ours but she had me hypnotized with the sandwich making skills. Daniel was prepping and making sure everything was ready for the next order. We made sone changes and the system acted funny Sammy stepped in corrected the issue and without missing a beat continued her magic on my delicious sandwich. Stopped in for lunch and there were a handful of associates ready to take my order. I was a bit rushed due to the lunch rush and not wanting to hold up the other customers and I wish I had checked the website first as the sandwiches themselves are pretty basic but they have a good chunk of complimentary add ons and a few for a nominal fee. My sandwich was made quickly, tasted good, ingredients seemed fresh. I will likely be returning. Definitely worth a try. read more

This was a very nice place to visit. It was my first time here and I got the #5 Vito with salami and it was a pretty solid sandwich, which I will be getting again. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu when we walked in. The only reason for four stars instead of five was that my girlfriend's sandwich which was # 2 was kinda dry and could have used the dressing that they use on the salami sandwich. read more

Forgot to ask for onions and would not let us buy a side of them even though they are free. I think what bothered us the most was how rude they were both with this and the order transaction. These are the plainest, blandest sandwiches on the planet. If you're looking for a big hearty sub for this price level, go to Jersey Mike's. I ordered a turkey sub, and the meat looks like some bad Jennie-O prepackaged cold cuts. There are very few veggie choices (like subway), and you can't get anything toasted. I make better sandwiches at home for half the price. I can't even believe this is a restaurant chain. This is by far the worst sandwich place there is. I love sandwiches and have never tried this place. I found it to be ok. The bread was soft and had a good taste. However, I was not enthused by the sandwich. I got the roast beef and it comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Most places usually give you cheese on sandwich but you have to buy it extra. The drinks are just sodas or tea. They also sell chips and cookies. Customer service needs a little adjustment. I told them I wanted a sandwich and soda, however they did not add on my drink and almost put tomatoes. Had many good expierences at this Jimmy Johns. I ordered delivery minimum of once a week between my boyfriend and I. A few weeks ago their online system messed up and we never got our delivery and we were told our card hadn't been charged. Checked our account and the money had been charged. We called again, had to wait days for the refund. Then the owner said we would be compted a free meal and to call and give my boyfriend's name. He called tonight and they kept him on hold for 7 minutes and when she finally got back on it was to say his credit had already been used!! They said he could call tomorrow to ask the manager what happened. Tomorrow!?! Super incompetent people that shouldn't be talking to customers. I'm very unsatisfied and will not be returning. This whole issue could have easily been taken care of. Now we are left feeling hungry and annoyed. Never a good combination. read more

I love Jimmy John's, but my experience at this location was a 2. I ordered the Veggie sandwich not even like the picture on website. Very disappointed. I ordered because of the avocado spread and sprouts. The spread is very little and they hide it in between the two slices of cheese. The sprouts are to be ordered special. I basically received a lettuce and French bread sandwich. Will not try this again! Called and asked about this sandwich and they really need to learn more about customer service. read more

I am so disappointed with this place! I placed an order for 10 of my coworkers this morning totaling over $117. I ordered it at 10:11 AM for delivery by 11:45 AM as our meeting starts at 12:00 PM. I got a call at 11:50 AM stating they were running behind and it would be to us by 12:00 PM. We didn't end up getting our order until 12:30 PM! When I called at about 12:20 PM they said oh sorry they got busy. What? Are you serious? Lunch time is ALWAYS the busiest time of day. We have been waiting over 45 minutes. After our meeting I called to talk to the manager as I was sure this was not normal, thinking maybe they had a training issue or something. The SAME girl that answered the phone came back on saying she was the manager. Her name is Kristi. I confirmed twice and asked her if I was just talking to her and she said no.. Well I know this is not true. I also called to let her know all of the unwhiches we ordered were drenched in mayo, oil and vinegar, not "easy" as requested and that my unwhich was a salad half way through and couldn't be eaten! I had to grab a fork and it was gooey and mushy and nasty. Kristi began telling me that they are made how we ordered it and attempted to disagree with me. I told her we did not order a half unwhich, half salad with extra condiments. I even asked if she wanted me to send a picture and she declined. The point of my call was to give them the benefit of the doubt and let them know what was going to on to prevent this happening to others. I don't want anything free. I didn't ask for a refund. I can't believe this store gets anything less than a 5-star rating. I always order online from work and pick it up on my way home. Sandwiches are delish and the bread is OMG! They are pricey but you get what you pay for - much higher quality than Subway. My customized order has been correct 100% of the time and the staff is always super friendly. And they can't accept tips. I tried to give an extra buck or two for the service and was told thank you but no thank you...on 2 separate occasions even. Of all the places that have tips jars in the counter, this place actually deserves it. I plan to order again soon and highly recommend this JJs if you haven't tried it. read more

I told her we were having a big symposium with 200 - 300 people expected and asked could we get a deal. (Alina was easy to work with!) Not only did we get a deal but she met me at the Central Ave. location to personally take my order. When I needed more sandwiches added to my order I worked with their in store manager Jenah to update and add to my order. What a pleasant experience both managers were to work with. On the date of the event our order of 140 sandwiches were delivered on time to the event by two friendly employees Liz and Michael, they set up very quickly with a very nice presentation for our attendees to get their lunch! The customer services I experienced was bizarre to me. I don't know if this is a reoccurring. I walked in tonight for my 2 sandwiches the total came out to $21.73 I only had $100 bill on me.. so I hand the very monotone cashier my cash and she's say "do you have anything smaller?" I said I do but not enough to make 21 I don't think.. so I look and count the money and I only had 10 so I'm like I'm sorry I don't and she says "well let me ask my manager" who happens to be just standing right up the girls ass. And the manager just looks at me and says "I don't have change for that." She never said let me see if I have change for that or hold on I need to look in the back in the safe to see if I have enough change for that.. at least lie to me. And then she goes "do you have a card" and I said Yes but I don't want to use it. And she just looked at me. I'm baffled that there was not even a I'm so sorry we ran it of change it was just a flat out lazy ass I don't have change for that.
