I think our Jimmy John's is great -- it's always busy, but the staff is friendly and helpful, and they are very efficient. I LOVE the Unwich -- this store always gets my order right, and when I use the app, by the time I get there, it is almost always ready and waiting. They say hello when I walk in; tell me to have a good day; and smile. I generally get the Bootlegger, or tuna, and I load both up with all kinds of customization -- again -- they always get it right. Not living up to jimmy johns standards. Absolutely nothing freaky fast at this location. Employees today 9/27 mid afternoon were struggling to function. When I'm in Mentor I cannot fly by this Jimmy John's without stopping in to get a sub. My regular order is a number 4 Turkey Tom without mayonnaise, but they for some reason keeps putting mayonnaise on myself. It's not that I don't like mayonnaise, it's just that I don't want mayonnaise. To eat in the place is actually pretty darn small and if you were going there just to eat there eat at the time your visit because there's only about 10 chairs. The only reason why I would give it 4 stars as although I love all of the homemade chips, my current diet really doesn't allow for I was delicious kettle-cooked chips so I wish they had some more mainstream varieties like baked please. Really no worries though I just bypass the potato chips not like I need them LOL. Soda fountain is relatively normal 8 different types of soda to include a lemonade plus they have regular tea and sweet tea. I ordered my order to go from online, waited a lil bit inside because I arrived early. Ethan, I believe his name was, was a great worker and worked diligently to get my sandwich to me, even tho I arrived early. I live 30 minutes away and I finally got home after work. Opened my sandwich. Took about 3 bites, set it down to change the tv Chanel, and I look down and a lil spider had crawled from out from under the edge of the bread to the top. I called the store, and I believe Ethan picked up. I explained the problem and I told him I didn't want free food or anything and I love to far just to bring it back, but had only called so that they could correct the problem for the customers they have after me. He insisted on giving me a store credit. But I ate the other non-spidery half of my sandwich ( I had got my sandwich cut in half) and it tasted great! They have an employee named "Cordell" who has developed people skills well beyond his years! He is the most polite, respectful & upbeat young man who is professional & knowledgeable about his trade. Went in soon after the grand opening. Wasn't disappointed but not really blown away either. There wasn't a lot that would set them apart from any other sub chain. I love this place so much! I work at great wolf lodge almost right across the street. It's extremely convenient that I can order from my phone on the app and is ALWAYS delivered quickly. I've never had to wait more that 20 minutes on a sub (except today). Today I ordered a sub before they opened and expected it wouldn't arrive for another hour or so. Waited 40 minutes for our order before calling back to be told that we were outside their area. Being that we were traveling and not knowing. When I called I gave the lady who answered the Hotel name and street number of the hotel. She stated that I would have to meet them at the front desk because they do not deliver to rooms. I stated that it would be no problem The delivery man called us at 6:54 asking what hotel we were in, when I told him we were across the street from McDonalds he did not state we were outside the area. Waited another 30 minutes to call them. I was not happy, They stated that they tried to call, after I questioned why they had not call.
