The worst sandwich ever. I paid 17 bucks for a Giant bread and mayo sandwich. The "beach club" had 2 pieces of shredded turkey, a slice of tomato, and hardly any lettuce. Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 combos that were supposed to come with chips and drinks. They dropped off the order without the chips. I called the store to inform them that they had not dropped off the chips. They immediately sent me to the store manager the manager stated that they could deliver the chips in maybe a half hour or they could do free chips on my next order. I asked if I could just get a refund for the chips and they stated no. Offering "free chips" on my next order isn't really a solution to me as it's not free I paid for them on this order and they failed to deliver on something I paid for. Good customer service would be to refund the chips and offer free chips on my next order for their mistake. read more

I really wish all Jimmy John's had consistent pricing. This place is charging almost a dollar more for the usually little John's we get. Not to mention adding any toppings is over a dollar more. I often order my food 1 hr before my lunch break. Sometimes it comes early but most of the time it's 60 minutes to have it delivered. My gripe is not this store - it's JJ's rewards program. When I spent several hundred dollars on sandwiches for a family party, I was shocked to find out that I only got one credit. I learned that the rewards are visit based, not spend based. Who does that?! Nobody! Soooo cheap! So the next major get together, I had the store manager enter every sandwich separately (43 of them) so I could get credit for each purchase. Then I learned (after calling customer support) that you can only get credit for one purchase every two hours. Who does that?! Nobody! The app and online are intentionally obscure about how the program works or what you get for what you buy. And who cares about stupid badges. I'm supposed to feel pride for having bought 388 inches of sandwiches and got nothing but an achievement badge for it!? Are you kidding me?! I like JJs sandwiches but I feel so disrespected and unappreciated as a loyal customer. They obviously are more interested in not rewarding customers and have gone to great lengths to make their rewards meaningless and hard to qualify for. I will NEVER EVER again buy a large amount from JJs! They worked hard to drive me to competition and finally succeeded. And they just don't care. read more

Tried them again after over four years of boycotting, and remembered why I stopped in the first place. Took over an hour to deliver through Doordash due to a storm, which is understandable on its own. Once it arrived, however, half of my order was missing, and the rest was made incorrectly (containing ingredients I'm allergic to and asked to have removed for a reason). I can't even get my money back through Doordash because this location uses their own couriers, so I have to call the store, which is now conveniently closed. "Disappointing" does not even begin to cover it. read more

Low Lights: I just placed an alleged "freaky fast" service delivery direct through the Jimmy Johns website. In my search to get to their site I passed up Jimmy John comments randomly on the web detouring people from ordering through external food delivery vendors that are so popular now. Thinking to myself... "this is fair" Jimmy Johns is known for their awesome delivery service. It seemed more than reasonable to order direct. WRONG!!! After fully placing my order complete with delivery address (which matched me up with the nearest location thorough their OWN system), full payment was processed.. an order confirmed and even received updated notifications on my cell phone of the progress of my order as it was being prepared in their location....... all of the sudden, I get a call from the store, with the rep telling me my delivery location is outside their delivery zone by what is just under 8 blocks. I was then told they can't deliver and will refund my money OR I can change my order to pick up. He further explained he's not sure why their system let me order. It should have known the parameters and blocked me from ordering I say, as true as that may be, that didn't happen. And since it didn't happen...driving a few blocks down "the same street" would have felt like darn good, freaky awesome customer service and retention!! Now I'm Just Freaky Frustrated!! GREAT customer service appears to be a lost etiquette. read more

We order sandwich platters from this location quite often for work events. The platters are always correct, fresh, and ready upon arrival. The only reason I didn't give them 4 stars is due to their franchise delivery restrictions, which does not allow them to deliver to our office (its literally half a block from the boundary); which is dumb when there is not another Jimmy Johns franchise which delivers to our location. read more

Please still read my original review since what I said in there still stands. However, I do want to update this review to up the rating of this Jimmy John's to 4 stars. Why? Well initially even with this close to home, I didn't think I'd become a regular. But I did, in fact it's almost become a tradition on weekends when we are going hiking to get a sandwich, and then eat half before we exercise and then half afterwards. Works out really great. One of my favorites here is the Turkey Tom, on wheat, with easy Mayo. For those that like things hot like me, add to that hot peppers and Oregano and you have a real tasty winner. I also like the Big John (roast beef) and my wife loves the Pepe (ham, cheese, lettuce and tomato). Really every one I've tried here has been good. This location generally does live up to it's name of freaky fast, sure like everywhere it has the odd slower day, but mostly you're in and out through the drive through in a couple of minutes. So a well deserved review upgrade, since clearly I have become a fan of this chain, and the speed and convenience of this location. read more

Just visited and one of the workers was blowing their nose right by the sandwich making station while another was eating cookies.

As a visitor and proud foodie, I was somewhat excited to try this franchise out in a new state. Unfortunately, what I found was over-mayoed and basic meated stuffed bread. It was semi tasty, no doubt, but the quality is probably on Subway's level. If you know sandwiches, these are on par with Kindergarten packed lunches. It's fine, but not great by any means. If I could give them 0 I would. I just moved to the area and use to eat jimmy johns in my old state. It was great. I ordered an old fav (Cali club) and was soooo disappointed. I ordered a 14 in to share with my teenager... the sandwich should have more than 3 tomato's and three cucumbers. She put lettuce on like the cost of it was coming out of her paycheck and forgot the avocado altogether. We didn't open it to eat until we got home.... So sad! read more

I went into with some high hopes, hoping it would at least be better than Subway. Got the #7 its a ham sandwich the bigger size, and I added avacado spread. The avacado was the best part. It really wasn't horrible but it was just so bland and not good. I felt like my grandma made it two days ago, put it in the refrigerator, then pulled it out for me today and added some salt. We had occasion to visit Store #1584 @ 9:52pm 3.29.21 after a long day of moving. We've always liked this location but this visit stood out from the others. Even though it was 8 minutes until closing time, the 3 young ladies working that night went above and beyond with their cheerfulness, positive attitudes, and welcoming demeanor. I went back in to find out their names to be sure they could be recognized. Kaylee, Madi & Madee need to be commended and applauded for their stellar attitudes & overall demeanor. After my husband came out of ICU he was put in a skilled nursing/rehab down 12600. After visiting the afternoon I will stop at Jimmy John's dive thru for a quick meal because it is close. Always ordering the #4, add provolone, hold the tomatoes and PLEASE CUT IT IN TWO. Four times now they can't cut it in two. Sometimes it's the small things that just p**s you off. Stopped in for the $1 sub customer appreciation day. They are less then appreciative. We are a family of 4. There were 3 of us present as our daughter had to be at cheer practice. We all ordered are subs and tried to get a slim 4 for our daughter. They told us we had to pay full price for that since she isn't present. As there advertisement says that its limit one per person. Not anywhere does it say "must be present". Since you decided a few slices of turkey and a roll wasn't worth it to you to keep my business. I will take it elsewhere. So I've eaten at this Jimmy John's 4 times now. Once going inside and the other times I went through the drive through. The best thing about Jimmy John's is that it is FAST. The 2nd best thing about Jimmy John's is that it is NOT a burger place. It's not perfect - it's not like Sensuous Subs, but for what it is, it is good. My sandwich of choice is either Tom Turkey or Club Lulu -- I usually always request "the sauce" - which is kinda like a vinaigrette sauce that makes the sub less dry and more tasty. I also like to add onions, because I'm an onion guy. If you are sick of eating burgers and need a change from Subway, I recommend this Jimmy John's. Hope that helps someone out in internet land.
