We just moved here and I was so happy to see one of our favorite places. Right off the bat, the most unfriendly atmosphere I've ever walked into in a Jimmy John's. No hello or welcome in or even eye contact for that matter. The whole inside was filthy...floors gross, food all over the tables. The man at the counter couldn't even get out a hello and seemed completely miserable. We ordered 2 of the same things with one slight variation on one and when I asked which was which, the guy behind the counter completely ignored me. The drink machine in complete disarray and almost empty. To top it all off our sandwiches were half the size they normally are and looked like they were just thrown together. Our previous location was spotless every time we visited, fully stocked and most of all super friendly people so this was a huge disappointment. I don't know if it's a management issue or what at this location but we will not be back and I would recommend anyone wasting their money here. read more

I would prefer to get more meat and less bread, but hey - if you are carb loading, this is your place. The veggies are very basic compared to the competitors, but that speeds up the production (limited options). At least it is fresh; like all of these subway clones, they make it when you order. Side options are chips or cookies. Self-serve fountain drinks. Order at the counter, then sit and wait for your food. They make the subs fairly quickly; I guess they have to be fast to hit their delivery goals. Adequate sandwiches, but I don't want to return for a while. This review is for the Rockwall Texas location and this visit took place during the coronavirus pandemic. I walked in and saw that none of the three employees behind the counter were wearing a mask, decided to do the smart thing and took my business to the Mesquite location where everyone was wearing a mask. needless to say I won't be back to this location. I know it sounds harsh judging them on protocols pertaining to a moment in time that will pass but keep in mind if they are unwilling to follow safety guidelines for the safety of their customers during a pandemic they most likely don't follow proper food safety guidelines, to begin with. I love Jimmy Johns' sandwiches so we eat here pretty often. Today, my husband came in, grabbed a quick sandwich and left. When he opened it, instead of the unwich he ordered, he got a regular ole sandwich. So I call up and explain the situation, and they offer to deliver a new one in exchange for the wrong one. I am so sad the write this but this location has some of the worst workers there representing your company. Particularly a woman bagging the sandwich's. This particular location has really lost its freaky fastness! Several times since August my order has been 15-20 min late. Not cool when I only have 30 min for lunch before I'm back in the classroom teaching. Other coworkers have had their orders either cancelled at the last minute, or orders over an hour late. They seem to only have one prep counter for catering, delivery and dine-in/takeout orders.
