Tasted like sour cream with chives. The flavors were just wrong. The grilled cheese brisket was not grilled. It was a regular sandwich made with brisket and microwave melted cheese. The bread was not grilled, warmed bread. It was also served with a lot of sauce, a mayo based sauced. The bread was good, it WAS a tasty sandwich, but there was nothing "grilled cheese" about it. The lobster bisque had good flavor but there was nothing "bisque" about it. I'd call it a lobster soup or stew. It was not well blended. It had lots of chunky vegetables particularly carrots and celery. The whole point of a bisque is it is a silky smooth dish. This was gritty, chunky, almost like a porridge. The flavor wasn't bad, had nice buttery notes, but the lobster was not even close to being the star.

I'm sure that will be useful sometime! It had a 4 car line when we arrived in the parking lot. The line wasn't too bad, but increased quite a bit behind me. They seemed to have fresh everything. I did have to wait for the teriyaki chicken, but that was fine with me because it was super fresh. All of the employees were working hard. I think they are probably still trying to find their groove with opening recently. There were plenty of people working though! The food was delicious, classic Mo' Bettas. I also had the POG (passion orange guava) juice which was good. Unfortunately the regular drink machine was out of order at the time, but hopefully it's fixed by now. We will be back!
